I couldn't stand to listen to the crap out of this guy's mouth and I discontinued the phone call because my time is valuable.They're so cold customer service refused to make this right.They permanently lost a customer in this instance.

On Labor Day I tried to use a $10 coupon and realized it had just expired. So I called their customer service line and there was no answer. Today is Tuesday, the first business day following Labor Day and the idiot on the phone told me I should have called Monday. I already mentioned I called Monday. He mentioned there was a 5-day grace period which expired yesterday. The cashier refused to try to utilize the coupon during the 5-day period. The manager was requested and ignored me. The merch is ugly, overpriced items with zero customer care/service. Once I was a daily customer there before they were bought out well they were in chapter 11.

Return

Damaged dresser. During shipping the item had to be dropped a few times because the corners seemed bent in. I mean a label said careful but did the shippers listen, nope. Maybe I will have better luck next time.

Cancellation

I ordered a loveseat the end of November. I cancelled it immediately because it wasnt the one I wanted. I did not realize, until now, that it didnt cancel my payments. So Ive been making payments on a loveseat I dont have. I got it from Amazon and loan was through affirm. Affirm #X4TQ-R8HB order #886336****942 cancellation #786****. Terrible experience - took my money and ran

I ordered and paid for set of bed rails for my daughter's bed. It took too long to deliver them (always a bad sign). By the time they delivered the rails, it was beyond the 90-day window most CC companies allow you to dispute a charge. I ended up purchasing the same item from a more reputable outfit and receiving it sooner, to boot! After I refused shipment, FedEx took it back (unopened). Homestore refuses to research the return because as far as they are concerned, it was delivered. In spite of multiple attempts to get a refund - they still refuse. Stay away. This is the typical cheating company who takes your money and hangs onto it until it's too late to dispute. Save yourself the trouble and buy from someone who has product they can deliver in a reasonable timeframe. Buyer beware!

I purchased items through Amazon. Space Savers Nido Chair - Light Tan (RTA)-Set of 2 3. Still have not received the table after ordering on the 18th and promised within a week.

It is now 11/29 and the item has supposedly arrived at the shipping co, but no one can deliver until the 10th of December. There is no cust service supervisor to voice any concerns and cust service reps. do not know what is going on and cannot offer any solution.

I recently purchased VRC121******** and VRC121********. The receipt said that I had purchased double of each item. I accidentally canceled the whole order because I thought it was a scam. I do still want to purchase one of each item that I tried to originally order. The money already came out of my account. I just need these items. Can you help me? Please

Bad experience with CYMAX

AI ordered a storage cabinet 8/7/21 from Cymax. There was no confirmation about this order from the company. They charged my credit card but did not send details of when it would be shipped. I waited a few weeks and entered a dispute with my credit card co and ordered a cabinet from another company. There was no phone number on my credit card statement listed so I was unable to call the company. Around 9/2/21 I had a a UPS truck deliver for what appeared to be a storage cabinet (there were 2 boxes). It was from Bush Industries. I did not recognize the name but assumed it was the 2nd cabinet I ordered. I declined the 2nd box as I did not know what it was. When I opened the box there was no invoice, no instructions or hardware. I rebooted the cabinet and called the number on the box to return it. I then realized that the 2nd box must have been the rest of the first cabinet and it was not the 2nd cabinet I had ordered. I asked to return the cabinet and was told I would be contacted 24-48 hours with instructions. They never came. I then emailed the company and they said I could return it but I had to pay shipping of 95.00. I called Fed Ex and arranged for them pick it up the day after Labor Day. I then emailed the Cymax co and asked them to call me to straighten this out. I was not planning to pay shipping when I took deliver of a cabinet I did not want and had decided wasn't coming. The Cymax email employee told me that due to the pandemic they could not call me (they were working remotely) which really made no sense. This is where it stands now. I have canceled an order, received the cancellation email and my order was delivered. I've called numerous times to get a Return Shipping Label and never got it. This has been going on since August 17, 2021 and I've yet to receive the shipping label or have my refund. This company is horrible.

Part missing

Purchased an Acme Nympo desk in black.Was missing part number 8.I cant put bottom of desk together.I need your help in any possible way.I dont know what to do.Thank you.

Product sent with a main part missing. 3 1/2 months to get the part!

Product received with a package of dozens of components to be assembled, with a card indicating if there was any problem to call a provided toll-free number. Missing was a main part for a file drawer, and included was duplicate parts for another drawer. I called the toll-free number, and was told I could only communicate by e-mail. I sent an e-mail, and received a request to complete a questionnaire and submit documents. I did. I received a response that the replacement would "be processed within the next 1-3 business days" I thereafter received a notice that the part was expected 3 weeks. That was later extended to an additional 2 weeks. Thereafter, I received a notice that the part would ship "as soon as it becomes available" Finally more than 2 months after I received the original order, I received A part, but not the correct part! I eventually received the correct missing part more than 2 months after I received the original package. More than two months of false statements, false commitments, and aggravation, stress and indifference.

No customer service response for defective table

I ordered a Dining Set from HomeSquare. When I started assembly, found that essential structural parts were misaligned preventing them from being bolted together. Manufacturer said I had to contact the seller to get a replacement part ordered. I have written HomeSquare three times, sent photo evidence of the manufacturing defect, telephoned, but have not received any response from Customer Service. The table cannot be assembled given the defect. CYMAX Stores have a serious issue with Customer Service.

Horrible Customer Service

I purchased A couch From this company through Amazon, huge mistake. Not only did the product come with missing parts but when I called to get the parts replaced I was told that the hardware pack and armrests were going to take a few weeks to ship and I should just return the couch. The problem is that returning the couch is a hard task when it's a very large and I had already spent about a week trying to contact the company to get the parts I needed (that should have been originally included) It was very difficult to in contact with customer service, and they were very rude every time I spoke with them. This whole process has been extremely stressful and I will never buy furniture from this company ever again. Now trying to get a refund is just as bad.
