Your website sucks since you changed it it does not save anything. I have a change my password 20 times and when I can't sign in, it's almost impossible to find your 800 number

Specialty medicine didn't get shipped for lack of $20 co-pay

I ordered my specialty medication and was expected to receive it at home on 7/13/2023. Medicine did not arrive! Called Special Pharmacy and was told that the reason it didn't ship is due to the $20 co-pay not having been received. This is the first time this has happened. I usually get an invoice to pay the co-pay a few weeks after receiving the medicine. And, I have given my HSA card number to them more than once for the co-pay. They had it on single use which I did not instruct them to do. Finally, they didn't let me know why they were holding up my shipment of medicine so now I have to wait extra days to get the medication which definitely has an impact on my body and joints and compromises my ability to struggle with the pain.

Didn't receive medicine

My medicine was sent back do to mistake of UPS. Problem resolved by CVS representative. Thanks to CVS.

CVS specialty withholding medication for their billing error!

CVS specialty pharmacy is the only specialty pharmacy I can go through my insurance to get my arthritis medicine. Last year they shipped out and billed me for two doses of my medication before they received the co-pay assistance card number. Now they want me to pay the $500 for the medication billing error, which I don't have, otherwise I would have no need for the co-pay assistance card. I am on a fixed income and can't afford a $500 payment. I don't see why I should have to pay out of my meager income for a screw up by a multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical company. They can easily eat that cost since it is their fault to begin with for a billing error. Instead they're blaming me and withholding my current medication, which is illegal, and it's impacting my health. I have to do battle with them every month, spending hours on the phone and being transferred around to every department and I still don't have a resolution to the issue. CVS specialty pharmacy obviously only cares about the money and not about its patients who rely on them to provide their medications. It is disgusting that a company like this is allowed to be in business at all.

To get my refund back or at least my money i paid for a orepaid card

Employees are rude and not understanding and i wouldnt even rate this company with a star never ever purchase a prepaid card from cvs could care kess what you got going on

Dissatisfied customer

I purchased a vanilla gift card and it appearded to be fraud on top of original barcode there was a sticker placed over that which when it was purchased the money went to that account and not on the vanilla card purchased when i went in to complain the employees were more worried about a female stealing than a paying customer i would never shop with cvs again i even changed my pharmacy

Stop shipment

I was not a pissed customer...on the contrary, I was a very satisfied customer. Representatives were knowledgeable and willing to assist me 110%. All of my issues were resolved.

PLEASE STOP AUTO REFILL NOTICES. PREFER TO DO MY OWN!!!!!!

You're refilling medication way before I need or want. Don't need you to manage my medicine supply. Prefer to do it on my own. STOP THE TEXTS, PLEASE !!! IT'S ANNOYING!!

Most awful company to deal with.

If your not sick you will be after you deal with these people. Everything is a big deal. Takes days to get anything done. Just to get a order filled you call your insurance and ask them to call CVS specialty to get it approved even though they have called three days in a row. Then you need to call doctor so they can put another order in even though it's been put in 3 times already. It just keeps going around and around. You never get the same person each time you call. So it's like starting all over each time you call. Took me 3 weeks to get one straighten out, and I was running out of something that I can't miss a dose. Very frustrating. And I have to use them through my insurance.

I usted 40 minutes on the phone just to be toldo that is nothing they should do about my petición of extended medication due yo anexpected vacaciones. I just feed taking to a robot for the time they May me wait. What kind of procedure is thait?

Customer service is horrible

phone wait i do not recoomend this to anyone. phone customer service is horrible, 16 min wait then put on hold again for another 10 min . for pharmacy transfer

why was I on hold for 40minutes, waiting for customer service, in order to ask one simple question?

Today I called your corporate office in R.I., spoke to 2 very helpful people, then was transferred to another number and timed my wait to over 40 minutes. I then hung up and wrote you a letter.
