Missing cd of photos

Hello, I had dropped off TWO disposable cameras, and when going to my local CVS, I received all my print outs of my photos, however I only received ONE cd. This cd only has photos from ONE camera. How can I get the cd for the other camera??

Every order botched

Every time I order a photo project CVS messes it up. From not being available on time to not printing the product on the correct media to poor quality prints and zero accountability customer service they have ruined every single one of my orders. Don't take your precious memories here to be printed.

TMobile promo did not work. I was told it happened to some callers as well. I suggest a better communication with promoters.

Lost film photos

I dropped off 4 film cameras into a blue postal service mailbox after getting the envelope from my local CVS. It has been approximately 5 weeks since I did that and I have not gotten an order confirmation email and when I try to track the order it says no results found.

Poor photos

They used outdated tiny camera. Any cell phone could take better picture. They do not focus on the subjects face. The overall picture shows darker face with no detail.

Did not get pictures it has been a month and half

What happened to my pictures its been since November 11th 2021 did they get lost or were the pictures no good please let me know

Did not print my photos as submitted

I ordered photos to use for a specific purpose. When I picked up my photos they looked great, except they had cropped them significantly. I assume the cropping was meant to improve the photos, but unfortunately it made them unusable for what I needed them for.

Passport photo

The man taking the picture said i couldn't have bangs pulled bangs back with a band. He told me to tip my head down and no smiling. Sent everything off and got returned 2 weeks later saying it was incorrect, research says you can have bangs, as long as they don't cover eyes. You CANT have a band in your hair, and you must look STRAIGHT at camera Will be going back WILL NOT BE PAYING AGAIN!!!

The worst possible service and multiple errors

This will summarize several events over time which shows this is an on going issue that remains unaddressed. A few months ago I needed post surgery medications ordered by my physician. I my husband came back at 6:30 from the pharmacy and told me they didn't have and should order it and get it in 24 hours. I called. I urgently needed it. The pharmacist said I cant look now it is ten of seven! (6:50 PM). AND, so what I asked? You cant tell m if you have this in stock? He told me he had already begun closing out and wanted to leave on time and refused to bring up his system since he was leaving at 7pm. I called the next day, they NEVER ordered it. Z24 hours he said. And the next day. Oh, Im sorry I must have forgotten. Last night they couldnt understand my prescription bathe charge$100 twice because the gave both kilogram sizes to my husband since they couldnt figure out which one I needed. 2 weeks later they refused to fill a medication that I get deathly ill with out. A different oharmacist at a different this happened tonight with insulin. I could go onagain.

The price of developing pictures , is not what they charged

i developed 73 pictures the price on the screen say 4x6 =0.29 but when i came to pay they charged 0.39 a picture. I complained to them right the way and they said it says 0.29 AND HIGHER. I said if i would have know i wound not print them WALGREEN Charged 0.20 a picture. also why CVS don't have a price to each size.what does it mean AND HiGHER- price should be on any item. i feel that i was misled, CVS charges $28.47 + Tax, instead @21.17 they charged me over $10.Dollars Every store I you go has a price for each item, but CVS misleading people even on the receipt its printed 73 $28.47 i am very upset , i spoke to customer service , they referred me to the manger, she said to me you wanted it in seconds. that was a lie because i picked the pictures the next day. The manger was not useful, and did not tried to solve the issue i am a customer and my family over 40 years i have every month RX refilled if you what to talk to me. Can’t get pictures orders because of faulty equipment in cvs Devine street store

Cant get pictures because of failed equipment. Please help. I received email saying order was received but store does not have it on computer. Having to come up with 100 symbols is unnecessary. Please just help!!!!

Item received was not the item ordered and have been trying with no results to get error correctedto

I ordered an ornament on line from CVS photo, the item I received was a paperweight. I have sent emails to CVA photo customer care and have had no response. I have gone to the store to speak with the manager and he told me he could not help me or give me a refund as this item is not scanned into his computer as it was not created in his store.

Delivery of Ruined Already Paid for Pictures

We went outside to pick up pictures that were delivered. They had the "Do not bend" on it AND it stated it was from CVS Photo. The envelop was bent, ripped open, had black markings like it had been stepped on, ran over on BOTH sides. Two sides of the envelope were open, the pictures were completely ruined. I can't believe that a delivery person chose to deliver this envelope like this. I am sad because this was also pictures of a deceased person. This is SOMEONE's item to be treated such a way it was disgusting & unprofessional. I will be making a trip in now to get my refund and I know it isn't the fault of CVS but they chose which company to ship with. We had waited for these pictures and how sad we now are like sorry they ruined the pictures of your Grandma/Wife/Mom. This was MY first time ordering pictures through CVS online. For some reason we had to have some shipped and some we could pick up. We will never again do the shipping. If there isn't another option other than shipping then we will have to go else where.
