Harassing emails

I call your customer care number and tried to report the harassing emails sent from martha4546dav@***.com, I talked to three customer care agents and they acted like they could not hear me and i kept having to repeat almost everything playing a game sticking together to make me sound crazy and hang up on me so they can get away with breaking the law

URGENT : I have been hacked from Pakistan and I have messages that my payment went to https://www.cvs.com

Hi There !!! I have been hacked by hackers and i went to an ATM in Pakistan and my debit card was scanned by a hidden devices that the hackers have planted on the atm can you help me return my money because that money was sent to cvs.com so do you have any link with https://www.cvs.com it was hard earned money and I was to pay my kids fee so hackers have sent money to cvs.com I have messages where my bank told me after i had used atm that my money was transferred to www.cvs.com .. Please help me get my money back. thank you I'll wait for your reply.

Discrimination

I was supposed to be transferred to the retail division and I was disconnected. Just to get to a live person I had to go through multiple steps. I need a real person to contact me.

Ethics area

On the CVS app. I usually ck it x2 a week for sakes etc. There was a survey offer for a promo reward for doing a survey, on it on7/ 15 or 7/16 3 days ago. It was right in the CVS app. After I checked the deals etc.I did the survey and opted ( CVS is reputable company!!) To purchase that was offered a robotic vacuum at ard$ 9 or $10. I put in info ,( CVS app ,it was part of it,the survey and offer. I spoke to customer service with no satisfaction of the app hVing that offer or even tracking my payment.The Corp. Office of C s needs to know this happened and monitor the apps.If I do not here from someone reg. This issue, it will be given to AARP hotlinefor fraudulent activity allowed on the CVS app along with carepass etc,card #487949****894. V.CAMILLONE

Medicine

I am definitely not Happy running out of my medication with no notice or warning!! I will definitely switch to a smaller local Pharmacy that will not give me the voicemail *** and run around.

Kicked out of the store for having a big purse.

I was shopping for some gel nails because I bought the poly gel nails, and I've not been very successful with the dual forms. So I went to CVS to see if they had the gel nails. Since I was there, I figured I see if they had primer, top coat and base coat for the poly gel kits. As I'm looking at the products, just doing my shopping, when one of the workers come back and stands right beside me. At 1st I started to get upset because of how close she was standing then I thought maybe it was because the aisle was small, and she was Probably putting nail polish up. I hear a beeping noise that caught my attention and I am now looking at her paying more attention to why she is standing right next to me when there is a whole store because I realize she isn't putting any nail polish on the shelf. She was just doing anything she could, so she could watch me. But I ignored her and didn't let her behavior get to me. A few minutes go by, and she finally walks away. Another minute or 2 passes, and I need a price check, so I look for her because I'm thinking about the beep that caught my attention when she was scanning prices next to me damn near on top of me.Anyways. I didn't have to look far, she is one isle over in the very back, where she was able to stock me. I ask her to price 3 items and thinking back now. She priced them, but instead of handing them back to me, she keeps them. All 3. I only ask her to scan the prices. Nothing that would cause her to be holding my items I was wanting to purchase. So I tell her OK I'm going to buy this, and I just took them back from her. I put one back on the shelf and start looking at makeup. I can't believe the way I was treated. Another worker with black hair starts walking by me, mumbling remarks calling me a thief. I was kneeled down looking at something when she comes walking in a very intimidating manner like she was going to do something to me, then once she gets right up on me, she turns real quick and makes a real loud noise like bam or something like that. She also was a very ignorant person who has no business working with the public. She was very ghetto acting. Next thing I know, the other woman comes storming up the makeup aisle yelling a t me telling me to get out of the store now. She humiliated me so bad. II Really couldn't believe this was happening. Grant it, I do carry a large purse as a million other women. That don't give anyone the right to mistreat someone. I was discriminated against for carrying a large purse. I ask her, what do you mean, why do I have to leave. She replied saying I got you on camera so you better get out of my store. I am calling the police, I have to make a report on you. I said, d are you *** kidding me. I didn't do a damn thing wrong. She then starts getting even nastier,, telling me I better stop cussing and to get out. I told her I wasn't going toleave,e I'd be outside waiting on the police because I did nothing wrong. . Then I thought better remberinng how the sheriff's are and how the police would more than likely take her side and I'd end up in jail all because I was shopping at CVS. The car I drive is in my Dads name, so the police will be contacting them and this will cause me so many problems. I mean, this can really make a lot of things in my life go to *** I don't have enough time to go into detail about the ways this can ruin my life. I'm just praying that it don't. How do people get away with this. I don't want to even go back to any stores. I mean, this goes to show you u can be doing anything and be accused of wrong and possibly wind up in jail. It happens every day. Wrong place at the wrong time.

Issue with store

This store texted me and said my medication is ready but when trying to call they dont answer the phone. Also some time they will send you a text and say you have medication is ready but when you get there they say we dont have any medicine for you. Also some times the drive through window will be closed. This is very frustrating..

Pharmacy Fraud

On April 3rd of this year I (thought) I picked up a 90 day presription of Levothyroxin 50 mcg from CVS; 7442 S Staples St, Corpus Christi, TX 78413 I spoke to my doctor this past Thursday, 2 days ago that I needed more, so she ordered them. I took my last tab today Not thinking anything of it, I called the pharmacy to check the status. They will not refill it becauae they said I already received a 90 day supply and the insurance has already been billed. Checking my meds label it stateas Qty: *54/90, I did not know that. How can they bill for a 90 day supply when they only gave me 54. It is 54 days from April 3rd to today. This is their error...or fraud, I need my meds. I am currently on the phone with my insurance company attempting to fix this but I am not having any luck. I expect a quick follow up before I escalate this. I also expect accountability from CVS Corpus Christi.

Complaint follow up

Your rep that took my complaint was amazing! She was extremely professional, she listened thoroughly, she completely emphasized my feelings, and she was completely compassionate to me. She made me feel like I was important. I was only disappointed to find out it is your policy for upper management will not be following with and that made me feel like CVS management could careless about the customer and the criminally careless pharmacist effects on a serious spinal patient. CVS management can do better but choose not to. That will result me to never ever use your company and I will share my experience with everyone I know. Thank you to the rep! Your awesome and I hope you keep up your amazing work ethic!

We were treated real badly

The way I was just treated in one of your stores here in Phoenix Arizona is CVS Pharmacy 1st and Jefferson one of the workers were just being really rude and nasty my fiance is blind I'm her caregiver I put some coupons onto my rewards card it didn't pop up but the lady appreciate it to clear out my purchase and tell me I had to go up front and like I told her I was going to pay for it anyway then she tried to say my fiance called her a name which my fiance never did then she proceeded to rip stuff out of my hand and tried to tell me that she had to leave the premises then I asked your wife she goes she called me a name like I told him worker my wife did not because I did not hear her then the lady proceeded to say we are not welcome in the store and she is the general manager of CVS which I ended up finding out she is not she is just a clerk that is the reason why I'm writing to you

Wait time

I called my local cvs today to check on my prescription... after 10 minutes with the automated system i was finally connected to the pharmacy..I waited for someone to pick up the phone for over 20 minutes..I finally hung up cause no one answered...This is not the first time. This particular store has gotten bad...and everytime i go to the drive thru the line is a mile long and it takes forever.

Issue with online purchase

The item I purchased leaked in the bag. The customer service representative reordered the item for me.

Rude customer service, misinformation and not helpful

I was told to contact customer service by a cvs store manager because instead of voiding it, he made it go through and charged me. He said customer service will help me with the coupon after he refunded my transaction. I spoke to a representative and she was rude, not helpful and didnt want to hear me.
