Pissed cumsummer is as bad as paramount, Nexflix DIRECTV T Moble ATT Kroger all of these companies do not answer give you a runaround or send your calls overseas where they can not understand you and you cant understand them.

A month has been gone after my cancelation of ticket. Refund is to be done but not received. I was a frequent flyer and a member of club vistara. I am facing this problem so what might other customers will be facing. Earlier I suggest every one for vistara but now as this happens I lost 24166rs due to vistara I will never suggest anyone not even myself to go for vistara.

Changing password and username They helped a frustrated old lady get into her account without losing her treasures.
I got them all put in I have to get the number from my old acct. it takes to long and when I get back it gone. Last number was 576403. My phone number or my new username work better. I am older and not exactly perfect on computer stuff.

Christmas ruined
order a gift on December 7th,paid for it on the 8th called to check on it on the 20th.When I called I was told by Vincent that it was not mailed yet. I was also told he (Vincent) was going to look into it personally and call me back, that never happened. By the time I got to talk to someone it was December 23,sogetting it for Christmas was out of the question. This was a gift my 6 year old daughter help me pick out. On Christmas I had to tell her it wasn't coming not a pretty site thank you gearbubble. The person told me on the 23rd there was nothing he could do but refund my money, I said fine after asking to talk to a supervisor and being told he didn't have one. I asked what was he going to do for me and he said I can refund your money in 5 days. That is not in my opinion good customer service. I also told him that I would tell as many people as I could how rude I was treated and no one willing to help, to make our daughters Christmas a happy one!!!!!!

Our company's name has NEVER been at the top of the search results pages on any search engine! customermagnetism.com sales person is terrible on the phone. They said they could get our website in the first page and push back the untrue complaint one of our exemployee made but I can't see any wrork done. When we tried to cancel our services with ConsumerMagnetism and get our money back but it seems that is impossible as we can't reach anyone from that firm!! Buyer Beware customermagnetism is a Fraud
