Having a problem logging in

I tried to log in but they said I already have an account so how do I go about getting my account pulled back up

I won’t be there to collect the new card because I have moved from that address

Stolen current debit card cell stolen with it

To report my current card lost and my stolen cell phone As you might know, when you have a current card, you go to the current app. And so I've been with them a while. Never had this problem before, so that happened. Yesterday can't get access to no one. Because I don't have my phone that was stolen the number. I can't, I hit a shot I've got to shut my phone off? Took me 5 minutes to get my cell phone shut off. But it's been 24 hours now and still can't shut my current debit card off and I can't get ahold of nobody because they keep saying go on the current app you can't go on the current app. I don't have the current my phone number, so it won't give you access. So there's no other option to shut off a stolen.

Login in

I tried to log in and whether I change my number or not I'm still not able to log in if I don't have that phone then I'm not able to log in with the verification code so that's stupid so then I try to call her customer service you're never open or you guys never come to the phone I needed my money

Awful customer service

Refund/ card issue

I used card for a hotel deposit. The funds were released the next day back to my account. I haven't seen them yet and that was a month ago.

u cant even get into your account if sumbody stills your phone with that number u have to login with then when u go to current support l there gonna say your whole login is wrong but we all no what we put down

I want my money

I want my money and yall let anyone pull out anyone account. Yall just let it happen. I pay my bills and I would never do automated I have money for my bills now yall *** are playing with my real life play money. Now yall know what he American way aint that *** we see on tv and yall playing with my funds. I paid my phone bill and yall let these *** take extra money out and I cant get it back. If I could whoop yall *** trust me I would. I would put my foot up all yall *** with no problem. Give yall busted lips and everything. Im so sick and yired of my money being playing with. And not be able to *** yall up. Unbelievable and so fuckd up. All Im saying is Ill call u *** back cause Ill damed if yall keep playing with my with my money. I work my *** off every day for pennies for a company to make millions. And yall keep *** taking from me when I make Pennies. *** u do too. Whoever is reading this. Now Im stuck with no money going out of town with nothing and really end up with nothing.

I filed a dispute and they won't give me a provisional credit

According to some banking rule, not all disputes can receive a provisional credit, however my dispute was due to several unauthorized transactions done on my account by my ex boyfriend who came into my house and took my phone and charged it up. The would not issue me a provisional credit even though it fell under the heading of unauthorized use. So I am out $989.00 I am going to get evicted because he sucked all my money out of my account and even sent himself some money like an idiot. Now I have to wait until the whole investigation is over before I find out if they're going to reverse the funds. I personally think that Current doesn't want to stick their neck out and cover my loss with the provisional credit.

Place a order online for $84.00 for some kids clothes and havent received any items so I would like my money back

I have money in my savings account and I need my money now this is bad banking.

My account was suspended but I never got a reason why it was suspended except for activity. Its a banking account so anyone should be able to receive their money and use it as they please. B it I will report this.

I have been trying unsuccessfully for two hours to re-activate my grandson's card and can't speak with anyone

My grandson's card was damaged so we requested a new card, once we received it, we tried activating and it keeps sending us to this QR Code or Link to my grandson's phone, but it keeps saying his DOB is incorrect or the "access code" is incorrect. the "CHAT" is a joke because it is virtual and gives you only links to general answers to general questions. I sent a message and it says 24 hours before someone will get back to me, meanwhile, I sent money to his card to go with friends and now he can't use it (for a fee of course) and now he can't send it back because we can't get it activated and I don't have more money or want to pay a fee!!!
