Curbside Customer Service and Pricing
After our current waste hauler increased their prices yet again, I got fed up. Tried calling and was put on hold for a hour. Driving through our neighborhood, I noticed numerous curbside containers. A neighbor reported positive services and lower prices for the small container. Contacted Curbside and promptly heard back. I can pay by check and very reasonable price. Goodbye Walters, hello Curbside.

High rates
When trying to cancel service because monthly rates are $20.38 higher for garbage pickup and yard waste is $20+ then competition (Not introduction rates). First attempt to cancel they hung up on me. Second attempt put me on hold for over 15 minutes. Told me there was a $200.00 cancellation fee. Dont waste your time or money on a company with constant increasing charges.

Customer service s u c k s sucks sucks sucks they bait you into a contract then jack up your rate then refuse to deal with you when you call or they wont call you back when they are supposed to theyll lie to you face theyll lie in the mail theyll lie about everything and forget trying to get ahold of them they will put you on hold for a entire day

Told sweet talk by door to door sales pitch to switch and all of a sudden Overpriced the told my contract revolved to knew price what a ripe off called many times no answer shady business practices will never recommend to anyone very disappointed!!! CHEATED OUT!

THE MEN WHO PICKS UP THE TRASH LEFT MY CAN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. TRIED TO CALL THE COMPANY TO LET THEM KNOW NOT TO LEAVE MY CAN IN THE STREET. SPOKE WITH A CANISHA AND SHE JUST GAVE EXCUSES AS TO WHY IT WAS LEFT IN THE STREET.

Most people review because theyre pissed about something and then perspective customers only see the bad news. The truth is that no company is spot on all the time. Ive been with curbside waste since they began after using several other companies prior. I have had only a few times over the years where garbage wasnt taken on my service dayI calledthey came either later the same day or the following day. Never have they left it for days unless I was very behind in my billing (and I do mean VERY behind-they have still picked up when I was months behind a couple of times). I have NEVER been on hold longer than 5 minutes when calling them for any reason. Ive never been rudely spoken to either. I havent used every hauler out there but Ive had several and there is not one company that hasnt made the occasional mistakes mentioned in most reviews. Ive never experienced erroneous billing either. Perhaps some of you freakishly irate people have treated others so rudely they gave you a little what for of your own.think about it. Its fair you get what you give.no one owes you anything you arent willing to give first.

Theresa was fabulous. Thank you for your help. I would highly recommend contacting Theresa for service. The most cost effective waste removal service I could find.

Do not choose this company for your services
Cancelled their services due to poor service mid January 2022. both cans were picked up 4/5/2022, after multiple emails and phone calls where they refused to give me a date they were willing to pick it up. Asked me to bring the can to them if i cant leave it out on my curb for 7-10 business days. ignored the fact that i cannot leave it out over night due to an association that doesn't allow this. This company doesn't care about current customers or past customers. A girl on their phone gave me a date after i demanded to speak to some one in authority. I paid them for a service not the other way around.

Charged $69.66 more than a year after cancelled service
I cancelled my service with Curbside Waste on April 26, 2019 and the account was paid in full at the time of cancellation. Over a year after I cancelled my service with them on June 22, 2020 the following charge appeared on my credit card: 06/22 06/22 CURBSIDE WASTE INC 763-504-**** MN $69.66 I noticed that erroneous charge on August 8, 2020 and contacted their customer service via email requesting a refund. I received an email back from them on August 10, 2020 indicating they would send a check to me in the amount of the erroneous charge. I contacted them again on October 16, 2020, October 20, 2020 and November 29, 2020 and as of today [November 29, 2020]. They never responded to the last mail I sent to them on October 20, 2020 asking for an update. As of November 29, 2020 they have stopped responding to email requests to provide an update on this and I still have not received the promised check.

Scam trying to get me to switch Services
Curbside sales person came to our door. Would not leave his name or number. Would not leave me a brochure. Told me I could close my door he did not care but I would be leaving $233 dollars in the table by passing up this chance. Claimed our service was bought by republic and our rate would be any high. I told him I wanted to check with our service first. He was smooth. Timing was such that our service was closed for the weekend so we could not verify. It was all fabricated. So glad I did not fall for it.. Shame on curbside!

Yard Waste misrepresentation
i will be a new customer as of October,2020. When I phoned to ask about the yard waste--I was given by one of the customer service reps as to as all about the service. Call number two, as I decided to use the service, I was given a price for partial year etc.etc.etc. The next call came telling me that it was not available in this area!!! Poor customer service and would like to have the services you offer or not sell you weekly services in this area. Quite disappointed!!Be careful!!
