Complaint on product

Meal came out cold. Incorrect items on burgers. Poorly made. When talked to a staff member about it, they didn't ask anything about it, just kept walking and talked to others. We go a lot and this meal was made terrible. Spend 30 bucks and get slop. We go every Sunday after church with others and today was horrible. Food, service ext. Very disappointed and for as much as we go... would like a call from someone. 712-204-**** Thank you, Christopher Heywood

Complaint

You cant be an owner of a business and youre working minors under 18 years of age past closing hours not only that firing an employee that is good at their job and not only that you cant have a assistant manager that doesnt deserve to be a manager there that doesnt do anything all all The owner needs to be charged for making minors work pass certain hours and needs to rehire the employee who gotten fired back she was the best of all and always on time

Under cooked chicken strips

A few weeks ago I went through the drive thru for a chicken strip meal. The strips, for first time, were gummy and under cooked while the breading was darker than usual. I had to bake them for 30 mins in my oven before they were done. I had eaten part of an under cooked one. I am elderly and feared becoming ill. They were too quickly flash fried. I went to Dairy Queen for chicken strips after that. I've never had that happen at Culver's, except your employees do not seem very happy.

Under the weather

I get gets really bad headache and i been really nauseated.when i get this headache it's like i can't do much

Horrible!!

My friends and I went to the one here in Lady Lake FL on 466, and their food was cold!! I am gluten free and tried to order off the gluten free menu but they cook the supposedly gluten free food on the same grill as the regular food!! They are going to kill someone with their lies!!! They are not concerned about the customers but money!!! I called the customer service number and told the lady but she was not concerned that I could have had to go to the hospital if I would have ate that food from the grill!! This is a horrible place to eat and I will never go back there!!!

Unhappy

Salted Carmel mixer was inedible due to saltiness . Called port Charlotte office spoke to Mgr.Gabby. she had a oh well attitude, snippy. Called corp..and advised No receipt given.

Poorly run chain

In the middle of our meal a junkie looking homeless guy sits down at the table bedside us. He quickly passes out. Thought he was gonna fall out of the chair Passed out. When I told employees to please do something they told us to move to another table. He was a local. What? Insulted! We never go in there again This was Culvers in Lehigh Acres Fl. 3:30pm was time it happened. Is this really ok with you all???

Hamburgers were horrible

Both my wife and my hamburgers rebirth I want to get a drink and when I came back to me it was already there which is only about three minutes so they did not cook that hamburger fresh for sure told the manager Roberto about the experience and he pretty much told me that theres nothing he could do this is in the store or 631 Pinellas Park todays store 611 **** at 1:01

Sickness

I am being i. Hospital for 4 days because the coleslaw is bad i have food poison i never have this problem before chest pain my throat is close i cant not swollen it's i nightmare. Hope never happening with another customer.

Fired for no reason

My baby mother just had our baby Tuesday an I told my manager days before the day that it was going to be an she is in control of the schedule an she fired me saying no call no show when new already

Very bad service

I went in side(McDonough) Culver's restaurant store (#637) after placing my order I waited 30 minutes for my order. I noticed that 2 people's who placed their order after me got there's before me. I waited some more, I finally asked for a manager and told her of my problem. She was not concerned about the time it took to fill my order nor the fact that 2 people that placed their order after me got theirs before me. I don't know how much longer it would have been if I had not brought it there attention. Manager did not care about my service problem.

The employees were not professional

The sundae I paid for was not the quality I paid forI asked for extra hot caramel and extra pecans and I only got the standard hot caramel and pecans that the sundae Turtle sundae comes with.I had to pay an extra 60 cents for the hot caramel and an extra $1.20 for the pecans and then when I addressed the employees about it they were very mean and unprofessional and what was said to the customer (me)

Horrible cold food

My husband got the cod sandwich. Hes very happy with that. I got a single burger with Swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato. M play y burger was ice cold so cold. that the cheese didnt even melt I had to choke it down Husband got y concrete mixer I got a shake the boy preparing the shakes was messing around spinning the shake and concrete mixer the people in front of me ate in and I was still waiting for my $27 order worst experience ever at Culvers 14-17 employees were working or just standing around

Irregularities

I'm new to Indiana, I've been living in mount Vernon Indiana for about 3 years now and it's seems to be going ok. About a year ago I was given a swiss mushroom burger of yours and Wow! The was the one of the best burgers I've eaten. I found a Culvers near me which was in the next town over, Evansville. Since I've started going there to eat ,I have never been the 'once' . What I mean to say is I've always had to make a return trip to fix whatever was wrong. Everything from wrong condiments, missing parts of the order, wrong order all together,even making a third trip back because an employee wrote the wrong thing on the order slip. You guys have really outdone yourselves this time. When you make a malt if your outta malt or don't understand that by putting xxx chocolate in it does not make it a xxxxx chocolate malt ! It makes a chocolate milkshake that's undrinkable , YUK !!! I know that now a days the employee pool being what it is, that good help is hard to find. However, your HR department is in VERY short supply themselves. And I can tell that being in charge of food it would make it so easy to make someone sick enough or kill someone to all lead back to you as being a jail sentence for all concerned. Being an employee of and dealing with hazmat material it would be easy to determine the outcome of the food I have from my last visit to Culvers. And just a short order from there to have it publicized , and from there who knows how far it would go. I'm not a greedy man, but I do worry about under competency and what all it could do. Soo, at this time Im going to ask for the last 2 visits to be comped , along with all the gas money Im Out because of all the 'return' trips I made. Last 2 visits - $ 55.00 9 'return' trips - $67.00 = $122.00

Complaint about manager

My order was messed up,tried calling over 30 minute span...NO ANSWER...went into restaurant,manager and General manager refused to correct order.I got visibly upset,Gen.Manager threatened to call police on me...they said phone never rang at all during that time frame(lie)...I showed call log on my phone to Gen mgr...he was very rude and dismissive to me.Didnt want to see it or correct my problem with the order...I left pissed and defeated...ILL NEVER GO BACK...IM 72 AND WIFE IS 66...IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT SENIOR CITIZENS???
