Poor or no service!

We had the CULLIGAN Water Softener installed 3 years ago. There was supposed to be a monthly service, which either happened poorly - or not at all. In spite of the softener our faucets got clogged with sediment due to "hard water". Our water heater had to be drained and we could see lots of this sediment running down the driveway. I called CULLIGAN to cancel, and they would not even pick up their equipment unless I pay them a fee. TOTALLY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY!

Because u added a collection against my credit report

The reason I am contacting you is for the purpose of getting a bill off of my credit report . And these are the two reasons why I know it is not my debt .the first reason is I have not lived in Montana for over five years now.and the second reason is because my dad does live in Montana and his name is the same as mine except sr and soon as I saw this on my history I called and asked if he opened account bill with you and I was told he was and I informed he better get ahold of your company and fix it

Leak from reverse osmosis under kitchen cabinet leaked and ruined the cabient floor

I called the Chicago crop office and spoke to the customer relations manager. He in turn called my local Culligan location and asked the general manager to please return my call and to resolve this issue. After Corp called the local office, the general manager called and told me he would have his repair company come out and assess the damage in order to repair the water damage. Once the cabinet repair guy came he told that because of the extensive damage he would have replace all the cabinets because if he didn't they wouldn't match. So because the budget he was given and what it would actually cost was so large, he called his boss and explained it to him. So once the boss talked to the Culligan general manager, they said the GM would have think about it. I have called 3 times this and have sent to vociemail because of course they don't want have pay for all new cabinets. After calling a few times the GM calls me back and acts like he has no idea what Iam talking about once I reminded him of our conversation last week his memory came back . Now he says it is my fault and once me to file an insurance claim with my company . Claiming it was ourt responsibility . This guy has some nerve all want then is to fix what was damaged and he seems be trying to get out of it . This guy is really crook. I have been a loyal customer for 30 years and have never had an issue and now that i do they trying to get of doing the right thing

Warranty problem with selling dealer

I will never buy from Culligan again. I had a defective brine barrel and was told by the Culligan dealer in Ontario California that the would not warranty it because I have never called them to service the unit. I was never told that they needed to come back and service anything on that unit. The water softener is for my vacation house and has only had 9300 gallons run through it since installed. Which is very little water. I will never buy another Culligan product nor recommend them.

Lack of service

I have 3 residences with Culligan systems in them, I have been a customer since 1983. One of the homes is particularly troublesome, and we have a service contract on that home, which we pay a monthly fee for. That home, 107 Airport lane, Schuylerville NY 12871, has not been working since late May of this year, when we called the Scotia NY branch for service. They have given me a service date of June 29, with the possibility of an earlier date if they have a cancellation. I had been originally given a date of July 6, but got a call this morning, after I started to complain. I would like to know what can be done about the lack of timely service; I have reached out to the competition, who have said that they cannot work on Culligan equipment, but have set an appointment for them to come in and propose replacing it with their own, and service their equipment on a more prompt basis.

I just looked at my receipt from 9/15/21 I was charged 1700.00 for water softener that is 600.00 and paid a told of 1700.00 dollars. Your telling me that labor was 1100.00 to install???

Poor customer service

I've had home water delivery for over 30 years..You would think Culligan would be one you could trust. Culligan has progressively begun to go down. They started buying these small water companies but, I guess didn't replace the workers that were there. So, I'm done fighting through the garbage moving onto the next.

Don't Was sold an Culligan water RO system and got a no name brand system as the said it was Culligan. Even called there corporate Culligan and they did nothing.

Poor delivery service.

For two months in a row, Aqua Falls (owned by Culligan) has rescheduled delivery without informing me ahead of time. The delivery service is bad.

Aoto Draft Billing

To all customers, Please beware that Culligan has a tendency to auto draft your account for amounts not other than your monthly bill. We were drafted $98.00 out of the blue without any explanation, When we contacted them regarding the issue, they said that they would. Reimburse us. Not the case! If you have another choice for a water softener or purifier, we suggest you use them. reimburse us. That has not been the case. We now h

Worst service ever

I am very discussed with Culligan. The office people are lazy. They tell me the payment I made is for 2 months ago. Can't stand lazy people, so I switched to Paradise water (which is owned by Columbia Industries, a great company which supports our community) and I get billed every time I have water delivered, monthly. Not when ever they feel like it. I told my 2 adult children to also switch and they did.
