I need to speak to a representative now

I've been a cube smart customer for the last 6 years with my bills being paid on time never late my bill for August 2023 was paid on the 19th which is due on the 20th I don't appreciate getting text 4 days later about my bill being past due when the record of payment should be in the system it's in my email and I have a receipt for said payment

Storage facility always close

On 2021 I was looking for affordable storage unit I found this place on 401 s waterman ave, San Bernardino they had a deal first month and second month free I got a storage unit it had easy access with keypad on building then to storage unit great, then 2 months later I go to my storage they had removed keypad and put deadbolt on doors and then you are force to go into the main office to have them open facility it became inconvenient and a nightmare since the employee in the office opens when she wants to sometimes she is not even there, they started to raise the monthly rent for no reason, I have rental insurance it didnt matter they force you to pay for there insurance fee with no proof of any insurance after almost 2 years, they keep raising there prices for a storage in a bad area the roads full of holes, I said no more in the last 2 months I have been trying to remove my property the first time it was on a Tuesday I got there at 9:30am I waited for her to open the office she never show up I finally told the movers to go home and on August 10,2023 I was there again at 9:30am the place never open up apparently she was on vacation but the contract stipulated that there office is open every day from 9:30am till 5pm I waited 2 hours I had to tell the movers to go home again this time I had the financial burden to pay $200.00 to the movers cube smart costumer service I complain and told them I should be reimbursed for my loss and they did not respond, I finally went back a week later and finally removed my property I would never recommend this facility to anyone beware they open there office when they want to and raise your rent astronomically ones you are there for no reason.

Poor customer service,

One person told me how much was due, I told him I would be there in a week to pay the whole bill since they won't take any money unless it's toe whole balance, then when I get there they say it's $300.00 more

Refund Due and Not Received

DI returned CS-9045 CubeSmart King/Queen Mattress Bag on October 22, 2022. The return was at 8970 Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33411 (****). I was told I would receive a check in the mail. It is almost 9 months and still waiting. I have called multiple times and was told a District Manager would call and I have never received a call. The invoice number is 482350 in the amount of $7.91. It's a matter of principle. I returned an item and would like my refund.

Call to customer service due to no upper management contacts provided. Pay bill reserve storage fees all there. No where to go for problems with managers that can do anything they want. They kept my deposit of $100 for using their truck for insurance if you crash and told me because I didn't take everything out I was late and forfeit all my money. They locked ip all the doors 1 hour early without saying anything to anyone because of break ins. How can I empty a truck being locked out early? The next day i emptied the truck faster than the nanager ciuld ride the cart from the office to my storage. Stilll kept my noney that was to be returned to ne when I returned it as I received ot with no accident.

Evicted by an anonomous complaint that grew to 5 people saying I was living in storage unit. All the cameras and security gates codes to enter and exit prove ny innocense. No access to get my stuff .

Multiple complaints: False Eviction, Denied Access to Property (Gate Code) unit (Overlock) complaints are met with outrage, threats and kicked out. Told that they dont't give a *** about seniors, heat stroke, even witnessing near fainting of a senior verbal abuse cussing then kicked out of complain. Vengefully and purposely blocked from retrieving property before auction. Viewed and commented about expensive items and even inquired if leaving the goods then cussed out and kicked out when I complained that I am only allowed hottest time in to get my property. Told to drop the hitch onto my rv and pull it out now which would render the rv as salvage junk unusable due to improper preparation as required for towing by manufacturer b because its half hour for manager to leave. Witnessed the cussing abuse to others and thought they were at fault or did really bad but it is standard practice. He does not like sitting and waiting for people to pack. I had a steel 20 foot by 8 (1 car garage) given 25 minutes to get everything I needed. Then told I could only access and retrieve my full garage in one trip, 1 load in less than a days access period because a customer said I was living in the storage even with no evidence on cameras and every time I came in the exit gate shows my code leaving always before closing time. I was accused the first day I came back from a trip out of town! Just kicked out and denied access to get MY property before they jeep it for auction. Their lock blocking my goods with all bills up to date and still in effect!

Came to my storage unit at 9:45 it didn't realize it was after 10:00 tried to leave the gate was locked and won't let me put my coat in I couldn't reach nobody

Cube smart on Rock Springs does not have A.C. since May

Theft

i had my ATV stolen from your taunton massachusetts location, within 8 hrs of first placing it in storage for the first time. 2 questions 1) seems by the contract that the management for this location is not cubesmart but a property management company, is this so? 2) also was told it is a cubesmart policy to not let customers or police department to view a video concerning theft. The Taunton PD had to get a court authorization to watch the video and revealed my ATV being rode off the premises Please Do Not refer me to travis ( district manager ) im looking to hear from a corporate operations person

Update

To everyone having trouble getting cubesmart to respond. I was sick of it so I emailed there Human resources about my issues. It wasn't an hour before they responded with a phone call about my complaint. Turns out they just need a copy of my payment from my bank, in which I had already sent this to several Cube Smart representatives. Apparently the local office where I have my unit told them they have been trying to reach me. Lies of coarse. Anyway I will post the final outcome soon hopefully.

They say you have to Insurance that all these years that I’ve had the store room and do have Insurance there was one star room that I had that had rodents rats in it that ate up a lot of my stuff and

And to know I paid that kind of money and I did pay insurance every month and to know that they didnt replace my things my things that meant a lot to me it didnt matter because they just manage your money . Its the point of the whole thing I took pictures and then theyre gonna tell me that I have no insurance that covers that caught at this rat infested place that I have no choice. I cannot just go move my stuff out into another place and no I am not happy with his place whatsoever. I think the owner manager or whatever the full of BS to tell you that that does not cover and and they dont wanna replace anything that you lose when that happens it doesnt make any sense to me and I would never get a storm again from this place ever. And I never know if its every time I go there on a break I dont know just not in that office.

Lawsuit for Cubesmarts Negligence

I am still waiting for the little insurance check and I still have not received a phone call from CubeSmart. I have tried calling the district manager several times as well as texting him but to no avail. I went from having over 30 pair of brand new shoes and 8 storage...

So far CubeSmart has not reached out to assist me in any way however I was told not to come get my remaining stuff by the facility manager whom I am 99% sure is involved in my stuff being stolen. I returned to the facility one time to get some of my clothes and some...

To Someone who had access to the storage unit facility drilled my lock out during business hours and ransacked my unit stealing around 35,000 dollars worth of items and was. Somehow able to replace my damaged lock with a cubesmart lock. I had asked the new manager 3 times over a 2 week period and even contacted corporate to have the lock removed and I couldn't get into my unit until after the cops responded and the manager had known for almost 3 weeks that my unit was broken into and no one contacted me even though I had been there 3 different times to try to get into my unit stoll he did not tell me anything. When I informed him that the cops were coming to the facility he had the pictures of the vehicle and tag number of the vehicle that stole my stuff. However he claims they never came into the building but I had not been there since 4/18 and I still have my keys that go to the damaged lock that was drilled out in order to access my unit. I'm so mad and I feel that the new manager was involved and I think I saw him staking my shoes into another unit after the cops left. I want someone from corporate to call me because I couldn't even get the district manager to call me back and I feel as though filing a lawsuit is the only way to get the surveillance footage from inside the facility and get all of my stuff that was stolen replaced. I want corporate to contact me and they still have not.

Complaint

James at the CubeSmart on Leuer Avenue in Cleveland Ohio is one of the most inconsiderate and disrespectful people I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I came in today to pay my bill as well as to put my daughters bed into the storage unit. My bill was past due because I was waiting for someone from CubeSmart to get back to me regarding a rate increase that I was not made aware of. I had spoken on the phone yesterday with a young lady who told me that she would note my account and give me a one time customer satisfaction credit, because I had never received a mailing notifying me of a rate increase for the month of March. When I got to the gate, my code wasnt working so I called the office. James answered, and I told him my name and that my code wasnt working. He looked at my account and said that it wasnt working due to nonpayment. I explained to him that I was coming in to make the payment per my phone conversation with the young lady yesterday. James kept talking over me And told me to just park the car and come in through the walk-in gate. I told him that I had something that I needed to put in my unit and that it was raining and asked if he could just buzz me in. He, once again, spoke over me, and got an attitude asking if I expected him to come outside and punch in his code to let me in. In the past, I had been able to be buzzed in and out if needed, and I was under the impression that that was still possible. James let me in the gate, and when I came into the office, he explained that the buzzard does not work anymore. He couldve just explained that initially instead of making the snarky comments that he did. He asked if I was ready to make my payment, I said yes, and I had mentioned that the young lady I spoke to yesterday was supposed to note the credit on my account. He did go over the notes that was left on my account, and there was nothing regarding a credit. I was becoming overly frustrated, but I was trying to compose myself. I excused myself, and was about to apologize for being frustrated. I started explaining that I just had a death in the family and before I could finish the apology, James, once again spoke over me and told me how his sister was in the hospital for a triple bypass surgery. I felt like he was trying to one-up me on everything instead of listening to me . After a certain point, I stopped talking because I felt like I couldnt get a word in without him cutting me off. I have an anxiety disorder, and those kind of blatantly disrespectful interruptions are a trigger for me. I told him that I was not prepared to pay more than what I had previously discussed with young lady. I asked when she would be in next, and he told me she would be in tomorrow. I asked if he could take down a note for her to call me when she got into the office so that we could further discuss. He agreed to take down a note and then told me that she wouldnt be able to give me a credit anyway because credits are all done through corporate. I got more information on my unit regarding auction just so that I could have the info for my records. He told me that I would have to pay my bill by the 24th of April in order to save it from any additional fees or auction. I got a card with his name on it from my records as well because I knew that I wanted to reach out to corporate regarding his behavior. I then went to my storage unit to try and put my daughters bed in , just to be met with a lock out padlock. I told James when I came in that I had something to put into my unit. He couldve told me on the phone at the gate, or even when I was in the office with him discussing my account that I would not have access to my unit at all. I felt so disrespected and unheard. I literally pulled out of the parking lot, pulled over and cried in my car. James really needs to take a course on compassion and customer service, because the service he provided me today was completely unacceptable.
