Agonizing

6 months theyve had my warrantied mower but, no part in sight or a day or month or year when Ill get it back? Every week calls to service and nothing. Today I called customer service and through my whole career as a customer bilingual assistor for over 49 years Ive never had such a rude supervisor . Someone needs to call me to file a complaint about this man so they can listen to the call done today between 12:15 and 2:00 pm

Purchased new Lawn mower not working

I purchased a new battery mower (model #33AA27JBD10) from Home Depot on 3/10/23. Once I got home and charged the battery, the mower would not start. I read manuals and checked online to no avail. I called your customer support and they sent me a list of service centers. The closest service center was 50 miles away. We loaded a truck and took it to the certified dealer along with proof of purchase on 4/5/23. The service techs have had problems diagnosing the problem along with your service center as I have spoken to the techs. When I call your toll-free number for customer service, I am told to call me repair persons. So far, I am getting nowhere but more non-use of my purchase. I have had a new mower for five months and have not even started the mower and it has not been in my possession for four months. I have already missed most of the grass-cutting season this year. It is not an unreasonable expectation to be able to use a new mower when you purchase it, however not having use of the mower 5 months after the purchase is pushing the limits of patience. Please help in this matter. -- Al

My Cub Cadet push behind weed trimmer is not working

My weed trimmer is not working would like another one. I dropped off trimmer to the service center they requested and the trimmer needs repairs but no one wants to honor the warranty. Now the service center repair cost is three times more than what I paid for it.

Broken mower

I am very disappointed in the cub mower I have it is a zt1 54 zero turn I had it for just 3 years I have taken care it a the other day I was mowing and the bolt that goes into clutch and into crank just broke making the mower no good

Belt continues to come off our mower

We have had this riding mower for 3 yrs. We have had to get the belt back on 4 times. Right now in the middle of summer, we can't mow because the belt is off again. The first time this happened, the mower was still under warranty and we had to pay over $100 to get it fixed. We had to pay the same people a 2nd time, and it still happened again. We paid them the same price again, and it still wasn't repaired. Then we took it to another mechanic, and were able to use it for a while but it happen again. The problem seems to be a defect in the mower. What will Cub Cadet do to help us?

Sent wrong part and they never answered the phone for 6 days in a row. Worst company ever in the US.

No customer service, hard to speak with a live person

My u-turn mower is only about 2 years old and it been nothing but problems.. first I could not have it repaired at Home Depot where I purchased, I had to take it 50 miles to have it worked on each time it broke down. I am talking a minimum of 10-12 times in this 2 year period, I am so tired and frustrated!! What can you do to replace this piece of junk that I was sold?

Worst Shipping Department Ever

Ordered a few parts for my weed mower. My order was mixed up with someone across the country. I received a spark plug and air filter, not what I ordered. I get a call from their shipping explaining what happened, I get it, mistakes happen. She tells me that she will expedite the parts immediately, two weeks later I cannot get a hold of any live person, just want to see if my parts are coming or what. Still waiting with no answer about parts that have been paid for. If I ever get my parts I will fix my weed mower and sell it and never buy anything from Cub Cadet.

Have not been able to fixed this tractor, since I got it, I am finally so way pissed off about tractor problemss. I tried to work with cub cadet and service over and over.. Tractor needs to be replaced or refund and service payments... I am totally pissed off What can I get (Value) for this 2016 xt3 gsx garden tractor, it has been in the shop, more than me using it (around 200 hours, if that)? It has been in that shop for several months now, Mid Atlantic Outdoor (they are trying, to fix) I do not want the garden tractor back!!! Cam shaft broken oncub cadette. Attached resolution

I purchaswd my cub cadette in 2021 along with the maintenance.plan. the mower ran fine. It was taken.for.maimtenance.in feb 2022 and it had.problems. after many attemptw to fix it the mower died this yr. 2023. It has been in tje shop for a month now.they tell.me the cam shaft is broken. I don't want a rebuilt mower i want a new.one. this mower is a.lemon. the outlet where purchased doesn"t seem to kmow how to fix it and i don"t want a piexe of junk. Pls.help. my daughter later entered a Poston aocal website stating how frustrated I was on sat. Monday morning at appros 9am. I get a phone call stating that the post needed to be taken down The manager was doing everything he could. ( He had been involved.for.approx 2 weeks. But the mower had sat there for.two weeks before.they even diagnosed it. ) . Je told me if I did not.take down thew.the post that he wouldn't fix my mower. I could just pick it up and find someone else. (Sounded like a threat to me) well I agreed to take.the.post down he told me he was an independent cub cadette dealer and he didn't.have to do anything. .after I took the past down they finally got.the.parts and I received the.mower 25 April. They had picked it up 23 March. Just got it hoping it works. But i.ha e 3.more years of maint. So it will.be jars dealing.with them. The delivery person ( really.nice).told me to call them if I had problems. They did not.charge me anything (not.for.pickup or delivery). I just hope it's fixed, but now.it's just a.rebuilt mower.

Shotty product

This should be a recall from everything I read on this is issue!!! This is a Cub cadet lawn tractor, and my problem with it is this...oil leaking on to the exhaust needs new gasket and valve cover kit,been warned not to park it inside after use because it is a fire hazard. Cub Cadet won't even respond by phone or text...I wish I had bought a John Deere...This is only my second season with the Cub Cadet. Bill Chilson

Engine is seized

My mower has 65.5 hours on it and engine seized up also in the first year had to replace the head gasket mower was still under warranty but warranty shops were booked out 6 months so had to pay outta pocket for repair. Now was just told my engine is seized up and cant not get ahold of anyone at cub cadet WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ONE AS IM STUCK WITH SOMETHING I CANT USE AND PAID THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR !!! Sickening actually will be looking into legal resources

Lawn mower repair

My cub cadet is under warranty. I dropped it off at a dealership called Big blue outdoors in Flemingsburg Ky. It started not starting and they have now had it 5 months and no answer as to when it will be fixed. I own a lawn business. I need my mower back within a timely manner as promised. They have kept it so long I believe the warranty ran out. When I dropped it off it was still under warranty. I have been trying to call someone at cub cadet for 5 months now. The dealership has tried to call as well. We cannot get ahold of anyone. No one is working on my mower in the 5 months it has sat there. They are saying they can't get a hold of cub cadet to get parts or answers on how to proceed. If your buying a cub cadet, watch out for their warranties. They Are not good about fixing your product if it in fact messes up.

Cub Cadet Mower Caught Fire

Looked at 8 other brands, all have Insulated caps over the Solenoid. Most even have caps over the main starter lead. This has been reported to Fire Authorities and I have requested a Total Recall of all Cun Cadet Models to get insulated caps on all exposed main...

Refused Warranty Issue although a blind man can see this was an accident waiting to happen _

My new ZX 60 ride on mower caught fire in the middle of a National Park that could have been A National Disaster The Starter Solenoid does not have insulated caps, and sits proud of the body. A spanner fell down and across the exposed terminals ( No 5 cent caps ) this ignited the battery cables and the whole machine caught fire. Quick action alleviated a disastrous circumstance in a National Park 20 Hours use ! The fact that there is No insulated caps and the terminals sit proud is the root cause While my John Deere and Husky has caps this and No other Cub Cadet does. Even Husky cover the Starter main cable - Cub Cadet doesnt , even World Lawn has covers !!! This is a major fire risk that will be reported to all fire authorities Oh Not covered under warranty - Recall ALL Cub Cadet Mowers and FIX
