Number I normally call to get my balance haven't been able to reach since now my card won't work I don't know what to do I have no money other then what's on my card need help

My name is Charles Walker, I donated at CSL plasma today at around 5:30-6pm and they did not scan my bottle also didnt even get me a return date when I could come back. I tried calling multiple locations too see if I could get the issue resolved but not even 1 location answered. Please call me back. As the location closes in 10 minutes they never answer the phone.

CSL plasma in Schenectady is filled with crack addicts getting their next fix. Dirty blood coming out of there. Imagine waking up from a blood transfusion craving crack cocaine. You never crave it before yet now you wake up from this traumatic experience and you want to go smoke crack. You can thank CSL plasma in Schenectady on State Street for that

Melrose park location. 7 people in screening line, one screener and after she finished the one she was screening she proceeded to sit there and chat with another staff member UNTIL I had to ask is anyone screening. There was no line for a bed so why should we have to wait for screening.

.I when 8/11/23 to donate plasma at 7am..Your system was down..they said we could. Wait.it shouldn't be that long..I waiting till 9:30pm,.they said we could come back tomorrow and we could still get our 65.00 for are second donate of the week..i donate today and they only give me 50.00...bad business practice???!!!

Your minnimum wage nurse butchered my arm
I donated and have a big bruise and a thing on the inside crease of my arm that protrudes like a nipple .So I go to donate again on my day too get told to see nurse . As I waited for nurse they called my name where they do you vitals too be told I was thrown outta the Q. From there without seeing nurse the same guy that seemed real confident Id get cleared said how about you just come back Ina few days . I got. Was for them I dont drive a 1/2 hour pay tolls and gas too get turned around for something they caused too do the same thing a few days later then get rewarded 47$ too get charged unknowingly 1.50 too check my balance on their debt card. Before you know it Im gonna owe them money for poking *** in my arm and taking my plasma and 5-6 hours of my time if you include travel time. What a joke. And sometimes their well trained staff will have me in enough pain where I cant barley straighten my arm the next day. Eventually the pain subsides but there shouldnt be any pain at all. The whole situation is a shame because I feel good donating and feel even better using that money for a good meal. So much for that im done with CSL best a luck too em. Yes the last visit wasn't pleasant I did not like how I was treated coming from a supervisor he was very rude to me and I felt disrespected
Once I got back there on the table he was last time u didn't finish giving plasma I explain to the the team member which is a supervisor why I couldn't finish he said get u p I told him sir I have been coming here for at least a year I'm not no I got an good night sleep and water and I eat the right food I'll demote you from coming back I told him sir give me a chance so he was talking to another team member about me saying I had an attitude which I didn't he was very unprofessional rude I just didn't say anything I I just wanted to give my plasma and get out of their I was *** I humble myself and didn't give it the energy at the end of the day if I can help save some one life that's what it's all out it's not about the money and over all I was able to finish the whole process I was upset how he was trying to handle me as a grown woman I nerverl had a problem with the rest of the team their nice and do a great job so I'm glad y'all reach out I don't no if I'll ever go back their again

I was attacked by men in military unmarked cars and everything was stolen. My state id and visa showed up at a smoke shop in city under control by foreign Troops.

Nothing was done to correct their misleading information and i am NEVER going to donate again nor will i recommend their facility to anyone ! After i explained my issue tonthe general manager Margarita she said she didnt feel comfortable compensating me because i should have read the flyers on the wall ! I told her if any of the information j had been given before changed i should have been notified just as they wxpect to be notified if anything on my end has changed ! Like i said very misleading !

Hi am April was at the plasma center on admiral and the lady at the desk asked me to stand behind the door I did I stated under my breath she always got something to say which I watched her from when I first came in the way she was treating people to have that attitude so I step back and I said under my breath she always has something to say so she started going back and forth with me to the point to where I said you can take your jacket off that is not a threat so she kept going back and forth with me so I told her if you want to keep your job it's best if you stop talking to me so when I got in the booth I acted to speak with management I know how you try to get people in trouble saying that there was a threat that was not a threat if she wouldn't have never said anything to me when I said what I said under my breath I wouldn't be writing this my name is April Coger I was defending myself and I don't feel saying something under your breath is a threat I was not looking at her directly she was on the phone with a client and had a client in front of her so you tell me how professional is that

These people call them health care professionals Health care professionals dont act like school kid bullies These peopl talk about everyone coming in the center If you file a complaint they will make sure u are gone for no good reason!! Im the most laid back humble person they called me a trouble maker I got a bruised arm and got permanently deferred FYI per an employee we get paid $45-55 While they get $6,000 per bottle of plasma!!

I was deferred from CSL because I had a complaint.
.I believe that the manager at the CSL plasma in Tucson on Ina road uses authority and her manager position to defer people because she can. Last time I was in there it took 4 hours to donate there was only two employees working. And one of them was playing favorites with donors I kept on asking them to hook me up so I can start the process of donating. She said she would get to me soon. So a shift changed happened and a new employee came in and I told her what happened and how long I was there. She said you should speak to my manager. I said that's a good idea maybe she can give me a bonus for being here so long.. so she went and told her manager. I was called into a room where the manager and another women and a man were already waiting for me.. I felt intimidated and already knew that they were upset I am complaining.. she said what is ur complaint and was rude about it. I asked if I can be giving a bonus for being the for four hrs. And told her how the employee kept skipping me . She immediately defended her employees actions which I expected. But the asked why do u think u should be entitled to a bonus. And I said because it took so long for the donation and would be a nice thing to do. She said that she wasn't gonna give bonus . And basically just ignored my complaint. I asked why are u being so rude. About everything . And she said why do u feel entitled. She asked me to leave. I said not until I get a bonus for my time she said I will call the cops . I said why do u have to be so rude and *** She then proceeded to call cops. I got out before she could even dial 911. I just felt right off the bat that they were bulling me.. I did ask why there was so many people in there and was referring to the dude who really had no business beiny in conversation. She said he was there just in case u get hostile. Which is what she said I was doing. Getting hostile and crazy.. all because I speak very loud. Said I was screaming.. well sorry my normal voice is loud. And she called me a name. This is a manager at a company treating a customer or donar with disrespect. I was then deferred for this . I didn't even know u can be deferred for asking for a bonus. And saying a complaint to a manager about her employee. I just don't understand yes the money helps but it's nothing . So for someone to go donate plasma which saves lives for what 40 bucks. For four hrs. To get treated like a piece of *** That sucks. She treated me like I was some drug addict teying to get a fix when I amover two years clean off alcohol. They give bonus all the time. Don't know why they couldn't give one that day for a 4 hrs donation and it wasn't even the first time.. I tried going to the other CSL downtown and they won't let me donate cuz of the Ina rd one out me on the list. Is this legal. Can I be refused to save a life because I had a complaint against and employee. I mean I know she got mad because you are as good as your worst employee. The manager is the one who is responsible for the bad employee. And I guarantee you she felt insulted when I said I wanted to complain against her employee. She got very defensive very rude and basically showed me the door. Mind you I've never had one problem ever in my life. Except for one time I complain and get treated like an a*****. And I use this money on times when I am struggling and right now I don't have a job and they won't let me donate. I feel they use the donor deferral list as their way of getting back at you and that is not right. I should be able to file a lawsuit or something. Discrimination against men cuz she didn't even give me a chance . Bullying and intimidation. And harassment.
