Finish my claim

Over charged for boxes. Mayzlin Relocation stated I had 171 boxes and we counted wrong and had to pay $2500.00 before we could even drop off my storage items. You counted wrong bc I only had 68 boxes which was confirmed by your driver. Maybe it was total with furniture of 171 but only still 68 boxes and rest furniture. I was told my quote was for moving and assembly at final destination and that wasn't done neithermeno

Dishonest scam artists

Was filing a damage claim and told I had 30 days to submit three estimates. Ten days later when I had my estimates they closed my claim. Theyre not an insurance company, theyre essentially scam artists hiding behind a telemarketing firm. Their policy is to make sure you dont ever successfully file a claim.

RUNNING A SCAM

Submitted a detailed claim right after my move. They emailed me weekly on the status stating they were working on it and how federal law allowed them 120 days. Kept emailing me saying what number my name was in the que for my claim. Then a few weeks ago I realized it's way past 120 days and I never got my claim paid. I email them and they email me back saying they sent me a letter I needed to sign off on for the claim and since I never returned it my claim was now closed for "lack of interest"?? WHAT A COMPLETE LIE!! I was emailing them weekly about my status yet when they allegedly settle my case they mail me a letter? I have informed USPS delivery, I get copies of all my mail. I went through it all during the time they claimed they sent a letter. Wasnt in there, they lied! Never sent. I mean they are communicating with me via email for 4 months now so all of sudden this scam company decides to send me a letter?? LIE!! And why wouldn't they just email me the letter. I'm filing complaints against these criminals with the Federal and State Agencies. They never had any intention of paying my claim. They are like Mr Incredible's Insurance Company he worked for in the movie of the same name.

Unfair, despicable, scam

I would rather not even leave one star-that is how bad this company is. They will compensate you for NOTHING despite the proof you submit. Most of my furniture was destroyed and the customer service was laughable. This company is a SCAM. They are not out to assist you with claims or even disputes of said claims. They are liars.

Moving Fraud - CSI Pros Supports FRAUD

CSI Pros essentially works to support fraud. They help the moving company get out of paying for damage and out of over-charging customers. They take months to reply to you via email and won't ever pick up the phone. I was over-charged, I had more than 17K in damage, I paid for a full freight truck and only took up a 1/4 of it, I had my items held hostage, etc. I had photos, proof, etc. CSI Pros supports the moving company NOT the customer. It is a basic insurance / claim fraud deal. SO BAD! AVOID! Pay extra to have a legit moving company. Do not use CSI Pros, DO NOT USE HERMES MOVING COMPANY!

Ripped off, highly suggest you don't use movers that use CSI company for claims. Movers likely can't be trusted either.

They're in bed with the moving companies in my opinion. Process was not straight forward especially around disputes and quick to offer a few dollars when you're clearly owed thousands. Felt like this company was the final check boxes in the corrupt moving company and then claim filing process.

Arbitrator between Mayzlin Relocations and customer

CSI Pros have a detailed online form for claims of damages and missing items from movers (Mayzlin). I spent nearly 3 hours completing the online form and after 2 months they offered only $96 for a few of the items that I had listed. One of the rejected claims was reasonable as I had not marked the item missing on delivery. Two steel closets were scratched on delivery and CSI claimed that the movers had marked them as scratched on pickup but there was no such note on the bill of lading and I provided a photo of the closet in the pick up location showing it was pristine. They did not even contact me but rejected this and other items. Meaningless having a mediator when they are simply an outsourced service of the moving company. Sad!

Beware of using moving companies

CSI is a joke of a service. These organizations are not meant to protect the client. They are made to protect the cooperation in this case Alliance moving. They completely trashed our furniture, bate and switched pricing and held our furniture hostage. CSI was supposed to be our go to for grievances. Instead they gave us a slap in the face $300 out of thousands of dollars of damages. The staff were largely incompetent and rude at every turn. Dragging out the process to even beyond their own stated 120 day review time frame. They never once called Alliance or fought for our interests. These people are *** and so is the company

NO HELP WHAT SO EVER

I think these people are in cahoots with the horrible moving companies. Not only did we get screwed by the moving company, we got screwed by this company as well. I provided all documentation requested and then they said the carrier was "inactive" I called to speak to someone and was hung up on when I pressed for further explanation. They all just lie and steal. It's ridiculous.

CSI offered only $59. To settle our loss, what a farce.

Even the airlines will pay up to $3,500.

For one lost piece of luggage. These people are crooks!

This company requested information concerning our loss from our move with Safebound Moving and storage which we sent to them with pictures showing major damage to expensive pieces of furniture. We also listed all of the missing items which included many boxes of clothing, televisions, and furniture. These idiots said they could not endorse lost items because w didnt have pictures. Unfortunately Safebound never took pictures of the *** they stole and these dumb bastards actually thought this was a reasonable excuse. Not sure how we were expected to photograph things that were not delivered to us. This company is not an insurance company at all, they are paid by the mover to enable the moving company to steal what belongings that werent already damaged! Thats right, they are paid to protect and enable theft!! I guess thats why the movers kept telling us to file a claim when we asked where all our things had gone and pointed out damages. The turds at CSI actually said we needed to be more forceful with the movers at delivery! This company is purely a sham! Unless you believe that $59. Is a fair settlement offer from these jerks for the damages in the pictures and stolen items be warned!!

Claim refund less that the price of a Two piece with biscuits and fries

This company continues to scam hardworking folks with double talk and unnecessary run around. I have articles that I purchased from around the world. All of which arrived in one piece. Even if something was broken, it was quickly made whole because of good insurance coverage. My artisan bed was damaged and CSI offered me $12.00...not even enough for a two piece with a biscuit and fries. Shame on this company. Basic insurance should never be an insult. CSI insulted me and countless other customers. I think moving companies should break ties with this company because of the horrendous claim process. $12.00???

I need help with claim

Damage tv, scratched bed frame, dented lamp, floor fans not delivered. When I try to contact movers they sent email claim form after I told them I did not have computer to fill out form. They did not contact again, after many calls to company. I am not happy.

Made me wait for over 120 days then said they can't help me.

When you have a mover and need to file a claim, they make up file through this waste of time company, then after over 120 days, Then says lack of authorization to proceed. Won't tell me what I submitted, all my documents. I was missing items I had tons of items damaged they damaged my property the whole move and these people nothing but a nightmare. Their reviews are horrible.

Denial of claim

Several items were damaged during my move including a very expensive bed. Claims were denied because the paperwork from the driver didn't notate the damages even though plenty of photos were taken. The driver told me which paper work to sign then gave me the supervisor's phone number to file a complaint. Ends up I had to go through CSI PRO and they denied everything because of lack of documents.

CONS! AFTER 4 months they tell me they don't cover mover

I spent a week taking photos and uploading information for over $6000 of damaged items. I uploaded in October and have been waiting patiently. This morning I logged in and they say THEY STOPPED COVERING THE MOVER ON 2/10/2022!!!! It is 2/11/2022!!! Phone calls get you stuck in a round of hanging up and recorded messages. I am beyond mad. In addition the company that did the move will not pick up the phone- never even got a bill of lading. STAY AWAY FROM CAPITAL MOVERS IN FLORIDA AND J AND D MOVERS IN LAS VEGAS!!! I had to call the police to stand by for the mover.
