There was no delivery, but account was debited

On 08/16/2023 I was expecting delivery of four 5 Gal bottles and pick up 4 empty bottles , but it was not done. Even though my account was charged by $88.93. I sent message to customer service and had online chat, where associate informed me that he submitted request for revert charges an set up delivery on 08/18/2023. Unfortunately there was no delivery and no changes on account. Please credit my account in amount $88.93 first and set up delivery no latter than 08/22/2023.

Poor delivery

I have had a problem from second deliver they lie about delivery date.Tell you one day and then never show up.Ask to speak to a supervisor 3 weeks ago and no has called me yet.Today asked for cooperate information and Customer Service person said she didn't have the information

Resolved: Failure to refund final bottle deposit

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Had to remind them twice and make complaints to government authorities and on sites like this. It should not take so much effort to receive what one is owed.

I did finally receive the check. It was supposedly issued on July 11, but I did not receive it until August 1.

They sent it presort.

One would think, if they were already so late with this refund, they might have put an actual stamp on it. I still think, if I had not been so persistent, they would have pocketed my $36.

Cancelled my distilled water service when new HVAC has built-in humidifier. Not only would they not take back the unopened bottles, they said I had to wait to return the three empties and return all six together. Took months, but I returned all end of April and was told I would receive $36 check in four weeks. It is now nearly 12 weeks and every time I call I'm told it's another four to six weeks. How much have they gained by stealing $36 from every departing customer.

Order paid and not delivered

terrible, I made my first purchase and they canceled delivery 3 times without prior notice and already deducted the money from my account. Worst company I've ever seen and the customer service is terrible! run away

Bad delivery driver

i turned in water machine Jan 2023 made driver sign paper of the serial number of machine and date he picked up 3 months later he comes screaming in my shop where is the water machine i showed him the paper he signed he threw it at me yah he canceled my online account he is a real winner he s not coming back in my shop I STARTED WITH PRIMO YEARS AGO THAT CO CARED ABOUT CUSTOMERS . I SAY Run from these clowns!!!RRr

Horrible Company/Unreliable delivery service/ Fraudulent Billing

I started services and had a water dispenser delivered that was not operational. The company delivered a replacement and then picked up the original one that was delivered. This was some time ago and I have now discovered that I have been billed for two dispensers for almost two years. I have called the customer service number multiple times and they all say that they cannot give me the telephone number for my local branch but that the local branch is the only ones that can issue me the credit. They also say that they have to email them and ask them to give me a call and I have called repeatedly for over a week now and no one is calling me back. Even a supervisor at customer service said she would call me back with no return call. The drivers are unreliable and do not deliver when the app says that they will come. Being told that you can't have the telephone number to the only people that can assist with my bill leaves a customer feeling like there is no resolution coming any time soon. Be very wary of this company and their promises. Make sure you look at your bill. Makes me think they are lying about how much water they have also delivered to me. The very WORST customer service EVER!!!

AVOID CRSYTAL SPRINGS

TERRIBLE COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS. After being a customer for 2 years we gradually had problems with them not showing to deliver water, they completely stopped even billed me for a delivery that never happened. I officially cancelled my service 12/2 and was told they would pick up my empties so that my deposit could be released. 8 phone calls, 8 missed pickups and still no check. Customer service asked me to return the bottles to home depot or Walmart and they would have the check pushed through that was a month ago. I held onto the empties as I knew this would be a problem. I call today they said they need the returns to issue the deposit. The last 2 calls I requested upper management they couldnt do that. Promises about pushing the refunds through and promised calls about that and NOTHING. Folks they don't give a *** Spread the word, I smell a class action law suit! If you are looking for really good service and prompt deliveries use ReadyRefresh I havent had a problem since I switched!

Poor company all around

I would give zero stars if i could. This company has refused to pick up the equipment after we have tried to return it to them and yet they continue to bill or put you into collections and they try to charge you more than you owe like 400-700$ for collections. Save your money and look for better company. They will lock you out of your account and stop delivering and keep charging you but will refuse to pick up or deliver no matter how hard you try to return the item.

Billing Error

Our local service persons are exceptional for our business. Had a change out to new unit and started getting billed for 2 units. As per notice on back of their invoice I mailed a letter describing dispute and also did not pay charges in question while under "investigation". Sent 3 letters (1 certified) and have received no response. They sent an email "payment is needed on your account" as I was not paying the recurring 2nd unit charges while under investigation. I responded to their email that states they will respond in 24 hours. They did not, but sent another notice 2 days later. Apparently their philosophy is to ignore any dispute. My next response will be for them to come get their unit and close my account. Wonder how long that will take?

Driver only left 1 bottle

I have 5 empty bottles here and the driver never rang my bell and only left 1 bottle of water. Usually they will replace any empty bottles so if I have 5 empties the driver will leave 5 new ones. Total miscommunication and we are gonna run out of water cuz the driver only left one full bottle. In any event Im disappointed

After 31 years - Cancelled

We were a customer for over 31 years. This year our business was receiving deliveries monthly. Then in May those monthly deliveries stopped and went to every other month (their decision, not ours). Our last delivery was in September and when I called in November due to non delivery, we were told we would get a deliver the next day. That did not happen. When I called again and was told our delivery was pushed to next week and I told them that was unacceptable. That's the best they could do according to them. I asked for a phone call from Management; that never happened. We cancelled our account.

Poor Customer Service

Customer for over two year. Consistent issues with delivery including damaged bottles, missing credit for empty bottles, wrong quantity delivered. Customer service agents are nice but not empowered to fix issues. Did not receive credits for empty bottles when cancelled service. Very difficult company to deal with. S

Started service in June 2022

They missed the next delivery, so I scheduled a different date on their website, they changed my order to QTY:0 on all items. At first I thought I made a mistake, next time I took screen shots and caught them zeroing out my order. Fast forward to months later, still no delivery, now my website access is having trouble and I cannot manage my account online. Went elsewhere

Started service 2 months ago, still no deliveries beyond my first one.

I started my service with Crystal Springs in July. I got the first delivery, then NOTHING FOR 2 MONTHS. I still havent had a second delivery. I have called them 15 times to address this issue. NOTHING. The app just keeps changing the delivery times. Its HANDS DOWN the worst service I have ever had, FROM ANY COMPANY EVER. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Use anybody else, dig a well or just collect rainwater, it will be faster than waiting for their deliveries or their management to do anything about fulfilling your order. THEY. DONT. CARE. I wish i could give a 1/4 star...

Algae anyone

After our second bottle of green water we decided to cancel our service. Alger was in both bottles.tried to deal with crystal waters customer service and had no luck.

No delivery

We have been customers for many years now, but this company has gone down and does not seem to care about retaining their business. Have 9 empties sitting here and am on my last bottle. We have had no deliveries for over 2 months now. Numerous calls have been made with promises to deliver as soon as the next day. If you have the option of a different company go with them do not use crystal springs/primo.
