Bad packages.
Just wanted to let you know that I got five bad packages out of two different boxes they were hard as a rock in the 2 years I've been using your product I've never had that happen

I love the strawberry energy and I've been drinking it for years. Now out of every 5 boxes I buy 3 will have packets that are not sealed. Powder all inside the box and it's disgusting. I've tried getting it from different stores and still the same problem if this poor quality continues I think people should start looking for something else. I'm tired of spending money on products that I have to throw in the trash

the box of sweeteners (for your water) contained packets that were empty. About half were no good. I would like replacement boxes please. I prefer the individual ones for a bottled water.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The company was very sorry for the issue and for ignoring my first posting.

I ordered 10 boxes of raspberry green tea and 4 of the boxes were leaking the powdered product packets that were not sealed. Made me wonder if the rest of the product was safe. Sent an email to customer service and they sent me 1 coupon for a new box of product. I expected more from Kraft, but its just another example of cs/big corporate not listening or responding to consumers feedback. Its all about profits.

I heard all my life that drinking too much crystal light could cause cancers throughout your body
So basically I have heard to the great friends that basically if you drink too much of that Crystal Light it can cause not only cancer in your brain as well as other areas like your throat and as well as other places and I don't want that to happen to me or anybody else because these guys are my friends at my placement and I basically want to see them safe thank you and have a nice day bye

For years I drank Crystal Lite Orange. As I can not and do not drink Caffeinated drinks, coffee especially, I drank the Orange in the morning because it was a caffein free drink to have instead of coffee in the morning. So who is the moron that decided to make Crystal Lite with Caffein?Go

Hardened powder in individual packets
Each packet in the box had powder that was hardened to the point I crushed it to mix it with water..
