Refund

Last 3months I told them Cancel the account And crunch took $73 I need my money back Isnt fair to go to my account took $73 Please please please send it back for me because we dont know my *** situation

Worn out broken down filthy location

Non maintained equipment, filthy, location. No one employed doing anything to improve quality and cleanliness of facility. Some pieces of cardio equipment broken down for years with no repairs. Filthy dressing rooms. Trash all over workout floor. Gross dirty rubber flooring. Dirty walls, equipment with trash in cup holders for days at a time. Tvs not turned on for weeks at a time. Previous manager told me there are 33,000 members at this midland texas location. You need at least 3 times as many cleaning employees and at least one full time maintenance person

Horrible Service

My daughter who is 18 went up there and they talked her into a $400 a month contract. When we contacted them and the BBB they refused even a reletting fee to get out of this horrible contract. I hope this complaint helps other people. Honestly she has never once used the service and wasnt even sure of what she was getting into.

Cancellation

I just don't like the idea, that only one person can cancel my personal trainer session. And no else can. And I have to wait on the head personal trainer to do so. And I decided to cancel my membership if that's the case. And I was told, I still have to wait on the head personal trainer to cancel even regular my membership.

Because your personal is very disrespectful.

I became a member on May 9, 2023, the boy asks me if I want a personal training I told him that I didn't need it, that I didn't want it and he didn't listen to me. I respect my decision, I call and they tell me that they can't over the phone, I go on Thursday, May 11 and a girl from Puerto Rican who was supposedly the manager attended me. I explained the situation and she told me that she practices UFC and that she needs a staff trained I tell her that I don't care if she's a ninja, Bruce Lee I don't want it and I don't need it and she told me how you paid for it you have to deal with it take the papers and use the personal trainer I bothered because of her disrespect and on Monday, May 15, 2023, cancel the membership

Why have both tanning beds bit out of service for over two weeks?

Both tanning booths a bit out of service for the last two weeks. I paid membership fee every month and thats part of my membership fee is to enjoy the tanning bed services.

Closed location

o whom it may concern. My name is Robert Bauer and I was a member at the new crunch fitness in Lacey wa. PR member. Well, they closed permanently Tuesday and there is no other Crunch close to me. My question is, they just charged me the annual fee 2 weeks ago. Am I going to get reimbursed? 360 842 **** is my phone number.

Bad service and not resolving problem with trainer.

I have a trainer who told me his life story at the first meeting. He cut me short 15 minutes last week. I tried to catch him between clients and he said he would come back shortly. Never did. Text him about talking the following week. He said he would get back to me. Never did. He was suppose to populate my exercises each week so I could follow them through week. Never did. I like the trainer to be thorough with me in the class. He just doesn't know how. Will try new trainer. There are too many 25 year olds who don't know a thing about customer service.

Fraud membership

Was called to renew membership after a renew membership for days later crunch close down they knew that the crunch facility was closing and they still took my money and my daughters money want a refund

I just paid for muiltiple months that I didn’t even use my membership

I didnt know I had to cancel and they just charged me $291.56 yesterday and I havent been to you guys gym since October. They said I should have a contract in my email explaining why but I dont.

I did not like how it happened

Luis is a liar and tried to manipulate the situation to his advantage. He didn’t care that I didn’t have all of the information. He was after the money. I get it but I don’t like dealing with people or businesses like that. I’m not paying or patronizing any crunch establishments. Please remove the account from collections. *** you Luis. Trashy *** better be glad I love my children and grandchildren. ***

Refund my money that was illegally charged

The crunch fitness in Harbour village in Atlantic beach is stealing peoples money. I was charged without my permission from my checking account on March 18th by an employee named Sierra and I have reached out to the manager Kris multiple times by email and phone and still not received a refund its been 9 days I was promised I would have it in 5-7 business days. I want something done about this so another person does not fall victim to their shady practices The unprofessional employees and management are ridiculous they have no customer service skills and should not be in the customer service industry!

Specifically a crunch owner Chris Pacifico always talks bad about me behind my back I haven’t done anything wrong to be treated that way

I work at the crunch fitness in east Windsor and I always here something about the owner hating me its coming to a point where I feel uncomfortable working here. I never treat anyone with disrespect so I dont understand why I should be dealing with the disrespect. I feel upset everyday when I have to come into work, it should be a safe space not a place of additional stress.

Complaints about the gym

The gym equipment is always broken especially the one downtown Tampa also Brandon. When I usually tell the guy who works on the gym equipment and personally pinpoint equipment that is broken he kind of laugh about it and walked by it. This is unacceptable there's a huge amount of traffic that goes to downtown crunch and that equipment should not be down for long periods. It's not about just building gyms and not taking care of the gym equipment it's unacceptable I've been in this industry for 41 years you guys need to get your act together making sure that that gym equipment is in good shape because the majority of the time every equipment that has cable not being checked the cables are dragging legs extension machine is always down and many other machines always have issues and problems because the guy who's working on that equipment doesn't have the decency to go and check them whenever he comes and check the equipment. It's a part of his job if he doesn't want to do it he should be fired and they need to hire someone else who stays on top of his job. Even more important they need to hire more gym equipment mechanics to stay on top of that gym equipment it's pathetic a company that wants to build 100 more gems with a billion dollars cannot keep their equipment in workable condition. As someone who's been the top trainer for all the PowerHouse gyms in the United States all the Bally's Total Fitness in America and all Lifestyle Family Fitness this is not the way to operate a gym, and this is one of the main reason that the gyms usually go under they are building gyms too fast and they are not taking care of the ones that they already have. I have complained to your manager several times it goes from one year comes out of the other I had to call you corporate office there's not even a correct number for that I end up calling Clearwater office so they can talk to the regional director getting this problem solved. This is a major problem in your gyms somebody's not doing their job.
