Cookie not looking like the picture on website

No frosting on my frosted cookie it also didnt look like the websites and I gave a tip which in hindsight I probably should not have done.

I order from you

I ordered from you guys over a month ago for shipping cookies and I have not gotten them I was supposed to get them on July 21st they never shut and then I got a notification that it got delayed I really want my cookies

Cookie Order

Hello. My SO has a significant cardiovascular disease limiting her salt intake. However, the semi-sweet cookie at Crumbl is her favorite cookie of all time. I went in to our local store a couple of weeks ago at 9pm to order 6 of these without the salt and was told they were unable to make them at that time since they closed in an hour and would need to sell them all. Despite being willing to buy all I was asking them ti bake, I totally understood, although they were very rude about it. So, I contacted my local store via email explaining this and asking what I could do differently to get some of these cookies. After all, they are not doing anything differently with the exception of not adding the salt at the end. I never received a response or any acknowledgment at all that my email was even received. Tonight, I went in at 7pm to get 6 semi-sweet without the salt and was told I needed to come earlier in the day because they needed longer than 2 hours because they have to sell them all. Again, I was willing ti buy all they would have baked for me. I am beyond frustrated. Crumbl has had the semi sweet three times since our location opened over a year ago and I just wanted to get some of your product for my wife. You are in the business of baking and selling cookies, and operating in a college town with three other local cookie shops, not being willing to make your product for a customer is very upsetting. After all, I would have bought all six they would have baked, and only asked they leave off the salt. IMO, this is a reasonable request.

Never got my order

Im I ordered sum cookies for my brother that was at the ho I see the it say delivered so I thought he had it 30 min go by I get home in they were never delivered so I called the store left uh message called again they didnt answer nether did I get a call back in Im a lil upset bc I wanted my cookies I spent almost 30 for the cookies

Metric stats

So as of 2022 some updates to our tech and metrics stats were changing and in doing so our welcome to crumbl, store cleanliness, customer service and lastly store deliveries were put on pause so HQ could come up with better questions for our customers after making a purchase and answering questions about their experience at crumbl. As a face of the brand for crumbl I have recently gotten a response to why our stats have not been updated to adding back these stats mentioned above. The response was I given by my store owners from HQ, We do not have any updates on this at the moment. As we update our tech and structures here at HQ, we will decide if its something that we need to improve or add back into the metrics lineup. We will make sure to update stores on new or added store operations. Firstly am not hearing what you can do or the yes's am getting the what you can't do this goes against the crumbl way of providing great customer service, and being that food safety and cleanliness are very important in the food industry your decision to make these stats no longer important as the other stats that we are graded on is without a doubt unethical. Here at crumbl we should strive to really give our brand and the faces of it the sense of pride by knowing the degree of importance of these lost stats, if customer service and cleanliness are the C's at crumbl then by choosing to disregard them is in fact going against some statements that are taught in our onboarding classes. It truly is hurting my sense of pride to have these stats be taken away and not improved on like it was said to be when technical improvements were being made. We aren't able to be ensuring our customers their safety nor does it reflect that we care about cleanliness for everybody's safety because HQ is choosing to not see the importance of its own beliefs behind the brand at crumbl and it's three C's am very disappointed at the response I was given and I hope there will be a better effort and approach to fixing this and or making changes that will be adding more positive factors to the employees as well as to the friends and families who make crumbl what it is today.

Regarding job interview

Hi I wanna complain regarding your new location in mississauga ontario . I got selected for the job but now when the location is about to open then they are saying we have lots of people we will call you when we need it .so what does it means? Its just a waste of my time.i gave interview on 22june, 2023 . And like waiting for long time i just went to store on 9july regarding availability then after two days the manager 'vishal sharma 'called me on 11july he said now we have more people we will be in touch. What this means? If they have more people then why he selected people. Moreover, he did not behave well. He dont know how to talk with someone. He just waste my one month. Its his fault. So now can you tell me what you can do? This is the worst experience i faced it.

Order never arrived

Very simple, I ordered cookies through their app. They sent a 3rd party out to deliver my order. My order was delivered to the wrong address. I know that because the person who received my order called Crumbl to let them know they received somebodies order. My problem is to fix the problem you have to jump through so many loops. However I will say say not only did they refund my money they also replaced the order for pick up instead of delivery.

Dissatisfied

We picked up a curbside order from Paso Robles today. When we got home the cookies were a mess. Im not sure if your employee dropped them or what but I couldnt believe how messed up they were. Not happy at all and it was a surprise for my son.

My rewards disappeared out of my account and I cannot get anyone to help. Poor customer. The cs number is wrong also

I ordered cookies and when I went to bite it I noticed it had hair baked in it. I am disgusted threw the whole box away!

My name is natasha the work is at cookie crumble a very nasty and rude. I got four cookies for my daughter today but two of them was very hard so I called the store to ask for a manager. Someone hung up in my face and got very nasty and rude and told me that they could not do anything about the cookie. I think that is very unprofessional and very wrong. People spending hard earned money to go in there and show support if it wasnt for customers, they would have no money coming in the store so to get treated like that is a problem for me and something needs to be done . They are going to lose a lot of customers because thats crazy how rude and nasty they are in there

Bad Grad Party!

I ended up contacting Crumbl support again through email and live chat. I got a reply in live chat 3 days later and apparently they don't have an email.

No apologies only "oh no" was said.

I got my points back. No apology or a "sorry" gift ($10 gift card) like I've seen other people get on reddit for issues with this company.

I bought a 6 pack from a Crumbl location in California on April 26 and the cost was about $28. It is now June 17, and I am still missing those points in my account. I used my phone number at the time of purchase, so there should be no issue with my points showing up on my account. Unfortunately, my points are stuck at 88/100. I should have a $10 gift card with this purchase and 16 points going towards another $10 gift card. I emailed a few days ago with the same email address and no response.

Bad experience

The cookies were so undercooked it was like dough stuck to the box they didn't even have half the cookies I wanted so I was stuck with 5 of this doughey cookies out of 12 I paid almost 40 dollars for

Uncooked cookies

Cookies was half done and Manager didnt even apologize to me because I had to come back to the location. That was very rude and unprofessional and she be talked to.
