Customer service did email me back , acted like I wanted something from them , my warranty is expired duh ,unless we got any other warranty on the camper we could go though them , just wanted to let them know what I ended up with when camper was sent out of their...

In 2020 my husband and I bought a zinger travel trailer. It was during Covid. We waited five months for delivery I get that. We have had the camper for three years. This is our third season, but every time I go into it all I see our the wrinkles in the corners on a ceiling, the nails popping out ,the yellow glue all over my ceiling. The trim by the door is coming off the screen door didnt shut , that was fixed by us by putting a piece of cork behind it ,Its getting worse. Ive taken pictures of the things that bother me, but my husband told me to let it be because there was other things wrong with the camper. We had to have the slide out fixed because it wasnt working right it was fixed properly by the company we bought off of, canopy collapsed during rain one time , yes I know we shouldnt have had the awning out but the rain hit so quickly and yes insurance paid all but the deductible,he said that stuff is more important than my little complaints. But its getting to me , to go in my camper and see the nails coming through and its just getting worse. My biggest complaint is that it left the factory like this and no one gave a *** about it but me . I wish I could send the pictures then you could see why it bug me so much !! Customer service did get back to me , but acted like I wanted something out of it . NO , I should have said something from the start !! Which next time we get a camper I will pick out everything I dont like and want fixed , even if it sound like Im being ***

Worst customer service to go along with the quality of the m270-BH that I purchased. you people don't stand behind anything you build and i will advertise for you.

the fake leather in most of your rv's now and specifically the m270-BH that i purchased. It started peeling off in a couple of years.

Substandard company at best

Absolutely no concern about the situation with my 2015 38BR Redwood at all as it sits and magically rots away!! Absolutely no contact whatsoever most disgusting customer service as well as quality of product that they sell!!

2022 Lemon

We bought our 2022 Crossroads Zinger in August and we have had nothing but issues. Water leaks, wood spliting, more water leaks, front door had many gaps, shower leaks, gaps in the wall, slide with king size bed has wall seperating, can't use the bed where the table is because the table doesn't sit right, and the bench is horrible as only kids can sit in it or you will fall through. We bought this as our hunting rig and are highly disappointed.

They are the worst

Don't have time to go into detail but I bought my RV brand new because of it's warranty and good luck getting anyone to help you get anything fixed! Worst customer service ever. Which is atrocious for something that cost $20,000 !!! They have given me the run around for so long that the warranty has run out!

I have a 6 year old Redwood with rotten floors on 2 of 3 slide outs!!

I have not so much as had a phone call email or anything from Crossroads RV! They absolutely the worst customer service in the industry!!

They basically laughed at me and said sorry your warranty is done!! Absolutely disgusting !! The amount of money they charge for the junk they build is criminal and should be dealt with accordingly!! This is my second one and both have been garbage!!

Frustrated

Only one year old and hot water heater wasnt working and now the flushing pump is not working! Frustrated!

Tech help

I called to get help with my auto level system as it wasn't working properly. The rep I spoke with was very thorough in investigating the problem. She came to the conclusion that I would need a mobile rv tech come check things out. Since my unit is still under warranty she told me I would be reimbursed for the repair as the company is not allowed to participate directly with the mobile tech due to the state I live in. It is a bummer that I had to cancel my long weekend trip but I am very happy with the service I received from Keystone.

Poor phone service no answer/ no call back

Of course I'm still having issues with Breaux Bridge Camping World in Louisiana . I contacted them on the 27th of January 2022 , talk to a receptionist named Bailey I was able to talk to a service rep named Austin to find out the status of my camper he was supposed to get back with me between January 31st and February 1st which he failed to do. I then contacted Camping World on the 1st feb 2022 talk to the receptionist Bailey again she said there was nobody in the service department to talk to and she would leave a message to have them return my call, once again they failed to do that. I have tried to call the service department and I'm unable to get anyone and Bailey once again left a message to have them call me. today is the 3rd of February 2022 and I still do not know the status on certain parts of my camper that he was supposed to get with me on.

To find out WHY I have problems with the frame for the slide out

We gave the dealer the trailer after using it for a week camping. They found out that the driver side slide out frame broke or was not welded properly. It has been more than a month and it is at the dealer still waiting for Crossroads to have someone come and fix it by taking the slide out, out and then welding the frame. We told the dealer we needed it the first week of Aug for another trip and it is not fixed yet.yetot fixed yetaledr we needed

Having wiring issues and cannot get the Crossroads Dealer to help

From day 1, 4/18/21, the wiring has been messed up in this camper. Cannot get the dealer, Paw Paw's Camper of Picayune MS to help. Voltage readings on the 1 and only trip we have been able to take were at 237 on a 110 outlet. Burned up a new TV and the fireplace on first trip.

Got a Zinger 280 RB drove off lot starts leaking from kitchen I pulled drawer tightened hose no more leak now leaking from front and back I’m pissed and of course it’s probably not under warranty

Leaking from under carriage front and back took panel off in bathroom and pipes were not even tight its like whoever made this *** went to lunch and said *** it its good but it aint Im the one suffering *** Crossroads nothing but problems come repo this *** IDGAF

Parts

I called to ask a question about parts for my 28' volante fifthwheel. The call was answered by a recording that stated they were closed and their normal business hours were Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific standard time. I called at 2:37 p.m. Pacific standard time on a Tuesday. What the *** Call at midnight? Lol

Wonderfull Rv

We have a 2018 Crossroads Aire 29BH. RV is in great shape, has given me very few issues. All RV's will require some work, never seen one that didn't. Adjustment to the door, added some base board, a few new staples, and a reinforced floor in front trunk, nothing major, I see solid construction, care in manufacturing and a well thought out floor plan. I see a lot of negative stories out here, hope I don't become one down the road, but for now I am very happy with the RV, And to all having trouble, good luck to you.

Poor quality

Bought a 2020 Sunset Trail in July. Heavy rain in September led to massive amount of water in bedroom big window. When heat was turned on created major amount of condensation in bedroom that ran to the camper door and all around the walls in the bedroom including the closet! Returned it to dealership to correct the issue. They resealed the roof because obviously there was a leak. Asked about the condensation and Keystone told them to tell us to buy a dehumidifier! Talked further with the service department manager and told me that we were not the only ones fighting with the manufacturer on this issue and refuse to help! Trailer is going back with Many thousands dollar loss due to trade!
