Ads are making design use impossible
I love cricut, I have the family cricut, infusion ink press, cricut heat press, cricut joy, and another big cricut. I have the cricut vinyl, markers, cricut carrier, & cricut mats. I have given yall so much money and am a loyal customer but for the love of all that's good please stop asking me to sign up for your cricut access membership every 10 seconds. I'm really good at cricut. I don't need a membership because I wouldn't ever benefit from it. I custom design everything I do so please stop with the advertising harassment. Please please please, I use my cricut all the time and have for years so this pop up everytime is driving me crazy!!

Design space is not working
For the last few days when I go to make a design it just spins and it will not calibrate my new blades and no one will answer, it just say they closed no matter what time you call.

$12 fox but have to buy a brand new cricut
A roller is broken on my cricut machine and yes you can buy them on Amazon for $12 and fix it yourself BUT it is IMPOSSIBLE!!! There are a million tiny screws in the most inconvenient areas !! I cut up my hand just trying to take the machine apart to fix a $12 issue !!! I couldnt even finish and WIll not be able to put the machine back together ! Again IMPOSSIBLE!! I called and they said we can give you $50 promo towards another machine .. thats ridiculous! Cricut does not have ANY repair shops or people to work on these machines and no one can afford or want to throw away a $400 machine for a $12 fix ! They expect us to just throw it away and buy a new one whenever there is an issue !! Also I have only had the Cricut for 3 years and only have used it maybe 6 times ! I LOVE the cricut machine but there has to be something to make these machines better ! Not happy at all ! After the phone call with cricut they promised to call me back the same day after their management reviews my issue ! A week later and I still have not heard anything !

I still have not heard from anyone in regards to a recommendation on how to fix the solution. The one 800 number does not work. It j very friendly, but when following directions no follow up.
I purchased a Cricut mug press The design did not copy on the mug. I I called the number to speak to a person, the wait time was 30 minutes and said I would receive a call back I just want this to work.

Cricut won't work
Wont load may. Makes a horrible grinding noise.called customer service and they said because it was out of warranty so they couldnt replace it even tho I had only used it a handful of times. They said they would give me a huge discount which amounted to $50. Disappointing.

This 600 hundred dollar piece of cra$ is completely useless to me, For 11 plus months I had no need to use the "writing tool " when I finally needed it, it completed 1 card and started to shake uncontrollably meaning for 600 dollars all I can do is cut vinyl, Ive put in 100s of emails 100s of calls, nobody speaks English, the calls are routing overseas absolutely HORRIFIC! I just see one of the questions is "IS THERE ENOUGH DIVERSITY ART" ARE U *** KIDDING WITH THIS? HOW ABOUT STOP ROBBING PEOPLE AND NOT WORRY IF YOU HAVE ENOUGH GAYS, BLACKS, ETC TRY HAVING COMPETENT PEOPLE WORKING!

Turned on and connected the machine and the blade will not move and power button is blinking red and I keep turning it on and off and still nothing

Monthly charges
I have been getting charged on my credit card twice a month since January 2023. I honestly don't even use it very often, and glad I looked at my credit card bill. This is Ridiculous. Yes, I signed up and knew I was going to be charged ONCE a month for $10.49, BUT TWICE NOW. I would like a direct number to talk to someone regarding this issue. Ridiculous holding for 1hour just to update my payment method. The link you sent allowed me to add a card but would not allow me to delete my old card. So I guess Ive got to cancel my subscription just to restart it again. REDICULOUS!!!

I have been trying for weeks to get a solution to this problem I bought this dumb machine for $600 for cutting vinyl, I never used the writing tool until just recently I got in order for 600 to do invitations, The 1st card came beautiful, then it wouldn't write a straight line the arm was shaking uncontrollably, its been months looking for a solution, after 2 months the ( barely English speaking =india customer service) actually had the nerve to say the machine is outta of warranty SORRY go put a plant in your 600 dollar pos! The incompetent continued to say ARE YOU BUYING ANOTHER ONE IF SO I CAN GIVE YOU 20 PERCENT OFF! SHE ASKED IF I WOULD WASTE MORE HARD EARNED CASH FOR A COMPANY THAT TOOK MONTHS TO TELL ME TO *** MYSELF AND MY 600 DOLLARS!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ILLEGITIMATE PRODUCT! NOOOOO SUPPORT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT ACTUALLY SPEAKS ENGLISH NOR FROM AMERICA! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACE THIS COMPANY IS! LOOK INTO Silhouette much better product American company fabulous customer do not waste hundreds of dollars for a machine that won't last longer then 17 months!
