I can not get my call to go threw to pay my car payment

Any number I call to try and get ahold of any one the number pops up invalid and will not got threw I can not pay my car payment I need to pay my payment but am un unable too

I am receiving multiple calls daily from your company. Different phone #'s.

Too many calls. I will pay by Dec. 21. I of.as promised Nov. 15th or 16th & the calls continued. I need to know that your company received my payment and not another since this payment was done over the phone.

Worst bank ever I am being charged twice as much as the value of the car is

They are charging me over $19,000 for the car and the kelly blue book says car is not worth but between $7,000 or $8000 its over twice as much and I am so angry and I am on a fixed income and widow who is on disability this is not right I really ready to let them come get it

Affecting credit reports after statues of limitations have expired

They refused to respond to my emails about removing the debt from my credit profiles. I live in Florida they have violated the statues of limitations. I want the debt removed and Im trying to find others in a similar situation so that we could file a lawsuit

The crescent bank account you have is past the statues of limitations. Remove it from my credit profiles effective immediately or expect for me to file an lawsuit and have an attorney handle this matter in court. A week late on car payment.

Payment was due 10/7 I paid on 10/14 the money is now back in my account and my account number doesn't work anymore, so I can't access my account. Today is 10/17/2021.

I have also lost $15,000 in income because of the covin not to mention I have not gotten or or receive covid-19 the nurse instead our hours get cut and these thieves want me to pay $36,000 on top of two repossessions I want to sue for pain and suffering and the stress of all this I cannot believe that they can justify that it's okay to charge somebody $36,000 for a $3,000 vehicle how do you sleep at night I am a single mother with two teenagers I'll pay you $1,400 a month rent and a $400 car payment a month how do they sleep at night they are preying on people like us that are poor and desperate and intern they're making a killing this is so unjust and so are wrong on so many levels someone needs to stop these thieves it's so wrong and we deserve to be compensated for them praying on us as well I hope something you've done because I can't stand to look at such thievery

So I am so I am beyond pissed the Crescent Bank &;;;;;;;; Trust has made over $30,000 from me and is demanding $6,000 more not to mention the two repossessions that go on the case they want $6,000 more for a car that's worth 3 Grand are you freaking serious I am beyond pissed I am a nurse of 25 years and work in a long-term care facility and third we lost 13 patients from covid-19 have been cut from our jobs due to the low census at work and also only been making twenty 4 hours of work a week you have not even gotten Cove it out or pay or Hazard pay and I explained this to them and then I had to quarantine because my son was sick with it so I was on unemployment for 3 weeks and this is absurd this is beyond illegal $36,000 for a car that's worth $3,000 are you kidding me who can stop these thieves please contact me Catherine Regan and my phone number 813 965 **** and two repossessions and I'm supposed to pay off. I cannot believe how greedy these people are and they get away with blatant stealing I need some help because I am not going to stay at sit down and watch this not to mention two repossessions something needs to be done about these truc absolutely beware and there will not be day away ks

Repossess

I was only two months behind I had a payment arrangement They hasnt even taken the scheduled payment abd they repossessed now they want me to pay both payment awful

Lied To

When I got behind on payments I called and paid all late fees and made the account current. I was told it was a good thing because it was going to be charged off but if I could bring the account current that day the process would be cancelled. I set up automatic payments going forward. 19 months later with no late payments, my credit says the loan was charged off and I have been delinquent every month since. When I called they said it was charged off and my payments went toward the charge off. Simply put they lied, and 19 months of perfect payments have resulted in 19 months of bad credit. I would not trust anything they say or finance a clod of dirt through them.

Crescent Bank is in on the SCAM with Evolution Car Dealership out in Conyers Georgia

We purchased a car from Evolution Cars in Conyers Georgia. We gave them 2000 dollars down on car Crescent Bank was loan lender. Melvin Cain Financial Manager he went over paper work signed papers. Two weeks later get call Crescen Bank asking how is everything going are you enjoying car informed us we would be getting payment packet. The next week we recieve text from Melvin Cain saying bring our car back the deal fell threw because Crescent Bank doesn't finance Independent car dealership.. (Lies)Evolution Cars Loan Officer Chanel. We take then car back but didn't give us our down payment money. All SCAM! YoYo and Bait Switch Scam. The LIES LIES LIES CROOKEDNESS THE UNETHICAL TACTICS THE INHUMANE ACTS TO STEAL OUR MONEY FROM US.US.n

Late fees chsrged

I pay my loan payment between the 26 of the month till the 3rd of the month. Which is in the "grace" period and I am charged late fees. Isn't the point of a "grace" period to give you time to make the payment without late fees. They also start calling before it's due and everyday during the 10 day grace period. My payment is due on the 23rd of the month. I get SSI as my income, which they already knew, I get paid on the 1st of each month. So it gets paid during the grace period. Still charged late fees

My car payments

I have been paying for my car payments through Crescent for a long period of time. I noticed it hasn’t barely moved. I then went to make a payment which the rep said, I had time, however, I did but was charged late fees before my grace so called period. I’m looking back on my account and noticed I have gotten hit with late fees so much that my account itself consists of late payments so bad, and all even before my grace period. These people don't work with you through this pandemic. I have had problems with this car from day one and I have complained. But, the bank doesn't care and neither does anyone else. I see I will have to pull my payment records and do what I have too toward Crescent Bank, and the Hyundai dealer. And, you guys have the tapes and all for proof. I feel that both companies are working together fining people for extra cash. It is not nice at all. The person that is the CEO should investigate his company and his people. Collection is one thing, rudeness is another
