Services not rendered. Bigotry in the forum
I have placed many orders that require a write-up, never received any despite requesting more than once. I always get a reply that Magnolia will send them tonight. It never happened. Their help desk crew members is particularly rude and unhelpful. All the exchanges made were unpleasant. He lacks basic decency but I looked the other way and continued with them. Many people do complain about their help desk and the mistakes that happen. My grip is how particularly obtuse this certain crew is. Then I was insulted in their forum by one of their members/mods he was bigoted and racist towards me. When I previously complained about this member targeting me, he was not reprimanded and always got away scot-free. Recent incident was a blatant racism so I request a refund. There was no apology, no acknowledgement of the issue, not even a question of what really happened, just straight up gaslighting and calling blatant racism an unfavorable comment. She closed my account. For this, I dont recommend you get their Diamantie subscription, youll lose money. Until this day, no write-ups were not received albeit being promised to get them. The write-ups are a significant part of the services. They kept stalling and lying until my account was closed due to my complaint. Services not fulfilled, bad customer service, bigoted/racist forum members not recommending CH to anyone. They consider any complaint as hate and jealousy, cannot even deal with normal, expected criticism and you can see that clearly in their responses to complaints. Save your dignity and money and shop somewhere else.

Believe me or not. I have brought 2 spirits and 3 entities from them. After getting a psychic reading for them...( mind you this psychic knew nothing about spirit companions.. We both figured out that none of them were what creepyhollows told me they were. They were NOT what they told me they were. ( This goes for other shops as well that I found on bonanza and Etsy) They were slaves, abused and their energy manipulated to feel lighter or darker depending on what type of spirit the person wanted. I also brought an Elf on Etsy and knew something was wrong. Turns out the Elf was sold twice and because his energy felt close to another creature another buyer wanted She sold him twice. The spirits have been abused so bad and are still being controlled even after being sold to you. They are afraid to act anyway and will not tell you the truth if they don't trust you. They are not your slave and did not consent to someone buying them to be your friend. Also put up protections because there will be random entities coming into your home checking on them to make sure they stay in line. This may all sound silly now but once your psychic abilities start to come in or your spirits decide they are comfortable enough to trust you....you will see that this is not a story. The best you can do is be kind to them. Let them go and be free if they choose to. Please give them the push they need to leave. Sometimes they are afraid to leave. DONT TELL THE CONJURER ANYTHING ABOUT THEM! (ex. Oh I heard you sold me something I didn't ask for) They may call them back and abuse them because now the SELLING SPIRITS industry is at risk. Also DO NOT BUY Any more SPIRITS! I stepped into this blindly and wished I knew all this beforehand. Trust me? Good...now go and find out the proof for yourself...so you can believe me even more. Don't believe? It's sad because it would be a cold day in *** before that spirit is ever truly happy and free again.

Empty vessels and erroneous promises
When I first came across this website, I already had my doubts. Although I still pursued in trying them out. After placing my first order and receiving all I got was a cheap piece of plastic with these disgusting skulls. Mind u nothing really happened, still having hope I decided to try a spirit this time. After receiving I did what was suggested, In all honesty, they sell nothing but empty vessels or objects, they claim you need time you need to talk to them you need to befriend and welcome them into your home. I swear if I wasn't insane before, I am now qualified to be perfectly insane given that I am speaking to a god damn rock. These people target vulnerable people, giving them nothing but high hopes etc etc. Their prices are so low because that's where the catch is, they attract more people scraping few dollars Here and there which makes it a huge turn around working in their favour. So for anyone that is even remotely thinking that they will receive a djinn or an angel that will come to their rescue you probably have more chances in winning the state lottery than having a connection in a mystical creature. Good job guys on your success through misleading people and robbing them. Cudos to your achievements. Karma is definitely a B#"*#!

I have ordered about 12 spirits from the shop for about 50 bucks total. For the most part, my spirits are custom conjures or reverse adoptions. I agree with what some others have said, that *** hollows is kind of the walmart of spirit keeping shops. I digress though, that i can feel a spirit in each vessel i have and they are talkative, but they have said once they came forward to express interest in working with me the binding process was very quick and not much time was spent. I understand this though, as ive gotten what i paid for. Overall store is decent enough for a budget spirit keeper, i wouldnt trust buying their spells or extremely expensive things though.

I have made repetitive purchases with this company. Well I understand that there are some items that I have received that are not up to par with what I expect of them and that a lot of the employees that work for this business or not good. I have received some excellent Service as well as I do appreciate everything they do for their customers. Some of their spells and services have not worked as I would hope they have wood for me. However this for me was to be expected because I do have a lot of energy that I use. This is a place that is the perfect place for beginners. There's a lot of information that they offer on everything they do. There sometimes wherever sieve spells from them that are so extraordinary that it leaves me awestruck. Then there's other times where I get product that is from them that it's is not worth a damn. I have waited a while to do my review because of the fact I like to have a thorough review. As far as the owners of this establishment go they are phenomenal they care about their customers but they also care about prices and the way to gauge their consumers. They make an amazing energy and environment for all stages of growth. Some of their employees have sent us items that they did the bindings on and that they packaged the bindings and spells that we're supposed to be attached we're all kinds of Haywire and messed up and did not work. However I never said anything because this is all part of your learning experiment. What may work for one person may not work for another so we did not take this to heart. And continue buying from them there was another time where they had so many orders that they literally forgot a physical item from me for 4 months although upset I contacted them and they delivered it to me which made me so happy and when I cleansing bath salts and blockage removal bath salts that were handmade. This particular product was so well done that it was entirely worth the four-month wait. Then I ordered a bunch of their Master Services when they have the sale and literally felt none of them which they said in the listing could occur so they were up front and they were on sale and it wasn't a high dollar price so I wasn't exactly worried about it and it was something I wanted to try which gave me that knowledge of what to expect and what I should do when I go to try this product in the future. The levels of their product very if you have a higher energy level or you are used to working with energy on a daily you're probably going to want bindings in the higher levels and Hire Dynamics otherwise you will not get the best value for your money. This is simply due to the fact that they incorporate allowing people to be able to establish knowledge with the meta. They have saved so much of our heritage that it is unbelievable and I would rather end up in their hands where they sell it then in the wrong hands because it gives everyone an equal opportunity. I got my estate item and I am so thrilled with it it does not have the energy I would expect it to but it is so beautiful and in my area that item they sent me goes for what they charged me. They're literally the epitome of you can either have a really good experience one time or maybe not so much the next. But they always give 100% to their customers no matter what the experiences and will almost always fix the problems that occur.

Is this some kind of lame *** joke. I was supposed to get a lamp with a Jinn inside of it. I got some glass shard is this really funny to you. You are a scam artist you business should be shut down for lying to people and stealing their money. This is wrong for what you are selling to people. First you fist mislead people off what they are getting. Second, you give a product that is not worth anything. People, please stay away from this business if you don't want your money to be scammed off. The items the business is selling is of other people pages that the company steals from. Please stay 10 feet away now.

Large business with no quality
This is a huge business but with little quality. I ordered one thing from them and was shipped a completely different thing. Took a while to order too. Most vessels are cheap plastic. Heard from others that spirits aren't given individual attention. This is really just like a business. Like Walmart for spirits. Buy from a better and smaller store. Their forum and website are worse with misinformation and black and white "facts". The owners pretend to be complete authorities on things despite their low quality of business. They give excuses for their products not working. Not much actual discussion in forums. Posts are deleted often, especially when they're "negative".

I have also purchased spirits from CH . It’s just fake site . There is not spirit . You can’t even feel the energy .. I talked to one of my psychic friend .. she told me there is nothing I have .. I just got that stone .. who do nothing

I must have been blocked or something. I ordered four times now and the first three were a great experience but then it all crashed down. My last order was sent to the wrong address. Unfortunately now they will not respond to messages or emails. Help desk is a complete joke. Pleas for help on the forms are not approved and not posted. Shipments are not insured and now leads to my lost money. Unfortunately I am forced to post this here. Maybe they will respond this way. They claim there help desk crashed and are behind. Emails also crashed apparently. Somehow they can receive online orders and fulfill them but still not reply to issues. I find this very unsettling. Just be aware this could happen to you. Im done with them and chalk up my wasted money to lesson learned.

Gave me wrong gender
I never had good feelings about *** Hollows. They felt too business-like to me, and in the forums, are very egotistical and I have heard about them deleting bad reviews on other sellers that they like, including themselves. But I was interested in a particular spirit and wanted to give them a chance. I ordered a female spirit and was very specific about this when placing my order. They sent me a male. How do you do that? They agreed to replace my order, though I would have to pay the shipping for some reason. But they never contacted me again. I decided to count my lose as a lesson, because nothing good can come of this seller anyway. The store sells spirits bound to costume jewelry and cheap trinkets, starting at five dollars. A "good quality" custom from them costs about fifty dollars, but they have huge sales all the time. As far as I can tell, they put almost no time or effort into each individual spirit. *** Hollows is pretty much the Walmart of the spirit keeping shops.

Mehhh wasted 50$ I had purchased 3 of them offline by accident (with the same paypal, email, and address) but the problem was I asked for distence binding. I had asked for distance binding and they were going to send me them as items. I assumed they didnt find my birthday on the other accounts so I asked if my offline accounts be put on my site account which held birthday.. ect.. I didnt want this because I wanted to keep privacy from my family who live in same house. I told them this all and they lazyly they "have no idea what I am talking about and the offline accounts were directed to 3 different people" (umm yeah 3 different people with same email, adress, paypal) I have used other spirit cites and theyr responces were much more friendly and intelegent. advice although other cites have higher prices.. they are much more trustable then *** hallows.
