Doug VanArsdale is a worthless human
I would love to find Doug Van Arsdale. He is a slime ball career con man! My 17 year old daughter worked and saved for 2 years to buy a car. We found a posting about a car for sale. We met up and my daughter loved the car. Through the fact that we are trusting individuals, my daughter ended up getting screwed by the idiot! He is such *** that he was willing to screw a hardworking teenager out of her first car. We now have a car we cannot drive because we can’t get title. He has a teenage daughter himself. I truly hope she knows what a worthless excuse of a human being her own father is!! All I can say, is I sincerely hope that karma catches up with him sooner rather than later before he can hurt more people. If not, he can burn in ***

Credit Solutions Of America Debt Consolidation Review from West Little River, Florida
I too used credit solutions. I had lost my job , gone thru a divorce and was left with all the bills. I was able to make the payments until the credit card companies upped their interest rate and the payments nearly doubled. I turned to credit solutions to help me get my debt reduced or consolidated. I paid them directly from my checking account over 3600 bucks and for that I got nothing. They would send me payoff offered for my cards but i had nothing left to make a lumps payment to anyone. All my accounts went into collection. I was served with multiple lawsuits and my checking account was frozen. I had to borrow money from my dad to just buy gas for my car. I was a 54 yr old woman asking for money from her parents. I contacted bankruptcy attorney. And had to file chapter 7. 7 years later I am just rebuilding my credit. If you can just file bankruptcy. All your debt goes away. Your credit is shot anyway. You start with s clean slate. This company ruined me.

Deeper in Dept
I joined Credit Solutions with the promise that with in 4yrs everything would be settled for less than owed. NOT! It has been 6yrs and I am still paying in one bill (in which a judgement was entered) and another is still outstanding. I negotiated two of the bills. This company did nothing but pocket 4K of my money that could have gone twards the bills owed. This company is hard to reach via phone and unwilling to work with you. I now and deeper in dept after using this company than if I would have just worked with my creditors myself (which I really did anyway)

They are stealing from my family
I signed up through a company that supposedly help with finding a home. signed the clients up with a trail time of credit solution. I canceled the trail in the same week, the credit solution continues to take money from my account. I've spoke with someone again about it, canceled again and they're determined that they are going to keep me as a customer after i have canceled more than once. I don't need your service, I've never used your service and I want you to stop stealing money from my account!!! Not only are you stealing from my account, your stealing from my babies and i need to know "what can I do about it?"

Credit Solutions - What a Lie!
Credit Solutions contacted me offering to help get me out of debt. Being an ***, I didn't do my research before I bought into their propaganda. I signed up to get three credit lines resolved - two through Chase and one through US Bank. In almost a year, I never got anywhere close to resolving these complaints, and eventually (about 6 months after I signed on), I started getting letters from debt collection agencies regarding my credit. I called them and found out that Chase and US Bank DO NOT deal with Credit Solutions at all. As per the advice of a credit attorney, I cancelled my account with Credit Solutions (via fax and certified mail) and worked out payment plans with all three credit companies directly. When Credit Solutions still charged me the monthly fee, I filed a complaint with my states Attorney General (who has since sued Credit Solutions) and with the Dallas Better Business Bureau. I did get my monthly fee back from after I cancelled the account (within 5 days of filing my complaint with the BBB), but that was the only good thing Credit Solutions ever did. Now, 3 years after I signed with them and 2.5 years after I dumped them, I've got one of the accounts paid off, one to be paid off by the end of the year, and the last one by September 2014 - my credit is finally improving, and I don't lose sleep at night. Beware of their claims - they are ALL lies!

they did help get creditors off my back but now the attorney that I am paying says they have a different agreement than the one I had from credit solutions. I can not reach credit solutions by phone or on line to look at the agreement. Was this a scam? What can I do to get a copy of this agreement? I am also starting to get phone calls again from creditors. Do I tell them that they need to get a hold of credit solutions? Is there a time limit for creditors to get payed off before it becomes a tax write off for them?

credit solutions screwed me cant get a hold of they got there money been in for 3yrs settled all debits over 3grand myself there famous last words are congrats your on your way to debt free living but your on your way *** dont join this fraud company filed a complaint with the bbb on thier website they probally skipped town phone numbers are dead the realality is everybody who joined is screwed i hope we as customers get some satifaction somewhere down the line that these companies get what coming to them but what ussally happens they open up under new names and rip off new customers

Not happy with it all
i have tried to get some answers but no one returns my messages they were ok until i got them paid now they are not helping me at all i pd $3600.00 and now no help just call your attourny general and talk to them im going to again did this once whos to say i wont do it again credit solutions was very helpful until i got them paid then havent heard from them for at least 5 months git them oaud and they hust dripped out of sight i asked them to try to work with one of my credit accounts and they said there wasnt anything they could say to them you tell me

Credit Solutions is a waste of money! Scam artists!
I've been with this place for 3 years now, against my better judgement. I let them lure me with false promises and outright lies. During the time I was paying the RIDICULOUS amount of fees, it was a simple matter to get ahold of them. They often got ahold of ME. After fees were paid, not a peep from anyone. In all this time, I settled only ONE of the five accounts directly through credit solutions. The rest I've been settling on my own as quickly as I can, even if its through monthly payments. The single account I DID settle with Credit Solutions I am STILL getting letters about from various collection agencies, claiming I still owe the money! What the ***? This harassment was NEVER mentioned in CS's spiel! Last letter I got back in June. I immediately contacted Credit Solutions and demanded that they resolve it. Didn't hear another word from the lawyer so I'd hoped that was the end of it. Really, should've known better. Just got another letter today from a differeny collection agency, toting the same ***. I owe money, blah blah blah. This is the FORTH LETTER I've received about this particular account. I contacted Credit Solutions via email just now, but I don't hold any hope that they'll actually do anything about it, they never bothered responding to the LAST email I sent in June. The ONLY reason I haven't left entirely is because I've paid all the fees, and I still have one open account that needs settled which I've been unable to get to yet (although I plan to ASAP), and at the VERY least, they've managed to keep me from being sued. So far. I had my doubts going into this, and these incompetant *** have done absolutely nothing to alleviate them. I'd have been better off calling a bankruptsy lawyer at this point. I truly regret letting the creeps involve me in their little ***.

Credit Solutions Ruined My Credit!
I signed with Credit Solutions with a promise to ease the financial tension and reach an agreeable solution with 3 credit card companies. Only one card was settled. The other two have sued me (creating a bigger issue than I was originally dealing with), my once perfect credit score is well below average and they stopped returning my calls after I faxed them the 1st lawsuit paperwork! This is something they must do regularly because once they were notified of the suit they also stopped taking the monthly payment out of my account. Stay away from this company...they will only further your problems!

For 2 years Credit Solutions was so available to me as they were getting my money every month. Aftterwards I can't get anyone on the phone ever. I got sued by a creditor and they claimed I never faxed them the summons which I did. I have only settled one account at the very beginning. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. They are liars and now I'm worse off than before. They are scam artists and should be held accountable . I contacted the Department of Consumer Affairs in Texas and they wrote back that there wasn't much they could do.

Ripped off!
I started with them 1 year ago and I have not seen one offer to settle a dept. Not one e-mail not 1 phone call and not one on my profile page with them. I try calling them but it takes at least 45 minutes on hold to get someone and I have called several times. This is the norm for them. After a one hour hold I got a hold of someone and stopped services with someone They refuse to give me a refund. I said ok my bad live and learn. but they continued to withdraw money from my account anyways. I cannot get a hold of anyone again!! This company is a scam!!

Credit Solutions beware
I also used Credit Solutions. I have many issues. They assured me my credit score would IMPROVE because I went with them. Not true for me. They also said "don't worry, the credit companies are afraid of us. We can settle for pennies on the dollar." Not true for me. It was very hard to get hold of them after the collapse of the economy, and their business picked up. My personal opinion was that only 1 rep really was ultra competent for me. I have not used credit in several years. I also would have gone with a non-profit company. Hindsight after the fact. I am sure many have been pleased with the company, and I applaud them. For me, personally, it was a different story.

I got screwed by Credit Solutions
After Credit Solutions took over $300 a month out of my savings account for the last 8 months, I wised up and realized of the 5 credit accounts I gave them, they didn't settle any of them. I actually settled on my first Bank of America with a lower settlement amount than Credit Solutions gave me. I then asked them to lower the monthly amount they are taking since I settled my own debt. When they signed me up, I got lied to about my credit score not being affected since the credit companies they work with stop all charges to the accounts when they see their debts are being taken care of by Credit Solutions. My credit has gone to shiznit (which it's always been in the 700's until I went with these folks.) I want to sue them for the $2400 I feel raped out of. They did offer $769 but that's because I threatened to go to Dateline, Fleecing of America, Today Show, and write several letters and call them out! Bottom line, don't let anyone you know do this... lets all come together and sue these jerks for lying to us....
