Problem with my account

I need to be able to get access to my credit line .I was told to email a picture of my id along with a piece of mail for proof of address I did this almost a month ago and I have yet to be able to get into my account and use my available credit .this is completely ridiculous and I'm gonna start telling everyone that will listen to not waste there time with credit one period .all this time later Im told y'all no longer use the email.its total *** now I'm expected to send stuff to y'all in the mail ? Y'all need to figure out another alternative that allows me to verify whatever needs to be verified over the phone so that I can Access my account

Charge on my Account

I had a reacurring charge come out since I had spoke with someone about my credit protection program can you all please remove the charge for itunes? Card Ending in 0944 Thanks Cindy Damron

Credit card not working

Never used before and when I tried to use it to use for one merchant it was declined and tried to add it to my wallet on two other sites it it said something when wrong to try again later. When I try to contact customer service the number always rings busy over a 24 four hour period that seems really strange.

DO NOT EVER OPEN A CARD WITH THEM!!!

I was approved instantly, however, If I could give my experience a negative 5 stars, I would. My credit score dropped 4 points and I have been waiting for my card for 2 months. They closed my account because of not activating a card I have yet to receive. I have updated my address x3 and none of the reps/supes/ act managers know what they are doing. I have spent 3 hours with terrible customer service, made a payment, and gone through 9 reps for a card I haven't even received. They are predatory with high interest and annual fees. If you have considered getting a card just to build credit, THIS COMPANY IS NOT WHO YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH! If you unfortunately made a mistake like me, report the Las Vegas, NV business to the BBB. I never leave bad reviews, but Credit One is ridiculous.

Complaint

I just want to say that I had my card restricted without any explanation and when I called they explained that my identity needed to be verified.I asked what they needed and I picked from a list of documents .I uploaded my State ID my social security card and I even sent my passport copy .Nothing was lifted when I called to inquire I was told I didn't need to send my passport and my ID wasn't clear and I needed a utility bill .I explained I don't have the utility bill in my name is there anything else besides what I had already sent that should of been more than enough .They said a paystub would suffice .So I re-sent my State Photo ID and my paystub .Still not able to use my card ,but the imposter I am was able to pay the bill .Then I called back to find out the status and was told the account was restricted because they need to verify my identity that I needed to send a driver's license and utility bill .I alerted the rep that we had been through this already and they said I could send my paystub and my State ID and she corrected herself and said oh it's under review they are validating the documents you sent .I don't think I need to explain how ridiculous this is and poor way to treat customers without any apologies .I sent enough documents to leave the country but not to use my credit card are you kidding?

Am now laid off and can't make payment, offer them a settlement bcz I knew a laid off was coming but their non speaking English employees didn't quite understand so now am in a hold instead of them trying to make things right as a customer they prefer I close my...

Credit One let me rent a vehicle that they knew they weren't covering the insurance on should this vehicle get involved in an accident which it did. Skidded on some ice car went I to the ditch. When I called to report it I was told they no longer cover auto accidents. I ask why they let me rent a car and why wasn't I told this at the time. NO ANWSER JUST THAT THEY DON'T COVER CAR ACCIDENTS WITH THERE CREDIT CARD. I was left paying the rental company & now am laid off. I tried to do a settlement with them and they refuse. I can't make payment now and this is reflecting my credit. Yes I closed the account.

Card is declined until I prove that I paid

My card is locked out until I show proof that the payment came from my bank account? This is unusual and very inconvenient. I paid my balance of $368.03 on 5/23/23 and now my card is locked out until I show proof that the payment came from my account? I'm not sure if I want to continue to use creditone credit cards anymore, this is not a good system and the explanation is not easy to find unless you call customer service. Again this is very frustrating and I've never had to deal with this issue on any of my other cards. You're essentially stealing my money unless I prove that the payment came from my bank account which is information you already have!!

Cannot Access Account to Pay

I have been unable to contact any representatives due to "system maintenance". I am confident I have a charge on my card, but am unable to access it online to pay it off since I cannot remember my password. I never use this card. I don't even know where it is. I'm a U.S. service member stationed in Germany, so the app/websites don't work given my location. The apps and sites are only accessible if you are in the U.S., or have if you a VPN to appear as if you are in the U.S.. I've had my credit score docked two times now due to this card. I am desperately trying to get into the system, pay it off, and cancel the card. I just need a representative to help me with logging in, then cancelling. Thank you.

Charged for something that I mistakingly hit the wrong button on

I have called about these two transactions. I received an email after realizing that I made the mistake. The email if you wish to cancel hit cancel below. I did this three times with no success. I tried calling the number and no one answered. I sent for emails then contacted Credit one to dispute this. I received another email saying if I do not respond with 3 hours of this email they will stop the package from being delivered and report as fraud. I did not respond and I have exhausted my time to try and stop this from being delivered. Please look at the transaction on this. 1 is for $59.99 which is all it was supposed to be initially. Then they tacked on another $198.78 on top. Transaction number TS7865. Please stop the payment on this. I refuse to pay this kind of money for something that I made a mistake on and the company cannot even respond back.

Cancelled my credit card for "suspicious behavior"

My account that I had for a year and had made faithful payments on was cancelled by the bank of creditonebank due to "suspicious behavior" and I did nothing! I had quite a few different bank accounts in 2021 due to the sign up bonuses that were marketed... I took advantage of free money that's not suspicious behavior. I had a couple failed payments but always followed up with a complete payment. My account is paid in full and still active on the web. I tried to get them to reactivate my account but they said the bank is denying me? So how do I appeal the banks decision get my account reactivated?

Stole my annual fee

Applied for and received the card from Credit One because Experian recommended it for building credit. After receiving they said I needed to provide additional documents to prove identity. I provided. A couple days later I saw Id been billed annual fee and given a due date to pay. I paid it immediately, assuming that since the user agreement says the fee wont be billed until card is activated that it had been. Boy was I wrong. I have now spent two months fighting with them to get my fee back or get tue card activated. They refuse to refund the fee because they claim the card was opened fraudulently, evidently claiming that I am not me, even though Ive provided them with copies of my drivers license and W-2 (as they requested). I should have read reviews on this company before I applied, it now seems they have basically stolen my $75 annual fee.

There's no way to talk to someone at all

I got a pre-approval letter in the mail that says, "Dear ***, We want you back. To show how much we miss you, we've pre-approved you for this great offer." But I've never banked or had business with Credit One in any way. But I have dealt with identity theft so I called every number I can find and not one gives an option to speak with an agent...unless you're already have an account (enter your card number) or check on an application (enter your ss#). From a victim of identity theft to whoever may read this- Be Wary.
