Can't get into my account

My daughter use my iPhone and reset it and it got rid of all of my passwords because I lost my Gmail account so now I cant get into my Credit Karma

To get in contact with anybody is horrible, then once you finally got someone they aren’t able to help

Tried to call customer service but in order to do that have fill out an online form totally ridiculous, then be on hold for too long and when finally someone answered he wasnt able to help totally worthless. Their customer service is terrible

Cant log in to their site.

they send me emails to log in. When i try to login i get this message: 'Identity questions are currently unavailable If your credit is currently frozen, you may not be able to use this account recovery option.' keep in mind my credit has been frozen for years. Chat with several, got me know where... was given a number that wasnt correct. another chat gave me a number that was a virtual person. Finlly got thru. They were going to trans me and hung up. i can log in to their site on my spouses laptop. Not sure what the problem is... Decided after they wasted 45 mins of my life I cant get back. to spam their emails and use his laptop..

Do your job

You guys are never up to date not to mention, it is impossible to get a human being on the line to talk to you, I have also experience issues with using Credit Karma as your credit reports are way off, it would be nice to get a live person to go over certain circumstances to change them so you guys can have the realistic version sins. Your clients are trusting you with their private financial information you should take a little more care of them personally my opinion.

You guys need to update my information, most of my accounts have been paid off, and it does not reflect that

Update my account credit score reflects that I have paid off my account. Its a simple as that. And I have paid off most of my debts, and it still shows that they exist, please update my account as most of it has been paid off and update my credit score as well

Ti was some Fraud on my account and I need it resolved by 24 Hours please it just not right for me to deal with this issue alone I need help with this my credit is going down because of it

Because I can’t give a zero

DontI no longer had access to the email I used in my account when I tried to login it tried to send a code to my email. I also have a different phone number. I tried to select that option and it was under my old phone number. I was in prompted to make a new account after making a new account. It said they were suspicious activity. I was locked out all together. After being locked out, I searched and searched and searched and called several different numbers, trying to get a hold of a representative that I could talk to you as the automated chat was not giving me any answers that would help me recover or create an account. After speaking to a customer service representative, she told me that it would have to be approved for me to access the old account where I would then go in and change my email. I asked her what the time limit would be for them to approve it and she said that they cannot give an estimated time it has been two months that I have been around in circles over this I will no longer be using Credit Karma as soon as Im able to access my account I am deleting it All together never start Credit Karma. They will keep your information and lock you away from it.

Hacked accounts

On 6/6/23 I was notified by Credit Karma via email that there was suspicious activity in regards to my account. I followed protocols to protect my account by changingmy pass code. 2 Days Later I go to use my Bank of America debit card at the gas station and it is declined. After calling my bank I find that my account had been hacked. Bank of America immediately refunded my funds due to fraud. They determined that my credit karma checking account was hacked. And they used that account to gain access to my savings and my Bank of America checking. Credit Karma however did not respond as quickly. After a few days had gone by and I still hadn't received any correspondence from Credit Karma as to what was going on. I attempted to make contact to find out what they were doing about my money. At that time they credited my account temporary funds until it was resolved. But they also put a freeze on my account so that I didn't have access to the funds that they put in there. As I checked on my account over the course of following weeks I noticed that the hackers were still attempting to make withdrawals from my account. That just let me know that Credit Karma had not gotten the situation under control yet. Because of that I stopped all direct deposits and disconnected my Bank of America account from there site. I went to check on their progress this morning and noticed that both of my accounts had now been closed. Now there is no money in the account and no way for me to keep an eye on the activity that had been taking place. I spent 45 minutes while at work looking for a number so that I could call someone to get clarification as to what was going on. The representative I spoke to however was unable to help because the accounts were closed and therefore there was no more transaction history for him to look at. His advice was that my best course of action was to deal with Credit Karma via email. So I asked him do you work for Credit Karma or is this a call center.? He said of course I do. So then I asked how is it that you cannot help me over the phone but it would be better for me to try to deal with someone by email? His explanation was security reasons. My bottom line is it's been almost 2 months and I am out over $4,000 and I want my money back. After this I will conclude any businesses that I have with Credit Karma. They are not safe and their method of dealing with their customers is unprofessional.

My credit is going down and the amount that i owe is not when ive been paying payments.

I have been paying my bill monthly for what I'm being deducted points, and I don't understand why. Because I have been paying my bill for the last 2 months now on time as well. Why is my credit going down for paying a bill on time.every time they take it out it's there. Also I feel very mad about this, because I have worked so hard to get where I'm at now and now that I owe this and have been paying on it since I was almost at 700 and it started going down while I've been paying on the only thing that is shown. It make no sense. And I can't even call yall to speak to anyone.

Declined my refund & LIES

Nothing but lies and still have not received my money going on a month. Have 78 more days to go until the investigation is complete Yippie.

They declined a merchant refund because I locked my card. They told me over 2 weeks they couldnt find the refund transaction. So I put in a dispute. 3 weeks later the magically see the refund transaction on my account still have not put my money on my card. Then I was told my 5 different reps Ill receive a provisional credit on 04/06/2023 did not receive. Then I was told I would receive the provisional credit 04/08/2023 still have not received it. Now Im being told I have to wait for them to finish their investigating which takes 90 days 3 f***king months. Ri-f***cking-diculous! I am pissed. You see the merchant tryed refunding my money put my money on my damn card. Once I get my money I will be closing my account with them.
