Creative Hair And Co Hair Coloring Review

I have enjoyed every visit to Creative Hair, Brandi Andrzejweski always amazes me with her color and cuts. The receptionist is so sweet to me as I enter and leave. Just wanted to stop by and say Thanks ladies!! Your hard work is appreciated

Rude Rude Rude

One word: RUDE!! My two daughters went in for color. My youngest is 15 and was told that it would be a correction and $100 an hour! They were so rude to her that she left the building crying! Then they turned on my other daughter who is only 23! Why would you demoralize two young girls that have made the same coloring mistakes that we all have in our younger days! I will never set foot in there again! Learn how to talk to people! I am making sure I share this experience with as many people as possible!

Bad Experience!

I visited Creative Hair on Alverser Dr because my daughter wanted a haircut and my usual salon didn't have any openings for over a week. I decided to get my hair cut too since they accept walk-ins. They asked if I wanted shampoos and I said yes (thinking that getting a shampoo is pretty typical in a nice salon). They took my daughter back and then about ten minutes later it was my turn. The girl who washed my hair was the worst! I have never had a more painful hair washing anywhere. I felt like she was digging her fingers into my scalp instead of messaging in the relaxing way I'm used to. After about ten minutes and two rinses she asked, "Do you want conditioner?" What? I thought conditioning was standard at a nice salon too. Then woman cutting my hair asked me if i wanted my hair blow-dried after the cut (What?Again, I thought that was a given in a nice salon) then told me that she would have to leave in a few minutes to go wax someone else's eyebrows and that they had just given her a haircut at the last minute (that was me so I felt really important then). So she left for a while and then came to finish up. I had showed he a pic of what I wanted and my hair doesn't look at all like it and I hate my haircut. So I went to pay and the cost was $103 for my daughter and I. They charged $52 for a six year old hair TRIM!!! I advise NO ONE to go to this butchery. Instead go to Salon del Sol. I will never go here again.

Creative Hair&Co. Bad Experience

I went to the Creative Hair&Co. Midlothian, VA location and wanted side bangs and layers, nothing too complicated. I didn't ask for a specific hair stylist, but when I was assigned to a young woman, looking about 20 or so, I was a little worried that she didn't have experience. I specifically told her i wanted angled bangs that went to about my eyes. She did a good job on the layers but it was longer than I told her to make it. But when I looked at my bangs they were completely uneven and too long. They've grown out uneven, too, and they look terrible even when straightened and styled. Other than the bad haircut, the hair cutter place itself is nice and has a calm feeling to it. The hair cutters were nice and fast, but I feel that the cost was a little too high for the haircut I got.
