Had to order a new spindle, ordered on July 13 with 3-5 day shipping! When calling to check on item I was lied to every conversation from its being picked, to giving me a false tracking number, its on back order etc! Just straight up tell me youre taking your sweet freakin time and you love to lie to customers and I would have been fine! Its now July 25,2023 and still no spindle! I have had to pay someone to cut my grass after buying a 3400.00 mower!

Passed off to another company
Looking to get warranty on a Craftsman sprinkler. Started where we bought it "lowes", told to contact Craftsman, while on hold waiting for CM customer service, I started a chat, end result was told to contact "Orbit" who makes their sprinklers. WTF, pass me on to another manufacturer when your name is on it with big letters?. So then started a chat with Orbit, the told to submit warranty on line with link provided. Go to the link and it does not work. Un friggin believable this is called "customer service" , pass the customer around long enough and they will go away, appears to be their priority

I only had my generator for 30 days when the motor blew and they told me I couldn't return it to the store xchange for an exchangereturn and item to the store
My generator has been in the service department for at least 8 months and the service department told me they're having problems getting the parts and the home office told me the service department said it was a maintenance issue

I want to know why in the *** I have to pay $5 when I'm only had it less than a month someone needs to come down here and try to fix this lawn mower and it needs to be done now It's ridiculous that I have to pay $5 to tell y'all that my lawn mower is tore up0

I’m stuck in limbo with a broken compressor with a lifetime warranty attached. Now I know why it’s a lifetime, there is no time in limbo.

I have one of their tools. It reads Craftsman on the side. I was told to go to Sears because thats who sold it and they separated years ago. I got a run around from SEARS so my tool is left in limbo. Their name is on it! Completely despicable. I think craftsman should uphold the warranty because their name is on the tool. Sears doesnt want to help. You cant even get to a person.

Cmcst915 string trimmer edger after using how do you advance the string usually you just tap the bottom I can't find it the manual I've had two other people try it The only way I can do it is just a handful to string out That's unacceptable Follow up after talking to Craftsman for about 45 minutes they advised me that it sounds like the string trimmer failed out of the box on one use and would not release automatically the string like it was designed. We have been told by craftsman to take this back for a refund or a new model

I have been told the tool I need replaced is on back order, it is a harmonica balance puller .is it true that it is on back order ?it's been years since I punched this tool no I do not still have the receipt. The tool HAS LIFETIME warranty

Lawnmower very, very poorly built
4-month-old Craftsman Lawnmower, Craftsman motor housing, broke. Warranty repairs not covered. Stated owners fault. I have video and pictures to refute that. Repair shop returned Lawnmower with blade and other parts missing.

Mower is junk not made like they use to plastic carb
Mower is junk bought 1year ago and dosent work always turning off carb is plastic not made like they use to oil in the air filter i have a 12 year ols mower that runs great i only bought this one because it is self propelled but what a mistake that was. 1 pull with the 12 year old mower starts right up thia one not so much always have to fix it never stays running i might get lucky once in awhile and may be good for about 2 weeks than down hill from there. Not happy at all with this product.
