Where is my Refund!

It's been 2 months and I still haven't received my refund. I just want my money. Customer service is SO RUDE

Absolute worst company for customer service and for delivery

I ordered craftmatic bed on May 11th, 2023. Today is July 10th, 2023. STILL NO BED. I SENT $500 deposit!!! Have financing ready & not a soul can be contacted or assist. My intentions now: to cancel my order. To cancel my financing and to have my $500 deposit returned. This is my last week to wait for this order or for contact Contact resolution immediately, as in TODAY. No more waiting. Attorney on call

NO issues with this company! I'm just short-tempered

I did not receive my refund as quickly as possible. But I did receive it! I don't have much bad to say about this company! I would definitely use them in the long run, if it met my purpose

I at first at issues with the return policy, and the promptness. Craftmatic took care of everything. I have nothing bad to say about this company

I have nothing bad to say about this company! The response time to my refund wasn't as fast as I expected, but I have no issues with them! I highly recommend graphmatic to those that need it

Not getting any correspondence on a bed irder from 3 weeks ago

Didn't hear from anyone and I was under the impression it was being shipped within 7-10 days but it wasn't sent over for til 18 days later, I was told by the shipping company we should be getting it in 4 days..thanks

Sheila at Craftmatic had advised me in previous call that I should call back in a month. Called them today (Aug 12) and was told the service department does not work on Friday and there is no ticket on file for me.

The operator said she would have some one call me Monday. I just want to buy another remote.

No response via numbers listed

For the past three weeks, I have consistently tried to contact Craftmatic to get info/approval on returning a bed I purchased. On two occasions when I was lucky enough to reach someone (in the Finance Department), I was told that the 30 day return requirement was noted and forwarded to the supervisor, Danae, in Delivery & Returns, who would contact me via email. So far, no email. It's almost impossible to reach a person in ANY department and the voice mail box for someone named Sheila in Delivery & Returns never answers or returns my calls. All I want and need is halfway decent customer service so that I can return this bed, be reimbursed and purchase a bed from a company who will at least return my calls. Customer Service is definitely broken and needs to be fixed! Your prompt response will be greatly appreciated.

Repair

My remote broke. I've had the bed 3 years. The mattress is awful. When I called to complain, they told me to buy a mattress topper. I tried for 5 days to get customer service regarding my remote. I cannot get anyone. On Feb 8th I finally got someone and was told the remote would be in stock at the end of Feb. It's March 17th and no call back. I called customer service, and they will send that department a note about my call. Without the remote, you can't use the bed.

I was checking on delivery to my home in st louis

Due to holidays, I'm not getting the info I need on my delivery to my home because I will be going to hospital the end of the month for knee surgery and I'll need my bed when I return home

Rip off company, over charge for wrong mattress

Wanted to cancel my order but couldn't contact anyone. When craftmatic deliver contact me of delivery date, I told them that I did not want order. I was given a number to call to delivery office and had to leave message but got no return call. Craftmatic call a week or more later and said that I would have to pay a $700 return fee. I told craftmatic to just deliver bed cause I couldn't afford that. Bed finally arrived with wrong mattress. Mattress was thin cheap very hard. I am a disable vet and can not sleep on this brick mattress they sent me. I ordered a memory foam mattress and got a cheap regular very thin hard mattress.

Complaint

We bought the adjustable bed in May or June. We bought the king size with a split mattress. My husband ordered one mattress and I asked for the memory foam mattress. I do not like the memory foam and have called LeAnn (phone number 954-245-****). We were told we could trade a mattress for $90 after 30 days. My husband and I have called LeAnn multiple times and she is telling us shes giving our name to have customer service give us a call. We are very displeased with your customer service and would still like to replace the memory foam mattress. Thank you for your prompt attention and response. Sharon Freeling. 919-685-****

Remote not working

when I press the up or down button the remote goes crazy and shakes and vibrates but does not move. I now have it in a position where I can sleep so I don't want to play around with it for fear I won't get this position again and won't be able to sleep. Can you send me a new remote as the bed is only two years old. thanks Linda
