Ordered from overstock & finish was less than expected & didn't expect to have to pay shipping to ship it back, never again

I never received my package
I wish I read the reviews before, its been over 2 months, I asked for my order to b canceled 3 days after and they refused. How can I get my money back???

This company is scamming people
After a month of wait, I finally got my package. To my surprise, the item was of terrible terrible quality, and did not resemble the item that was advertised on their website. They did not want to issue a reimbursement, even though it was clear they are engaging in false advertisement. I filed a complained in PayPay. They wanted me to send the items back to Hong Kong at my expense. The package I got had a return address in the US. Finally I escalated the issue to paypal and they gave me a full refund. Please don't buy from this company

I refused package because I ordered a comforter and they sent me Sheetz so I returned to Sender and they refuse to take it because I didn't get a tracking number

I ordered a comforter and got a sheet
I ordered and paid for a comforter set and got a king size sheet on top of that I expected delivery before Valentine's Day and just got it on March 2nd I am a very disappointed customer I will not use this company ever again

Bad product
How embarrassing. Ordered for gifts. Took 3 MONTHS to get and looks like something you would get at your local $10 store. The graphic is good, but that is it for the good part of this product. They have no idea what a Sherpa backing is. What they use on the front is what they use on the back. I also believe the sizing is wrong and will in no way keep you warm. I may have to tare apart (which will not be hard) to add filling to keep them warm and add some thickness to because not much more than sheets. So do not buy!!!

Wrong blanket, cheap fleece, smaller in size
Ordered a Sherpa blanket. Received a flimsy plain fleece blanket, and SMALLER than the size I over-paid for. Customer service very poor, would not agree to a higher reimbursement or full refund- and takes days and days to get back. Would NEVER BUY from their website anymore- and would advise others to avoid Cozzyhomes.com.

Very displeased with product
I ordered what looked like a very nice blanket. It was supposed to be king size and Sherpa . The actual product was more like full size and fleece . I was very disappointed upon receiving the blanket. The picture on the blanket was the only thing that looked like product I thought I paid for. I will never use this company again and will tell everyone I know what a *** product that Cozzyhomes actually delivers. In retrospect I should have been more thorough and researched all reviews which I will be submitting a bad review . If I could give negative stars I would

Poor quality blanket, not as advertised
I ordered a Sherpa blanket, large- paid extra for expedite shipping. Received a smaller than advertised blanket, and NOT a sherpa- but a flimsy fleece blanket. I contacted their customer service multiple times, for some reimbursement, to no avail. Looking back, it was a bad decision to use their services, and would not make that mistake again. Strongly recommend against using this site for your purchase.

This Company misleads you on their products. Ordered 2 comforters for my Granddaughters. It was not a comforter but a screen tapestry. The hem was horrible and a grey backing on it. What kind of crap is this. I had two ordered, promised before Christmas. Only one got here. Was very disappointed in what I received. Beside the fact that they claim to be here in the States, but are not! Send from Hong Kong. Payed $53+ for each comforter, its not worth $20!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER! I could have got better product from Wish!!!
