Lost a voucher number
I never got an email after I purchase this on Groupon. And I cant find it in my Groupon. I would like to get this resolved and find out what what my code is so I can schedule a date.

My husband bought a Groupon for this "maid" service. We had the appointment set up 3 different times. Cozy Maids confirmed the appointment on Sunday. Then I get a text saying it's scheduled for Monday...in the middle of a workday. The maid reached out as to what things I would like her to focus on the most. I thought of a few tasks that shouldn't be too hard to accomplish with 3-hour cleaning. Boy was I wrong. I asked her to make one of the beds to have it all nice for when my daughter gets back from summer vacation. She literally just moved the comforter slightly over. No attempt to make it even slightly nicer. I asked for the toilets to be cleaned. Still dirty. Asked to mop and vacuum, I can still see dirt on the floors. I do a waaay better job at cleaning my house in an hour than what she did in 3. I was going to let it go and move on with my life until we realized COZY MAIDS charged us AGAIN. We paid for the $40 groupon that was supposed to cover this whole thing. They charged us $42 more for her not to clean anything even halfway decent. This place is a scam and shouldn't be charging twice when they already got their money from the groupon "deal."

The person they sent did a horrible job. I had paid for six hours of cleaning. James the cleaner left 35 min early. I'm providing photos below.

Insufficient job
She was late. Did not clean the windows or top of closet. Only cleaned half of the patio doorway. Shower was still dirty. There was still dust in the ceiling fans. As s as person she was nice. It was her first job. But I had to pay another company $150 to clean my house properly. The worst part is that it was a moving cleaning. The house was empty with no furniture or anything. I would give her another chance if I was able to be here and walk her through my expectations.

I had 3 free hours and because cozy maid cancelled 3 times and took over a month to show up they said my 120 days was exceeded. Everything that transpired was at the manipulation of cozy maid. Then apparently they have copied my credit card number down and used it when they were unauthorized in writing. I do not owe $48 extra because cozy maid screwed up over and over.

Double charged me and late show
Horrible company to both housekeepers and clients. I had paid for a Groupon several months ago and finally booked my housekeeping service with them. Not only did they charge me The $175 but now they have added an additional $82 two days after they cleaned. They were only at our house for four hours when I had paid them to be there for seven. I contacted the housekeeper directly and she said that she had not been paid by the company either. She said she hasnt been paid for the entire last month where she did five other houses. I think this company is a scam artist, and should be banned.

Terrible cleaning service. Buyer beware
I spent 200.00 including tip to have my house cleaned before I listed it to sell. I paid for six hours of cleaning. The house is empty and it was just surface cleaning. Two bathrooms and kitchen and one half bath. No living areas or bedrooms needed cleaning. Once the maid arrived I left him to do his job. He left early so there wasn't a walk through of the home afterwards. When I entered my home I was beyond disappointed. I'm posting pics below to show what a *** company this it. On top of all this Cozy Maids has no customer service number to call. Buyer beware

Horrible Cleaner - Not willing to refund
Hoping to get a refund. Full Review: DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER UNLESS YOU WANT A RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE THAT IS FAR BELOW EXPECTATIONS. This was by far the worst cleaning service experience we have ever received. We left a priority list of things to clean and they weren't done. In fact, we weren't even sure the cleaning service came at all. There was trash left in all our bathroom trash cans, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dirty baby bottle and cups left on the counters, dusty light fixtures, dirty mirrors with fingerprints and streaks. The house was not mopped or vacuumed. No vacuum marks at all in any of the carpeted locations throughout the house and the hard surfaces had dirt, dust, dog hair. Surfaces throughout the house were dusty and not clean, there were bottle milk rings left on a table that my wife had to scrub off after. We specifically listed cleaning the fans and blinds - they all had noticeable dust on them still. We have a camera in the house and it was visibly clear that things were NOT done. We spent time to pick up and tidy up before the cleaning, assuming that the basic cleaning would be accomplished and for all we know, the cleaner came to watch TV and hang out all day. NOTHING was done. When I asked the cleaner to provide details to what she completed, she was rude and snarky, asking me if "I expected everything to be see-through". She remarked "well your house wasn't even that dirty to begin with". I took over 2 dozen photos throughout our house of areas where it was clear weren't touched. She gave us a 15 minute courtesy voucher for a 6 hour cleaning that ranks 0/10 stars. AVOID THIS CLEANER AT ALL COST. We will NOT be using this service again.

This is a horrific experience as a consumer but more a humanitarian! SCAM
I bought a Groupon for $175 for 6 hours. So as far as I was concerned if they cleaned for 2-3 hours I would've tipped them and let them go home early. For Real. Then I print the paperwork and it says $240 cleaning price ($14/hr "cleaner's name" + $26/hr Cozy Maid platform fee ) + $12 processing fee (5%) - 6 hours voucher "YOU SAVED $252" Total Price $0 I wouldn't doubt it if they actually charged another fee for the cleaners to be on the "PLATFORM". Now I now why cleaner didn't show up and why this should be brought to the Attorney General as SLAVE LABOR. I am also looking to send it to consumer reports for a local news channel. This is the WORST thing I've ever seen in my life. I AM SERIOUS. Look at my receipt and see if you agree.

Would like to talk to them about my cleaner that came to my house
The person you sent out to come clean my home didnt clean anything but the bathroom and my tile in my bathroom is white now it was ceramic tile it was brown and now is white. What can you do to fix that?

Very Upset.
I am very disappointed in the job that was done. This was a Christmas present from my husband so I was really excited to have this service. Phelicia was very nice and asked what I would liked clean. I told her what I would like done (get the cobwebs, wipe down the counters, fridge, cabinets, walls and dust). I will admit, she did wipe down some surfaces, but not thoroughly. My kitchen counter still had residue on the area she wiped and none of the appliances had been moved to clean underneath. My bathroom does little better at first glance, but the mirrors are still covered in marks, smudges and dust. There are visible cobwebs not cleaned up, *** on the bathtub faucet and shower head. My tv and entertainment center still have dog drool on it as does my fireplace. I asked if she could wipe down my leather couch which she agreed to and it wasnt even touched. I provided her a broom and step stool at her request, so she could get the cobwebs, yet there are cobwebs everywhere. I live in a very small house and I only asked her to clean our bathroom, kitchen and living room which is approximately 200 square feet. I was completely ripped off. The cleaning Phelicia did was basically the same stuff I do just about everyday. We paid for three hours of work but she left an hour after she got here with barely anything done. I took many pictures that are time stamped that I would love to send you as proof. I told a lot of my friends and coworkers about this cleaning service and they wanted me to let them know how it went. Unfortunately, theres nothing positive I can say. I would like a complete refund.

Dishonest, unreliable, cheats
I booked a cleaner b/c I am immobile while recovering from having screws and plates put in my leg. Kayla showed up almost 30 min. late (close to 3:30 for a 3 pm appt). I paid for 3 hours. She decided she'd done everything on my list by 5:15 pm (less than 2 hours). (The "list" was not e/t I needed done - it just showed what was most important, things I absolutely could not do myself, and I explained this.) I also explained I had paid for 3 hours and she was not done yet. She aknowledged I'd paid for 3 hours but refused to stay. I said again there was more to be done. She had left the bucket and mop in kitchen (after asking me if I wanted her to empty it- who asks that?!). She left cleaning supplies on DR table - NOT where they came from. She moved things around in kitchen so I could not get to them. (Remember -- I can't walk without assistance.). She moved things around in LR and I had to ask her to put them back. I had a bunch of boxes, etc that needed recycling (I'd already broken them down.) I had explained this and it was probably the easiest thing to be done - literally take then to the recycling/trash room and return. I asked as she loaded a cart up to also take the recycling from the BR. She didn't want to do that so declined, saying "it wasn't full yet." I offered her a bottle of Zen water. She made sure to get it before she decided to leave. I again said there was more to do and she'd been here less than 2 hours and I'd paid for 3 hours. She got really nasty - I was shocked. I said I was going to report her, and she bot VERY snitty and said she'd "report me for talking to her that way." I had been NOTHING but nice to her, and pointed that out. (I told her it was fine if she played her music, offered her water, etc.) She then threw the bottle of water on a chair (I have a pix), left without finishing, deliberately threw one of her gloves on the floor (I have a pix of that, too - remember I am at high risk for tripping and also can NOT bend down to pick stuff up off of floor). She was sloppy, and left lights on, e.g., in the storage closet, and it's really hard for me to get in their to turn light off with my left. Worst of all, she left the cart full of recycling in the condo hall. (I have a pix of that also.). There is NO WAY I can take the cart to recycling myself - so basically I have to spend my time now undoing what she did, which was to load stuff (which I'd already boxed and bagged up) out of the cart. Or, if I am lucky, I can ask a neighbor to help me get it down. This is absolutely unacceptable. Kayla should be fired. She is not fit for this kind of work. Also - I didn't particularly care as I have my own supplies and welcomed her to use them -- but I'd been told your cleaners brought their own supplies/equipment? Let me know what email I can send the photos. As for Cozy Maid, there is absolutely NO WAY to reach them. They purport to have a "Chat box," but it is not operating. There is no phone number.

Girl shows up hour late . I book 5 hours Im in no better place than when I woke up . I needed 2 bathrooms , small living room dusted - vacuumed and towels folded I got 1 bathroom and 3/4 of the 2nd At 4 hrs in she men she has to check on her dog . IN THE CAR ! I feel bad for dog Make a goodie bag Togo for the dog I offered my gloves ( new) she didnt use them to clean either bathroom no disinfecting she used magic eraser for everything and OMG! SLOWWW! I do housekeeping also . I have a client w/ a 3,800 SQFT house I do by myself in 6 hrs, My house is half that!
