When the manager refuses final payment

Sent husband in to pay my final payment since I am recovering from strokes and open heart surgery. They refused my payment

Calling to much

I have told them that my phone cannot make or receive phone calls because it is messed up but they still call me 4 or 5 times a day. They have called me at work and they are not suppose to that do that. They are really starting to make me mad. My loan was payment was due on april 30th i did tell them it was going to be late because i have to pay my rent it is only 2 weeks late and they keep calling me 4 or 5 times a day. They are even trying to call and caller id pops up private number

Loan discrepancy

Well I experience a discrepancy for the 1st time ever with this company but I have to say it was resolved very professionally and in a very caring way. I will continue do business with this company and I will recommend it to anyone. Thanks again !!

Horrible experience this time around

First off Im a 4 year customer that has had 6 or 7 loans and never been late or missed any payments!! Have been payed up on last loan for over 2 months!! Went to get loan that was offered through mail and they tell me I now have to have 2years taxes, then tell me I have to have 2 bills or bank statement, then tell me I have to have 4 things of value for collateral!! Just goes on and on!! Rediculous!! The woman tells me they have new owners...wow!! Lost me as a customer!! Wish I had known this before I ruined Christmas!!

Your Store supervisor Miss, Chris in Columbus, Ga. on Macon Rd; was UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMEMELY RUDE ON MY BEHALF.THEY ASKED ME TO MAIL THEM A COPY A COPY OF MY

ALL MY PAYMENTS Were DUE ON THE 15TH OF THE MONTH, BUT I PAID THEM ON THE THIRD OF EACH MONTH EARLY. CALLING A PAYMENT TO THE OFFICE, THE CLERK SAID, LET ME GET YOU SOME MONEY TODAY, MY REPLY WAS, I JUST WANT TO MAKE A PAYMENT. THE CLERK SAID, YOUR LOAN IS ALL MOST PAID, WE CAN PAY THIS LOAN OUT AND GIVE YOU A NEW ONE. JUST SEND. ME A COPY OF YOUR DRIVER LIC, AND SOCIAL SECURITY PLUS ONE BILL. AS SOON AS WE HAVE YOUR INFORMATION, WE WILL SEND YOU A CHECK. WHEN CONTACTING THE OFFICE, MS. CHRIS INFORMED ME, WE WILL CONTACT YOU. NEVER GOT THE CHECK AND WAS CHARGED 31.00 LATE FEE, WITH A 150 DAYS PAST DUE, SENT TO THE CREDITORS. ON MY LAST CHECK, PAYMENT/FINAL PAYMENT WAS CASHED AND I NEVER RECEIVED NOTICE OF 31.00 LATE FEE.

My fop used for auto pay was compromised they were very understanding and will give me time to recover my money then make payment arrangementsbest

Customer service is TERRIBLE

They are calling my job and they told her to STOP! My boss answered and ask both ladies to stop calling me at my workplace and she started yelling telling her she didn't know who she was talking to. Then the next time a lady called she answered and she was told to stop she was yelling as my boss hung up. She then called right back someone else answered and she was yelling at her for hanging up on her. This is not cool at all. At all.

Good Loan

They sent me a check in the mail i deposited it in my checking account. It was an easy loan with easy terms. They helped me out when i was in a bind, and would definitely do it again and would recommend.

Didn't get my deposit

I was approved for a loan on Thursday and it was suppose to be direct deposit and I have not received it.

Account problem

person at local office Set up auto pay when I got account got a email saying thanks for payment in due date then two weeks later got one saying that I owe the amount plus late fee went to local office they said it was returned check with bank nothing showed up contacted cooperate office told them the issue got a callback from vp of company he looked into it the local office put wrong bank info along with my phone number he took care of it so I don't have a past due amount or late fee that's good costumer service from him taking the time to fix

I got 110 on my card and my loan is 107 the payment will be 109.95 and it want take my care it's enough to pay it

Contract signed no funds receive / contacting media if necessary

Local branch and corporate hasnt got one clue on resolving issues for customer just to bait n hook and harass you for payment.. But no knowledge or ability to resolve any real issues just puppets on a string. Contract created no funds received getting BS on the resolution. Im definitely contacted the media on their practice regarding finance fraud.

No personality at all. Said everything was good to go ahead and come up I did, incenuated my documents were not legitimate

Too many calls and rude

ASHLEY @garland rd/Jupiter , she calls 12 times a day is rude as *** She will be the reason customers wont return . I for one will not and Ive renewed my loan 3 times. Ive dealt with Sandra the manger and she was friendly and the reason for my renewals . This Ashley girl has ruined my experience and I will not be back . Pissed is not the word
