Charging my account after canceled
I took off my debit card from the account and theyre still charging me, i deleted my account for them not to charge me anymore and they are still charging me, i need my money back

Not only can Course hero not pick up but their verification system is not a smart move. It will not allow you to resend any verification this is upsetting.

No issues were resolved, no response from customer service, and it’s not even a real customer service line!!! all you do is leave a message!!
they charged me a payment of 119.40$ when i was signing up for the subscription it was 9.99 monthly payments? they refuse to respond, that toll line is useless, this is all ridiculous!!!

Not getting my 890 dollars
Hi, I'm suffering from one the worst behavior from course hero, my account has been blocked without any reason first and I trusted course hero and had almost 890 dollars in my account. I am contacting from last 2 months, to open my account or transfer my money but I didn't get any response from tutor support. Now I'm thinking of taking a legal action after receiving this worst behavior from your platform.

I need a refund of $119.40 a payment made on May 15th by Capital One bank
I wanted to subscribe to course-hero using my credit card of Capital One immediately I got a message from my other back saying that my Apple account could not pay for the subscription on course hero because of insufficient balance, so I thought it was a scam, so I cancelled the subscription and requested for a refund.

I was only supposed to pay $10 to view a lesson, and the next day $120 was t taken out of my account. Im not sure why this is happened and Im a little frustrated because now my account balance is negative. I thought I was only spending 10.
