Customer awaareness

I gave them one-star because there was no lower option. The company is horrible and unprofessional. I have commercial dumpsters with them at an apartment complex and they miss pickups weekly. The driver doesn't take the time to close the gates half the time. We pay a high premium for pick up and yet we have garbage spilled allover our enclosures on a weekly basis. I am fed up with their excuses from no help to broken down trucks to promised phone calls from supervisors that never come. We have moved on and I would suggest you do the same.

Didn't pick up.

Horrible company! I pay for garbage every week yet I only put my cans out for pickup every couple weeks when they're full. This weekend I had a get together at my house and they refused to pick up the extra bags! I called and they offered a collection site that was 30 miles away! All I can say is that from now on I will make sure the cans are full of something when they come! If you have the option I would highly recommend hiring a small company to remove your trash.

No pickup and then attitude

Not reliable at all. They miss pickups frequently which usually leads to a week without a pickup. And when you call, they act like they are doing you a favor - and ultimately ignore your request. Then their logic is: we are picking up 2 weeks of garbage, so we haven't missed a pickup. Meanwhile, I'm stuffing my garbage can and since they said they'd pick up my garbage, I'm hauling my cans in and out every day (to keep the animals out). And just let me be late in a payment... It's frustrating knowing you have no recourse.

Try to schedule a bulk pickup

Call to schedule bulk pick up Ray R who I was speaking to was VERY condensednding over the phone, was not listening and going around what I was trying to explain. It was very frustrating and unprofessional. She should not be working in customer service. She refused to schedule my bulk pick up at the end of the call.

Unresponsive

Sold out to GFL. No notification no change of receptacle name Never on time up to 3 day to 1 week later does not answer phones takes 2 months or more to pick up receptacle or more after canceling accounts.

Pick up recepticals

When will you pick up your recepticals? My account is closed. My development fines residents for leaving recepticals curb side for more than 3 days. Trash and recycle cans not removed from my property after treminating service from County Waste and Recycling/GFL Environmental.

I was unaware County Waste changed hands on April 1, 2022. I should have directed my letter to GFL Environmental. I contacted GFL via phone, and after a 29 minute wait time, I spoke to a very helpful representative. Hopefully the trash and recycle cans will be picked up between June 9-15. The operative word is HOPEFULLY.

To Pay my bill

I am suppose to be on auto draft. I have set this up 3 times. The last 2 months nothing has been taken out of my account to pay for the bill. I have called a total of 13 times , stayed on line each time 40 min.+ . so I went online , set up an account . went to pay bill and it said I was not a customer. I just want to pay the damn bill. I will never recommend this company to anyone. What a screwed up bunch!!!

My garbage needs to be picked up!!!

My garbage is piled out on the street because I havent pick it up for three days I called two times and was told that they were coming to pick it up and they never did

Three day delay pick up

Three day delay pick up ive called two times Each time I had to wait for half hour on hold They came and picked up my recycling never picked up my garbage The garbage now has been thrown across the street the bear got it Picked it all up only to have it knocked over again And now the flies are accumulating and we have nowhere to throw the rest of our garbage absolutely horrible disgrace of service!

Bad service

Missed pickups over several weeks. I have called them and they say they will pick up trash/recycle but no show DON'T USE THEM.

They are usually a day late in pick ups.

You put out trash and recyclables and expect them to pick it up that day, however they seldom do. And then you wait the whole next day hoping they show.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service while charging top dollar. They do not pickup reliably and when you report the missed pickup its always somehow the customers fault. I strongly urge you not to do business with these people.

No Reliable Recycling Service

The recycling service is horrendous - for the past two weeks I've placed my recycling bin on the curb for pick-up but there it remains. I've called each day and I'm constantly told that someone will be there "today" for pick-up but it never happens. I've equally spoke with supervisors concerning this and cannot even get a courtesy call to say they won't be able to make it. I'm just so sick and tired of this!!! If only there were a better alternative!
