Customer service

The lady that checked us in was absolutely amazing. Then when it came time to check out, the front desk girl and housekeeper are the exact examples of whats wrong with the world today. They said I dyed a Towel pink with my hair. 1st my hair is blue and purple, not pink. 2nd the amazing lady told me when checking in to not get anything on the towels because I would be charged. So I actually had a clean towel in my car I brought in. And 3rd anyone who has ever dyed their hair knows that you can NOT dye a towel evenly through the whole towel when you dry your hair. It would be blotchy all over the towel. The entire towel had a pink tint to it. I think when it was dry they didn't see it, but my boyfriend used it to dry off and that when you seen the pink tint. The front desk lady called me a liar that I did it. She was extremely rude and accusing. She has no business helping the public. She needs to be fired... I will NEVER go there again

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I stayed at this hotel on Aug. 5. Paid a lot - suppose price increase was due to concert in town. It was a bad experience from start to finish and happened to be my first with your chain. We had to change rooms three times before settling in one lacking in pillowcases and blankets. Had to ask for tub to be cleaned again. Carpet was wet. Broken windows, lack of proper bedding, hair in the bathtub...to name a few things. The housekeepers were doing their best to handle an impossible situation, saying some linens were not ready because of overflow? and that tub was dirty because it didn't drain properly (which it didn't)... Noisy guests early in the a.m., bad coffee and a mediocre breakfast buffet.

Customer service was extremely poor

I have used this company many times near the Lincoln Nebraska Airport Lincoln I checked in August 2nd Checked out August 4th 2023. The last three times it has been getting progressively worse. On this stay the elevator broke. The last time the elevator certificate was renewed was 2019. I was even though disabled to use the stairs. They know be because of my disabilities I normally get a room on first floor. After the elevator broke I asked to be moved to the first floor and was refused and no other offer for help.

Can’t get any information from the general manager at country and suites, and will not give me the corporate office phone number

I stayed at country and suites in Pineville Louisiana on Monroe Highway, Friday, 24 July. At 3 AM the smoke alarms went off. I was scared. I jumped up and as I was trying to get to the door I ran into a wooden chair that cut my leg and I have a bruise on my leg. I cant walk. Im in a lot of pain and cant get through to anyone they dont care.

Discriminated with service dog

I stayed over night at this hotel a few days ago after driving 12 hours by myself with my service dog. When I arrived I told the girl I have my service dog ..NOT ESA. I asked for a disability room and asked if there was one on the first floor. It would be much easier for me on the first floor She said there were no PET rooms left on the first floor. I asked her if she would like to see my documentation that my dog is not a PET or an ESA and told her again she is a Service dog. That it did not HAVE to be a PET Room because I am entitled to a room that any other person without a disability and Service Dog would get. She didn't ageee...and I was too tired to argue. So I took the room. It was on the 2nd floor. Which...OK fine. It was a PET room...again ok fine. When I entered it did not smell bad. I put my things on the bed and got changed into my nightgown. I I turned down the bed...the sheets were clean. And I was looking forward to sleep after that 12 hour Drive and I had another 12 to go in the morning. I walked over to close the curtains and thats when i noticed the condition of the room. The floor was filthy. There were m&ms on the floor and stains everywhere. The floor CLEARLY had not bee. Cleaned or Vacuumed after the last guest. This prompted me to look more... The more I looked the more discussed I became. I videod the whole room. The refrigerator was filthy and didn't work. There was a dead bug in the corner. The desk was filthy.. the bathroom mirror has a thick film on it...there's more but If you will watch the video it will say snd show everything. I was about to call and ask my room to be switched...but I decided not to. I was in my nightgown...itcwas now coming on to evening time...im a disabled woman traveling Alone and now I'd be complaining about My room. I didn't want to draw attention to myself and honestly told myself it was safer for me to just stay put and keep my mouth shut. The BED was clean. I told myself go to sleep close your eyes and leave at the crack of dawn. I thought it was important first to let you know the condition of the room. But MORE importantly you should know that your employees are not aware of the laws. They can not discriminate against me because... I have a service dog and force me to sleep in a PET ROOM. I have not checked my credit card yet to make sure I was not charged extra for my service dog. But I have a feeling she may have. My name is Kristina Varsanyi and I checked in on June 14th. Out June 15th. I'd like to know what you intend to do about this entire unfortunate situation. Please respond via email Thank you! Kristina Varsanyi

I booked four nights at three different facilities. I was given no consideration in booking although I called customer service for help. Tha facility in my 2nd night was so substandard that I canceled

Poorly furnished room. Thermostat needed batteries that were recommended by guest. Hot tub available but not working properly. Cold and dirty looking pool. Staff initially inattentive , recovering after guest worked to calm down and be pleasant. Guest at next door hotel drinking beer publicly near entrance. Overpriced laundry services. $5.75.00 to start the dryer. Are you kidding me.

Rude Customer Service

I am insulted by the manner I was just spoken to by the "Manager" of your Brandon, Florida hotel via a telephone call 28 hours after I checked out. She did not even allow me to speak during the "call" and she insinuated that all of my "issues" were basically fabricated. Furthermore, she was upset because I "did not" call her after I checked out, which in Customer Service, she SHOULD be the one calling me to address my issues during my stay at the hotel she is supposed to Manage. Lastly, she blamed the Corporate Office for the issues as Corporate did not communicate them to her. This is not the manner in which the reputable Raddison Group conducts business or allows their guest to be treated regardless of race, ethnicity, or age. It is an unacceptable phone call, to say the least! She represents RADISSON GROUP. I have left a review on the hotels Google page as well as Hotels.com and I invite you to review it below. The irony is that when I posted the review, I suddenly got that phone call from her. I arrived on Friday, May 26, 2023, and I checked out on Monday, May 29, 2023. During my stay, I conveyed the ongoing issues with my room such as the issues with the kitchen sink, the availability of trash recipients, the low water pressure in the shower, bathroom sink, and kitchen sink, and how all this affected my sister who is 8 months pregnant, and my baby whom I could not shower in the bathroom and instead had to use the leaking sink. The "rolling chair" where my pregnant sister sat and almost fell because it is missing a wheel. What a liability! The hotel never addressed the issues and instead, I kept being told and messaged via text that "someone" would contact me from the front desk. The kicker was that the fire alarm went off in my room, no one even bothered to contact me or check our room to make sure we were okay. Not even at checkout. However, the front desk did make sure to deliver my "receipt" before my check-out time. I finally spoke to someone at the front desk prior to departure who did not write down any of the issues I mentioned and only said: "I'll speak to my manager tomorrow" and you will get a call. No phone calls. No messages. Nothing. I was not in town for fun! I was in town for family reasons. The last thing we needed was to have issues with the place we paid to stay at. Radisson Hotels is an international group with nine distinctive brands, with more than 1,100 hotels, so what happened to this place? No one knowstheres no response.

I was not given back cash security deposit

Very rude manager. Refused to give back deposit. He says someone complained of our room smelling like marijuana. He came in our room. Went through my garbage. Refused to allow us to spend another night Then he refused to give me my $200 deposit back. And said he would call the cops on me. So I called them... Apparently this is to be handled as a civil matter ... My Husband has C.O.P.D. AND EMPHYSEMA. NO SMOKING AROUND HIM. WE ARE AN ELDER COUPLE ON A FIXED INCOME. I WILL PURSUE THIS MATTER.

5 days to get a room cleaned. We were told “we only clean rooms every 3 days. We’re on day 5. Untrained staff,

Front desk as helpful as a snake. Asked where notice of cleaning every 3 days unless you ask, no answer. Asked why we are on day 4 and no reason for not cleaning. Told theyll clean tomorrow, day 5 and we leave day 6. BS never again.

Horrible experience

Untrained evening staff on what type of rooms this property offers when calling to book. Said we could have a room that the property doesn't even offer. No interest in customer satisfaction when requesting for it to be resolved in some way. Their solution was that they allowed us to put multiple roll a-ways in a room since they got th reservation wrong... which helped with more sleeping space but seemed rather unsafe with not very must room to walk around... Smelled like smoke in the hallways, yet was along dark hair in the shower and trash in the corner of the bathroom floor. They were not friendly or helpful until I called corporate and then called me to, yes, apologize... but then followed up telling me how I was the problem in all of this... very hard to recommend a country inn and suites after this experience.

Incidental release

It shouldnt take 5 to 7 business days to refund an incidental charge. We stayed at one of your facilities in Nashville this past Wednesday night and havent seen the refund. If you can process an incidental so quickly but cant refund it just as fast at least with in 24 hours after the room has been cleaned as it should be.

I had two of my packages given to another guest.

The manager called me and said that she would put something in place. I dont think that she took this matter to be serious. Just the other day, I a message came to my phone and that said my package was delivered, so I went to the front desk and they had said that it didnt come. Therefore, I preceded to tell her that my last two packages were given to the wrong guest and this person didnt even know anything about someone giving mail to the wrong guests. Now, granted my mail was still in the mailbox. But if the manager didnt speak to everyone who works the front desk about giving guests the wrong mail then how in the did she address this matter of giving guests the wrong mail. I believe that the only reason she called me is because I had called corporate and her conversation was just words with no action taken to prevent this from happening. Well, Ive called you guys and I will not be taken any open from this hotel, if this happens we will be going court. You guys have a legal responsibility to handle people mail responsibly.
