Not what I expected

I am returning this luxury bamboo blend (mostly polyester) sheet set. They do wrinkly. They do slip and slide. They are cheaply made. They dont keep me cooler. Im going back to my 100% cotton sheets.

Your pillows i bought and took off outter cover was 1/3 full off the fill and zipper just opened

Great customer relation with the person I dealt with, very polite and considerate. I told friends about there products and give them 100 percent. I don't think you would get this service from The My Pillow guy. Asked how to return pillows and told me I didn't have to do anything. Great customer service

Didn’t like it

It wasnt as fluffy like a down comforter is wanted the look of comfy and fluffy. I was not happy to have to pay to ship it back. Amazon takes all returns

Poor quality sheets

Do not buy!!! The "luxury" sheets are horribly scratchy and uncomfortable. Definitely not high-quality. Although they do accept returns, you have to pay for the shipping. Don't waste your time or money.

I ordered bamboo sheets on Monday. I was told my order would arrive yesterday and they are still absent and I paid for 2 day delivery. This company is a fraud

They didn't come as advertised this company is a fraud their customer service really sucks I will NEVER use this fraud company again

They took my money for a set of bamboo bed sheets and never delivered

I ordered a set of bamboo bed sheets with a flat sheet a fitted sheet and two pillowcases and they took my money and I actually paid for express delivery so they shouldve been delivered yesterday and they still have not been delivered as I looked on the web, there are numerous complaints about the same thing. I dont know what you can do for me but if they dont send my seats pretty soon Im gonna get in my plane and Im gonna fly down there and Im going to confront them personally and I dont even wanna think about that.

The representative that I spoke with earlier today

The representative was delightful and knowledgeable. She resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. Havent received the product yet, so I have no comment. Im hoping that the bed sheets meet expectation.

Change order

Change color of towels. To teal color ! Please call me this is my first order thank you !I want to change my least purchase to another time until I try the first set and see if I like them

Stop pushing specials, I know how to look for towels if I want them.

I just wanted to buy a pillow so checking out, a push to buy a set of towels to my order pops up and the only button to push is confirm order so now Im in it for pillow and towels! Grrrrr! I just want a pillow! Not very good marketing, this just makes a customer not wanna return to your site.

Placed an order fir a tan everyday fleece blanket for my bed !! Been looking for a light gold color everywhere!! My sister has the pillows that are absolutely the best for your spine and neck !! That is my next purchase when a package of two standard pillows go on sale thank you for making quality products

Issue was a refund which got resolved the person I talked to on the phone was very helpful he was nice

Was supposed to be delivered on 12/27 there is clearly a box outside gate to leave items. Now post office says they don’t have it. So $100 later and still no pillows

I have never received my items . Post office did not leave them and now it seems no one knows where they are
