Fan not working on new unit

I turned on my cooler and fan doesn't blow air. This is brand new purchase. Customer service is very bad. Took days to finally get someone on the phone, just to ignore that I spent over $100 for a product that does me no good. When you purchase a product, it should work. If product doesn't work,they should replace or at least not just take my money. I'm pretty pissed off!!!

I havent heard anything as of yet but I sent pictures of the pillow on lounge chair showing discoloring and sent pictures of the double chair (loveseat) showing the discoloration of the wicker and the unwrapping of the wicker on leg and now fell off. Thank you, Diane 561-271-****

No service or troubleshooting

Defective product

Terrible leak form The bottom of the ice maker and just keep getting g the run around wanting me to pull it out try to fix it after I paid to have it put in and plummed through the wall. I sent 2 videos one showing the terrible leak from under the front and another showing the rust after two weeks of being installed. Im being told to pull it out and find the defective hole and somehow plug it that wont fix the rust this machine is going to fall apart in no time because of the rust. I am a worn cant take the machine apart I did my part I choose your product paid to have it installed and now my new 12 wood floor is going to get ruined because you wont honor your product. Take this bad one back and send a working replacement without defects

Unsatisfactory product, unresponsive customer service

I purchased an over-the-toilet storage unit (HW66126) made by this company and marketed by Bed, Bath and Beyond. It had an open shelf and a cabinet with doors. Putting it together wasn't too challenging despite the nearly identical fasteners in different sizes. I got it together and found that cabinet doors would not line up. There was nearly an 1/8 inch offset. I tried adjusting the hinge screws, loosening bottom screws and tightening top screws. I finally had to resort to shimming up the bottom hinge. I had everything assembled. I moved the stand to the bathroom only to discover that the bottom bar wouldn't clear the water supply connections. It was so low, I doubt it would clear any supply lines. I was already into this project and it had taken so long for me to get to it, I was well out of the warranty period. I took the stand apart and drilled holes higher up so I place the bar higher up. That done, I discovered that there were no cutouts to allow for baseboard. The stand stood nearly an inch from the wall. By that time, I had also decided that it took up too much of the limited floor space between the vanity and the tub. That was on me. I was able to modify the top section to mount it on the wall. I used the stand to hold the top section while I attached it to the wall. This unit is not as high as it looks in the advertisement. I could move it up but I have no way of stabilizing it while I secure it to the wall. I will find a replacement. The MDF used in this product is not very dense and it cracks and chips easily. I got a lot of that because I had to keep moving it and I had to take it apart. Most joints were loose by the time I was done. I contacted customer service to share the many design flaws I had discovered. I didn't ask for any support or warranty action. I just thought they might be interested and might be able recommend changes to the manufacturer. The first response informed me that the product was out of warranty. I explained that I wasn't asking them for anything. The second response repeated that the product was out of warranty but requested photos of the product as assembled. I had already explained the modifications I had made and photos would not be helpful. The third response offered me $25. I did not respond again.

Never recieved help with why cooling mode doesn't work anymore at 3 yrs of age.

Turned ac on, power kept going up and down cooling mode tepid at best. Added surge protector still not blowing cold air. I heat stroke extremely easily and get hear exhaustion. Not good, second product that only lasted 3 yrs b4 trouble. Julie Klaczkiewicz look else where forvproduct if you can

IICostway.com product questions - site failed/disabled hands are agony/fingers broken. You should have my message in your records. I couldn't give you the code you sent because my account has been hacked and am just back from 3 1/2 months in the hospital. I made it obvious with what I put in my email address box for them. I gave them my dying phone number - don't know if hands can reach it and I'm severey injured beyond hands so may not - and no, no voice mail - but that likely wouldn't work as almost nothing else has since I started using the "new" phone just back from the hospital and haven't been able to get into the store. This is sad. Please at least show the compassion to find my message (I'm on a state computer - borrowed - mine killed (big pharma shoots big power surges/microwave up in flames etc. - connected to my apartment/ruptured eardrums and so much more). I though YOU might help. Sorry to have bothered you. (I think I put in problemswithmyacct@***.com or something similar... My phone number is real - late afternoon eastern time is most likely and if you call & let it ring, & dial again - I can barely open it andd that'[s AFTER a not well controlled drop to the ground to try (incredibly vertigo & disabled hands = a terrible combination). I hope you at least send them my questions. Hope you're in much better shape than I.

FIFA know it doesn’t work

I bought a water dispenser yesterday and the cold water does not get cold I would like to get an exchange for the water cooler that I have it is not getting cold and I had it for two days now.

Ive gotten to go plus hot tubs from Wayfair and Wayfair is harassing me about returning it and you guys wont even talk to me about returning that you guys shouldnt be making these if you cant give them to work.

Product is very nice!! I want another one to play somewhere else.

I give this product 10 stars. I love the quality and durability of this product. I want to contact the product people by phone so I can get the exact same one. I bought this product four years ago and just put it up this year. Photos below. Please contact me at the email given and please call me. I want to make sure I get the same exact product, the same as it color the same exact size the same exact style. I cannot answer the box saying-pissed off because Im not pissed off.
