Not dove issue

I called for my refund from Almo contacg many times sehd email which I have proof of my meassages Contact supervisors request many times very poor coooration no help very poor Servuce hard time to being helped Talk to mamas marry supervisor another lady Mr Randy no one help very un satisfied with this kind of help very hard time for very simple issue no ome want ti help properly

Did not get breakdown of extra charges after cruise

My daughter had charges to her room and receive a breakdown of those charges. I did not see one come thru for me in the amount of $184.44. Reservation Id 550**** My name is Sandra Treffinger. My daughters name is Seanna Phelps My family loved the trip. I would recommend Costco Tracel to anyone.

1st 24 hours was a trip from *** After I corrected every problem, flight,hotel, rental car & transfer the trip was great, Costco did not help resolve all these issues.

1- Costco never input our TSA# & Frequenct Flyers#, so when we checked in (9people):we were not TSA , global or clear approved. Spent over 2 hours on phone & computer to resolve this problem. 2. Hotel, reserved 3 rooms, 2 adults & 1 child, we were assigned 3 rooms with one King size bed. I guess 3 to a bed. 3. Prem. SUV, we upgraded to an 8 passenger vehicle, got a 7 passenger, called Costco & was told to rent a 2nd car. We took care of it ours self. 4. Had a VIP transfer & no one showed up to get us to our hotel. 5. No seats assignments, had back row & I had to BUY Seats. Made reservations 12/2022, why???

Horrible stay snd trip

Horrible stay at hard rock Cabo Mexico booked through Costco. Rooms were very dirty small disappointing,housekeeping is below 2 star standard , food was terrible the beach isnt swim-able thats what we came for ! Beach view but no swimming here at this location ! Costco didnt stress to let us know this . sales pitch everywhere we went at the hotel all day long we were harassed. and if you dont attend a sales meet, you have no access to basic stuff . Long wait at buffet ,for retirement home food the floors and public restrooms very dirty , all pools close by 7 pm and theres no swimming at the beach zero entertainment for teenagers here ,the whole vibe not uplifting the place sleeps by 10 pm! Over branded overrated by far worst 5 star resort Ive visited ever ! Would have gone to club med instead ! terrible waste of money . Location extremely secluded with nothing to do at this area. Trips and excursions are too expansive. The lack of beach cleanliness terrible food service and entertaining we couldnt wait to return home . 2 out of ten by all means !

Charged triple

Charged triple the amount- I booked a car rental through Costco. At the end of the trip I was charged trip the cost. Waiting on resolution.. contacted budget and Costco but its friday after 5 pm.

Very unsatisfied with our car rental!

I reserved 12 passengers van months before my trip, every thing was smooth and easy, couple days before my trip I contacted with the car rental to make sure everything is all set, the day we got to pick up our car we find out that nobody had that car available for us to rent. Costco told us "I'm sorry that is nothing we can do " Nobody bothers to inform us at least 24 hours before, just to give us a chance to try to find something somewhere else! Friday evening (4th of July weekend)we just find out we don't have transportation, We have place reservations nonrefundable at this point and no ways to get there. We choose Costco because we trust them... What a mistake That experience makes me very unhappy costumer Don't offer something you can't promise

paid for upgrade room did not get it, hotel lied and said they gave me upgraded room,i paid 500 for that room dod not use costco or the HAYATT REGENCY i honolulu stay away

Cannot reach Costco travel for assistance. Airline cancelled flight

I booked flight, hotel, and car rental. The airline notified me via text that the flight was delayed x 3 after i checked in 24 hours prior. I could not reach Delta Airlines. They issued another flight to a different destination without connecting flight details? Still on hold with Costco Travel 1 hour and 40 minutes . Unreal! Pre-paid so I have had to contact credit card company. I did not cancel the trip...the airline did! If I had assistance available, I could have made it to the destination in order to honor the rest of the trip. Really awful. My pet is in boarding and had to cancel my reservation for parking at the airport. If I could reach an actual human and not a Bot it could have been rectified. HORRIBLE!

We purchased all inclusive at hand palladium costa mujeres and it was the worst experience for me and my family

We arrived at 8:00 am but our room wasnt ready we had to wait until 3:00 pm to get some sleep. It was supposed to be all included but if you want anything that is somewhat decent like okay food you will have to pay . The pool were very duty this is like going to Vegas but Vegas is less expensive. If what you call fun is standing at the pool and drink all day then this is for you . And be careful with the people the try to sell you tour package specially the Costco guy he try selling me a trip to the pirámide and isla Mujeres for 1,450 for 5 members I got the same trips for 650 dollars dont waist your money in this hotel

Blood in my room!

To whom it concerns, I am writing today in outrage at the lack of ownership, or empathy displayed while on vacation at one of your partner hotels the Grand Palladium Cancun. There were a number of issues, however none as concerning as returning to the hotel on day #2 and following a shower I find HUMAN BLOOD on a towel just used to wipe my face! A bio-hazard and a violation of standard blood borne pathogen training. I could have been exposed to hepatitis, HIV, or more! Upon closer expectation we find human blood on several of our towels serviced while we were out. (Photos attached) I immediately notified reception, it took 23 min. for an agent to answer the phone. No apology, replacement towels were never sent, despite being told that they would. 1 hour later I called again and was told the manger would be on his way. Shortly after a member of housekeeping arrived to remove bloody towels but not replace them! When the manger., one Mr Daniel H Sanchez arrived he asked if it was MY blood! Again no apology, no ownership, but said hed retrain housekeeping! He stated hed be in touch with further follow up. 24 hours later, after hearing nothing I called again. I was told to go to reception. I had to tell my story again, they said I need to contact Costco and they could do nothing! I called Costco, the rep. Cardell was outstanding and understanding. He said hed follow up with the manager: three hours later the manger arrived, again Mr Sanchez. Again no ownership, instead he tried to state it was a language barrier not true he spoke perfect English. I have an audio recording to the Contrary. I said Id like my first three days reimbursed, Mr Sanchez offered an upgrade on liquor package (not at all acceptable) nor the point! At 8:30p he called me again offering one free massage if I agree to drop the claim! I have NEVER seen such a blatant avoidance of customer service at its core, nor ensuring we were okay. He could have offered a medical exam, blood test, or immediately take care of the issue but nothing. I have used your services a number of times but this is HORRIBLE service an t an 4 star hotel and a clear violation of international heath codes. In addition we paid for but never received one bottle of wine, or two days of housekeeping! Again, I am seeking reimbursement of three days of my near $4,000 package! After an hour on hold supervisor buck answered at 440pm est blew off recording of employee Emma calling customer racist for asking about additional charges.

Hello my name is Dennis Nolan and im not sure how you changed the cost of my cruise but just yesterday my total was $1866.34 by october i have a screen shot of this how the *** did this go up to $2600 in a day? Representative Emma refused to answer the question and stated I am a racist because she has An accent I explained after asking 6 times why this amount went up and her refusing to answer I wanted a supervisor. Supervisor "buck" completely brushed off the customer service complaint and also could not answer the question at first. This is terrible customer service making people feel like it's a burden that they dare call you. I cannot believe that an employees first reaction to a question is "your racist".

I even wrote an extensive problem to raise but was unable to submit it because the verification code was entered and program was stuck. So, had a major problem to address and could not even do that.

Hotel didn't have our prepaid reservation

We booked a 6 night stay through Costco travel in October 2022 for a stay 2/12/2023 - 2/18/2023 After 12 hours of travel and the first time traveling outside of the US with my daughters, we arrive to the hotel. They have no reservation for us that we have 100% prepaid through Costco. In fact, they had the reservation dates down for December 2022 instead of February 2023 and it shows we no showed on a prepaid reservation in December. No one at the hotel or Costco contacted us when we no showed on a prepaid reservation. I also emailed the hotel twice before we traveled and no one replied. CALL THE HOTEL IF YOU BOOKED THROUGH COSTCO. The hotel and Costco had ample time to realize the mistake, but did nothing. There was a lot of finger pointing between both Garza Blanca and Costco who was at fault here. Both of them had several opportunities to correct this prior to my trip and they did nothing. So this resulted in the room I paid for not being available. I had a crying 11 & 14 year old girls at the front desk while they tried to blame this on me. At no time did I get an apology from the hotel or Costco which still bothers me. Costco's Customer Service rep Annette said 'these things happen' when I was trying to get help while I was on my trip. I was paying out of pocket at this point because the hotel had no record of payment from Costco. I called after my trip, no assistance. I filed a claim request online, no response. I wrote a poor review about the hotel on Costco's website about the experience, they wouldn't post it. Costco will take your money, but as for any help when you are traveling or responding after your trip, good luck. I'll book direct with the hotel in the future.
