I sent my sister who lives in a home an e gift card, but the email is no longer. Can you forward the e gift card onto me , or refund me please. Thank you

To issue a complaint

I have a card and key for disabled toilet as I have issues with my water works due to cancer . I entered the toilet and the manager shouting and banging saying its for disabled people only. The shop was very busy and he embarrassed me with dreadful looks also .

Resolved: As Ive ordered 2 drink on 2 different days and one come with no coffee in and then one drink we did not get but we payed for it

Its not a complaint its a complement i have a brain injury and your staff at solatron business park farnborough also costa at brighton hill business park bracknell these staff at both costas are a credit to your company they are friendly and take there time with me could u send them a letter from me

Lack of Hygiene on a coffee machine

I went into a local garage with a cost coffee machine to get a latte and notice something fall into cup while first bit of milk being dispensed so looked at nozzle area and seen this area hadnt been cleaned in a long time ( it was rancid) a real health hazard ! so I tried complaining online to no avail so got there customer services phone number (waste of time) as an automated message said our phone lines are not working at this time ( that is horrendous it really is bad buisness practice) I will try again tomorrow and if no joy Im sending pictures to my local newspaper the Manchester Evening News

I ordered a Tropical mango bubble flappe this morning Sunday with my 8 points it was so bad warm no bubbles all milk and spray cream disgusting Polgate East Sussex very young girl made it up could you please replace my points thank you ref mr Harrold

Not happy with my service today

Came to one of your stores in Grinnage today I was not going to enter your shop as I had a puppy pug with me and my partner noticed there was a man sitting in your shop with a coffee for himself and a small coffee for his dog, so then we changed her mind and said oh, if that man is in the shop with a dog we must be allowed so then went over to be served Which they see us with a puppy in her hand, then took our order which we ordered two lattes a carrot cake and a Biscoff cake waited for us to sit down and asked us to leave because we had the dog with us and I went over to the lady which I believe to be Chinese And I said to her why is it all in the man which was a Chinese man sit with his dog in the shop but telling me to leave I felt to be honest this couldve been a racist thing against me as therefore I am British, so then everything that Ive purchased. Went to waste are then stood outside the shop in the rain while watching the man enjoying his coffee with his dog. I think Ive been treated very unfairly as we shouldve been both asked to leave not just one of us. My partner paid by his card and hes name is Jason Sharpe we came in about 20 past one today. I really would like some feedback on how you feel. Thank you

Non existent customer care online

Impossible to get help online. Would not allow me to enter birthday. Repeatedly requested details of the Costa site although already detailed. Chasing up feee beans which did not appear Kim account as they should. The branch gave me a fictitious contact number when I complained. Smells a bit like a con?

To issue serious complaint

Thought dogs were not allowed in Costa ( except guide dogs) staff handling cakes without using tongs, member of staff dropping crisps on floor then continuing to walk past them. And never have items we want.You close an excellent Costa in Bingley, well its about time improvement is made at Forster Square Costa, or you might has well close this one too. At last but not least its very convenient for you that customers cannot speak to anyone on the phone to voice their complaint.

Large lit up sign in Costa Surbiton,saying cakes £1 with a drink on a Friday-it was12.30 on a Friday, but I was charged £2.60 for a cake plus £3.30 for coffee -so mis-leading,I heard another customer complain -Costa Customer Service have done absolutely nothing,merely asked if I had a photo-no I haven't-perhaps they should get an explanation from the Surbiton Manager and get back to me with an explanation.Useless.

Aggressive dog

Dogs sitting on tables out dirty backside were we eat or food same did being aggressive a barking at costermer staff not cleaning tables afterwards The dog is a white terrier an old lady walked pasted yesterday morning and the dog went for here the poor lady was socked the gentleman has an attitude problem he is there every morning this has to stop the dog is going to bite some one all so he leaves it unertend how are we going to eat are food when the dog has sat on every tables this is in Chichester Portfield drive though we have told the manager and the they just walk away thinking is funny

Costa gift card not working

Hi I purchased a Costa coffee card - value 25 pounds. When I went to use it for the first time I was told it was out of date. I am a regular Costa coffee customer. So was very dismayed at this. Poor food quality

I bought a ham and cheese toastie. Simple to make you would think. My cheese had turned to liquid and was just a greasy mess on my plate. The person who served me left the tray at an angle on top of the other trays and I had to reach over about 2 feet with shopping bags in my hands. Luckily there was another customer there to help me.

Told you only toast one side of a toasted sandwich,! All other cafes do toast both sides of toasted sandwich. Against trade Discription act if only half toasted. When you order a toasted ssandwich

Half toasted is not a description of toasted sandwich! When I ordered I didn't expect a half toasted sandwich- it was cold on one side with pale bread - looked unappetizing.
