Ridiculous prices

I have been getting my hair cut at Cost Cutters for years. I've had the same stylist for years also and Jenny is wonderful. She's moved to a couple other locations over the years and I've followed her each time. She manages the salon in Kaukauna Wi. Well back to my concerns. Your called Cost Cutters!!! $22.00 for a haircut and $16.00 for eyebrow wax has gotten quite ridiculous. My suggestion is either change your name or lower your prices.

Bad cuts

I want to get my haircut. Told the lady 4 times the way I wanted it. And she still did not listen I showed her the pitcher twice and she still did not do it. I would like my money back The third picture is what I wanted my hair like.

Was charged $85 for a trim and a few highlights. It seemed very expensive.

Over charged. I asked to only have a few highlights and that's what she did I didn't request a haircut so all I got was like the tips trimmed of dead ends. And another thing the whole time I was there she was talking about other stylist that work with her it seemed very unprofessional and I was charged way too much I could have went to a high end hair stylist at the same price I got a lot better results.

Not happy

I went to cc in North PlatteNE today to get a trim they ask if I had an appt told them no as last time I tryed to make an appt they said they did not do appt just need to come in and wait your turn. Need to know what is going on does not appear that they want my business. I have gone there a long time.

My experiance

My experiance with cost cutters on Conley rd In Columbia mo, I love how they are so up beat and friendly and they are awesome cutting hair. I am in love with Erin on how she cuts my hair, I will not go to any one else now. From me Erin gets 20 stars, her personality is awesome.

Platteville wisconsin cost cutters store

Good Afternoon, I have calling the platteville wisconsin cost cutter store now for about 4 month's. They never answer the phone nor do they return calls. Im very upset and frustrated. I want that cost cutters because the last jaircut i got there was all uneven when i got home. One side of hair was longer then the other. I also paid for a eye brow waxing and it looked like she didnt even wax them. Im beey angry and frustrated with this store and whoever is working there. I really want something done about this ASAP TODAY PLEASE?? I NEED A HAIRCUT AND EYE BROW WAXING AND SHE NEEDS TO FIX THE MISTAKES. I have left messages as well and still nothing. Im.ready to contact the better business bureau. THANK YOU

3-pak of pre-paid haircuts - Discontinued ?

Every year Cost Cutters has had a sale of a 3-pak of prepaid cards for as long as I can remember. And I recall it being in the Fall each year. Last year (2022) I found my "regular" Cost Cutters in Walmart was not in business any longer, so I switched to another C.C. location. When I inquired as to the Fall 3-pak of prepaid cards - (I usually purchase 3 or 4 of the 3-paks each year) I was informed that the sale was in the Spring, not the Fall. This Spring I found it wasn't happening - at least at the location I was at. I have always had a great haircut at the old Walmart location as well as the new spot. Now the question: Has the sale of the 3-pak of prepaid cards been discontinued at all C.C. locations, or just the one I picked out?

Email rec'd on 20% off gift cards?

DNo I guess as I was told that all the cost cutters franchises pretty much make their own de isions on promotions; whether they offer the discounts, sell or except gift cards or certificates so why bother sending out these promote Iona emails to long time customers which is not properly handled! In these times every little bit of money that could be saved & is a nice incentive for valued customers. I will unsubscribe to future emails to avoid wasting my time! Thanks for following up but no the Meriden, Conn cost cutters do not participate in any promotions!

Badly botched cut on military senior mom,crying all night

she destroyed my hair I gave her a picture of a back of the Bob cut told her to make it full, no bangs, sides at an angle along chin she layered the sides,back flips up, j said needed to make sure sides can go under. I'm a military senior on social security and pension. if took me 3 months to save up 30$ + a 5$ top i couldnt stop crying at such a botched job. I drove 3000K miles to come for dad dying and I am so beside myself. the cut is so hideous.

Cancel appointment

This is Antonio Miranda. I Was there 4/14/23 for a 1:40pm appointment. The hair stylist took the 2:00 appointment at 2:10 before my. Bad products and service

Spent 142.00 cut and products !!!my hair damaged bad !so raelyn asked what wanted I said cut dead off! which she showed me ok!!!my hair was to my butt about ! now to my shoulders!! Left that be didnt mentioned in call !! Got ppl pissed they cut my hair like that!!!Got a lot products !!!few days later got Covid just getting over it about!!!I have receite called fetch !she said u have it we can do even exchange! Ok Ill find !!!then let me talk boss she got on phone we cant do nothing be within 7!days !!wow 142.00l least I respect u ! had Covid nothing we can do *** ! call company have nice day! Wow ! Professional said u sold me products were broke and garbage have it videotaped the reskin o7 broke inside when left shop my buddy like why u spend *** like that Itsvideotape dont appreciate rudeness they both gave me. !!!

Horrible

The clinician said she could cut and color my light brown hair cover the gray. My hair turned bright gold and she tried to fix it it turned RED. Clearly she should not color anyones hair. I said I was not going to pay and when I went to leave as I was crying. They said Leslie said she was going to call the police. So I paid 80$. For ruining my hair. Leslie wanted me to come back in and shed fix it but Id already been there 4 hours no way. Leslie wants me to come in this day Feb 4 to color it dark but she must think Im insane. I wish Kylie was still there this auto site would never happen. Also when I got home my pixie cut was all uneven

Chopped

I went for a normal cut. Nothing special. Instead I got chopped. Both sides of my head are different length...and my bangs were crooked. I fixed the front myself but damn she chopped that up too. What the *** Now I have to spend more time and money to get it fixed. I just want my money back. I think she had mental problems because I got to listen to a very gruesome story about her sons head getting smashed in. And she had very sharp scissors!! I wouldn't recommend anybody go there. Extremely pissed!!!
