Unpaid check since the month of may

My reason about this complaint or whatever it can be called is because its been almost 2 months and still I havent gotten my last check Ive been contacting the managers I used to work with which was Karla and Paul at the location 28258 Diehl rd Im warrenville IL 60555 they keep informe that it was ent out but nothing has came to my apt.

No paycheck and corporate offices not answering

I have a paycheck due for one week of work. I was supposed to be paid 10th March 2023 but still have not been given my check. I tried calling corporate to see the problem and their numbers do not work anymore. I am owed about $450. If this isnt resolved this week Im taking this to the BBB and Attorney General of Texas. Ive never been treated like this by a professional company. Ridiculous.

Question on rewards

My husband and I each got a $5 off Rewards coupon on our Apps that was good on February 25th and 26th and we went there on the 26th and they closed early so I couldn't use it. I called the shop today and they said there's nothing they can do about it so I had to call customer service so I'd like to know if you give a rain check because this is the second time that's happened and it is a 40 minute round trip for us to get there. Thank you!

Complaint

So I know it isnt probably fully the restaurants fault but I ordered a DoorDash order today and I was missing my hot coffee and so I had to personally drive all the way back and get the coffee. At this point my food was already cold and so when I asked if they wouldnt mind remaking it for me since its cold now I had to drive all the way back to get the coffee, they said that the kitchen staff refused to remake it for me. Now I dont know if its just a policy, but to tell someone that they refuse to remake it because it was already made isnt a valid excuse. It would be another thing if they had said well it was the door Dashers fault for not making sure that all the items were there so you have to go through the refund process with DoorDash, but the manager actually went back to check and told me that his staff refuse to remake it. Ive been in the customer service industry for 10 years and that is just not how you tell a customer unfortunate news. I wish that the manager was just more straight up and said that it was DoorDashs fault and then I had to just go through the DoorDash app to process the refund.

E-card not usable

Original problem was la e-gift card for $100 wasnt functional. The staff tried and even called corporate for help with no help. I was very upset and tried at home to call corporate with NO ability to get a response. So I called the local store to try to get a number, instead a local director was at the store Matt Cox. I spoke with him at length and he over at least a 2 week time period was able to get the card changed to a gift card. He nailed it to me and included $5 bonuses. Matt was wonderful and very thoughtful plus solved the problem. The staff at the Campbell st store remembered me and have been terrific as well. If corporate would learn from them perhaps your business would be greatly improved. Linda Holevinski

Substance found in the sandwich

Hi, I ordered a pick two selection from the menu via door dash from the pleasant prairie branch corner bakery cafe. One selection was hot sandwich and other was pasta with fruits on the side. While I was eating my sandwich I got a terrible crunch in my jaw and it hit my tooth and when I took it out, it was few pieces of marble/broken tile, it surely hit my tooth so bad , this is an experience I do not want to have as I have ordered multiple times from this cafe before. I do have the pieces with me that I found in the sandwich

Terrible service or response from corporate.

Unable to get online gift card to WORK. Been in the restrauant twice and no one could get it either. They called corporate with NO help. This has been 3 weeks!!! I need this resolved. $100 gift card or be reimbursed.

Food bad

The food that I got didn't look anything like the picture that was up on above on the menu And when I went back to confront the manager she said that's what exactly it weighed but it was nothing of what it looked like in the picture because it was much bigger and I wasn't satisfied

Food did not look like the picture

I have a picture of the prime rib and it look flat like someone stepped on it. This was a gift of $25 from a friend and I was hoping the experience was a little better because my wife looked very good the chicken when she ordered I might look flat I asked the manager if she could do something and she said she couldn't cuz it was the same weight but it looked flat from the picture.

Incorrect order

I just picked up an order from the corner bakery in King of Prussia. When I got home I found out they had given me the wrong sandwich I ordered the uptown turkey avocado and they gave me a Panini. I closed I called before theyre closing time but they didnt answer. Now Im stuck with a sandwich I dont like. I want to redo

I am requesting my points. It shouldn’t be this difficult to contact a company. The system to the CB I frequent is always down and I’m not able to obtain my points. It’s happened several times.

Contacting CB has taken up a lot of my time. Perhaps the company should make it easier for customers to contact the company. A working phone number would be a great start.

I was advised to contact CB to request points owed to me. How is a customer supposed to contact customer service if the number is not operable?

Good customer service

Quinn served me with kindness & thoughtfulness, even after my son dumped milk on the carpet. I could not find a way to reach a the company directly about their customer service and that seems to be a huge misstep.

Poor Service

I have been to the Corner Bakery at 301 N Market, Downtown Dallas 74202 hundreds of times over the last few years. It has always been welcoming and enjoyable. Today, there was a manager there I had not encountered before. When I tried to place my order she was arrogant, dismissive, even contemptuous. She was unsmiling, and made eye contact only to give a stare that seemed angry and uninterested in the entire process. I demanded a different server take my order with no problems. The other servers apparently had been raught not to give out her name as they all said they did not know her name Don't interact with the manager with no name who appears to be Indian, Pakistani. Worst Customer service ever!!!

They never answer their phones and I have been trying to get ahold of them for 2 weeks now in order to get my gifts certificates that my older parents gave me the wrong email twice for. ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS AND I'M STILL OUT $200 IN GIFT CERTIFICATES MY ELDERLY PARENTS CAN'T GET. RIDICULOUS!!!!
