To book a flight from Boston to San Jose airport in Costa Rica

We love, Copa Airlines whenever possible we like to fly Coppa. It reminds us of the old days when airlines used to care about their customers.

Lost luggage

To Whom this may concern, My luggage was lost in route to Barbados., I filled out a claim form in Barbados and only one of my luggages was returned to me 3 days after being in Barbados, I had to go without my medication for almost a week, I will be reaching out to my lawyers and doctors on tomorrow Morning, which will 8/14 because of no medicine my entire body has been swollen!

Cannot call this company to edit my name on my plane ticket

The spelling Zoe Jemima quick middle name is spelt incorrectly (jemina) on the ticket and I need it to be changed to the correct spelling which is (Jemima). The booking number for flight is 6JLTOK the order number is MF79ZV.

Cancel passenger trip

We bought three COPA ticktes to go from Bogotà to Curacao to fly in Octber 2023. One of the passengers can not travel due to medial situacion. We would like to know what can we do about it. The ticket is not reembursable and does not allow any changes. Does the medical emergency allow any changes?

Minor Child Left in Foreign Country if you Don't Pay!

COAP had multiple issues during my recent trip to Colombia, including telling us my son was a no show and never boarded the flight leaving the United States then canceling his return flight home then strong arming us to pay to have him put back on his original flight with his family. If we did not pay they would leave him in Panama for more than 2 hours alone with no adult supervision. They wanted this to happen even though they somehow lost his information in the system showing he never left the United States just days before. COAP is an uncompassionate money hungry airline who doesn't care about their customers or their families just how much money they can make. Find another way to travel with your family it will be safer and ultimately cheaper than COPA Airlines.

Delay luggage complaint

We just received an email from one of your employees name Brayant L. as customer service analyst. Our luggage never arrive with us. We have to wait 5 days without it. He is now implying that because we leaved in the US we are not entitle to a reimbursement which is not fair, we expend 2 days in Las Vegas without our personnel items and we expended money in personnel items with money out of our pocket , we are in disagree with this employees review and would like to get our money back. Thanks

This man kenroy wright trying to seek a refund of money that isn't his.he only got possession of it as he said he could use his points to purchase the ticket for me.

Baggae not found

I came My flight was on the date of 23 of May. Out of Vix (eurico salles) that went to airport at Belo Horizonte (confins) after it went to Panama City and Boston. when I got to Boston my baggage was not here, they communicated that it would come in the next day. My bag never came in I been calling this company every single day no one knows nothing about the bag, I will be putting my lawyers in contact with this company I want my bag and Copa Airlines has not done nothing for me to find my bag. This is out of control; I been waiting for 4 weeks and they dont even know there to places or it is at belo horizonte or it's in Panama. No one contacted me no one did nothing about it.

Horrible flight to Brasil

Old planes: cramped, no wifi or place to charge phones or anything else, food awful, terrible service awful policies like no refunds for cheaper flights..l will never use them again. I found them on Cheap Flights which I doubt I will use again also.

Copa keeping money without giving service

I bought a ticket and was traveling for an emergency but copa cancelled the flight and the next flight they were offering me was not close to my trip and I had to fly with another airline and they told me they issued me a certificate for 737 dollars and now I find that the company is not going to honor this money that I paid and wants to keep the money without giving service ,the company cancelled my flight and vioalted the contract they can not keep this money either they refund the money or allow me to use the money for another trip the ticket number is 230000****5759,I was not the one that cancelled the flight it was Copa.

Question on flight my friend taking from Panama back to JFK

I wanted to check on the flight that my friend is on from Panama back to JFK. Thank you for giving me the phone number I called the Bahamas one which is free from the US. And they actually ask if you want to hear in English which is great and they answered properly and they told me exactly where to go and what to do and they told me that she had 2 hours to board yet and what time she was landing and where I could go to check on the flight during her flight. Great customer service I don't know what everybody's screaming about. Maybe they're not calling the right number but you provided it the number, so thank you

Worst Airline in the world.

We booked a roundtrip from Atlanta to Lima (CM881 & CM263), and Lima to Atlanta (CM338 & CM880). Both flights included a brief layover in Panama City. We also booked flights from Quito to Lima (Booking No. SP6MHI, Flights CM158 and CM337). This flight also included a brief layover in Panama City. The scheduled itinerary would've had us fly from Quito to Panama City, then from Panama City to Lima, then from Lima back to Panama City, then Panama City to Atlanta. It occurred to us that the flights from Panama City to Lima and Lima back to Panama City might be able to be skipped, so when we entered the Quito airport we spoke with a Copa Airlines desk agent about that possibility. She worked on the computer with another agent for about 15 minutes and printed our boarding passes only for Quito to Panama city and ASSURED US that we could stay the night in Panama City and board our flight from Panama City to Atlanta in the morning. We stayed the night in Panama City as planned but when we arrived in Panama City airport this morning to board our flight to Atlanta, we were shocked to find that because we didn't board the flight from Lima to Panama City our tickets from Panama City to Atlanta had been cancelled. We had been given assurances by Copa representatives in the Quito airport the previous day that this would not happen. We spent about an hour talking with Copa representatives in Panama City about this but they were unwilling to help or honor the assurance that we were given in Quito. We were forced to pay a $535 penalty fee to re-instate our cancelled tickets to Atlanta. This is frustrating in the extreme and totally unacceptable given that we sought and were given permission and assurances in Quito that everything was in order.
