My husband and I just signed up and he had a question on actually how to get started and created a ticket. I found a phone and called it. The rep was very pleasant and I told her I was worried that this is a scam She said that we can call the number 24/7. Hope this works out for us!

They are not letting me cancel and wasting a lot of my very precious time!

They are not letting me cancel and wasting a lot of my very precious time! They definitely 100% intentionally make it extremely difficult to cancel! To cancel you need your password, but, I don't have a password set up yet, and to "retrieve" it I need a client ID, which I was never given! I've been calling for 2 hours! And it keeps saying to call back! The person who called me? So nice and believable? Not available. Arrrggg! "Slow refunds" Is all it says on one website which supposedly has a lot of reviewers, which I'm sure is them running it and skewing the results. SCAM. They hope I give up and don't request my $89 back. Worst $89 risk I ever took. And they won't refund $15 worth...

I was treated very well but

I signed up to see if I could work the magic of on line income and I found out very quickly that the system which Coolhandle uses was too complicated for me. I, therefore, decided that I would discontinue my use of the plan. I was told when I signed up that I could get my money back if I discontinued my work within a certain time period. I said to Coolhandle that I was not going to continue and asked for a return of my money. I reported this well within the time frame allotted. My credit card shows that the amount has not been reimbursed for the money I gave them. I would like very much to have my money returned. Thank you very much. John Boynton

I have been trying to CANCEL something that was never started because I can not see the website on my computer. I keep getting text messages that a bill has just been submitted, what bill I can not get through to your web site please CANCEL . Refund of 278.99

Ordered Website on June 21,2018. Was not satisfied with product, cancelled on July 15,2018 within 30 day guarantee policy. Received cancellation confirmation and credit confirmation of $278.99. Its has been over a year have not received credit yet!!! list of phone calls and Emails 8-21-18 was told will receive credit in 60-90 days. Called 10-15-18 submitted support request ticket. Called 11-29-18,12-17-18, 1-29-2019,2-26-19 and again on 6-21-2019 given another support ticket and no REFUND!!

Awaitng Refund $278.99 within 30 day Gurantee Policy

Placed original order June 21, 2018. Website did not work out was not functional. Cancelled order on July 15, 2018. Within the 30 day cancellation period received ticket information that all websites was cancelled refund would be issued in 30 days. Called CoolHandle on 8-21-18 was told 60-90 Days the credit would be issued. This is the call record 10-15-18,11-29-18, 12-17-18 ,1-29-2019,2-26-19 ,6-21-19 and I have not received my credit but the support team is working on it!!!

No promised website set up was created yet they keep billing hostings fees

Nov. 2018 - to today June 2019 - You can't talk to anyone they only have an answering service that takes the call and passes on information. as you can see with the picture below the web site was never set up.

This is the worst company I have ever come in contact with. They rarely answer their emails and phone calls. I have been waiting since 7/11/2018 for a refund that I have on paper from this company and I continue to get the brush off. The court is NEXT> JT

Ciminal & intentional violation of refund policy

I signed up with them on June 30,2018,and paid $202 and change for their services. Then I canceled my service with them on July 10,2018. First i called to cancel, and guy i talked to was very rude, short with me, and extremely arrogant. He told me i couldnt cancel by phone, and that i had to cancel online. In which i found out afterward, was a complete lie. I have called several times since i canceled, and have been getting the complete run around. All they keep doing is jerking me around!! Everytime i called they told me that they dont have anything to do with the refund, that that is handled by there billing dept.. Yet they never connect me to anyone from billing, who can actually give me a straight answer!! And when ive selected the prompt for billing, a few different times, instead of cancellations; ive gotten an automated response telling me "all agents are busy, call back later, goodbye!" and then i was disconnected!! Everytime i speak to an agent, theyre absolutely clueless! And tell me every time, that theyre putting in a ticket to billing. Which is absolutely meaningless, and unhelpful, and never does anything good, or helpful, or takes care of my problem in any way at all!! i know, all theyre doing is constantly trying to passify me, giving me absolutely NO real or actual help in any way whatsoever! Everytime i spoke to an agent, everyone of them told me that it there is a 20 day refund policy, not including weekends. But, the second to last time i called, i was told by another arrogant agent, that what i was told several times was wrong, that it was untrue. That the refund period was actually a 30 day period of time! And the reason for that REDICULOUSLY long refund period, is because "supposedly" cool handle is only responsible for $112 of my refund, and that One Click Pay, the *** online company that they work hand in hand with, is responsible for the remaining $90 of my total refund of $202.00.. There also was some kind of extra charge as well, but im not quite sure what its about, or why its part of the total refund im OWED. BUT, I have already been told by my credit card company, that the amount of my refund that im actually supposed to recieve in total is $209 and change! Like i said previously, billing dept. doesnt help me, and cancellation dept. doesnt help me! At All!! Neither EVER do anything for me! All im constantly doing with this company, is continuously chasing my own tail!!! This is MY MONEY!! NOT THEY'RES!! And i am at the point now, where im Extremely Pissed Off!! I Want MY Money Back!! Im going through a terrible financial hard time right now, and as part of that hard time, my father is dying from terminal cancer. I CAN NOT afford to lose this money! I Can Not, "NOT" get it back!! I just really dont know what to do about it. I truly just want someone to help me get this refund money back.. Im constantly stressed out to the max about it, and continuously, Super Pissed Off as well!!! I wish i never, ever dealt with these people to begin with! I wish i never had anything to do with this Lowlife,and Truely Criminal Company, "Cool Handle" in any way whatsoever!!!
