I worked at one in Dickson
The people had attitudes all the time .I was treated like crap as employee and I was cussed at .the general manager does nothing stick to the lead person what ever his name iam not treated that way at all.you need get different general manager that so good friends with so when they do wrong they get punished.instead of the new worker. Iam still call corporate in that restaurant.how they train sucks .

Poor hamburger trays
Purchased 2 Hamburger trays today. Been a Loyal customer of Jordan Dr Store in Athens GA. Thickness of patty has shrunk and size decreased.

Unfortunate visit
Someone left the thing used to close plastic bags on my food, due to them having an attitude. She was talking in a hostile matter, and after taking our order she took off. She sent someone else to the window to tell us our total, who's name is on the receipt. So when she went away and purposely put that on my food.

Mt.Airy's cook out is the most racist place to work for people of color except if your gay or Mexican
Any one of color will not be employed by cook out for more than two pay checks,,, I've never seen such or worked such uneducated people,,,who started working at cook out before they completed the second grade,,,if your of color,, got an education those people at the Mt.Airy, cook out are very intimidated

The employees takes up the customer parking in the front
Every time I go to our local Cook out the employees takes the front where the window is for the customer. I have to drive all the way under the shade to eat, I am not happy my mom isn't either she asked them not to park there but they won't listen. Can you please tell them stop parking in the customer parking places in the front tell them park in the back. our Local Cookout in. Lancaster SC

Wrong order
I had gotten the wrong order and no one would answer or help me resolve my issue. No one got back to me as they said they would. They also gave us about 5 cheese bites when we got a double order of them super stingy.

I ate my fries and everything was fine but I got halfway through my one of my three chicken tenders and it was chewy but I just assumed it was over cooked and Im fine with that but it was the complete opposite. I pulled out my flashlight to confirm my suspicions and found that the inside of the chicken tender was pink fully pink. I instantly called customer service once I found that I could have potential salmonella poisoning from my favorite eatery.

When Roanoke my wife and I always stop at the Cook Out on Hershberger Road. This time it will be our last. There are two drive through lines. One for dine in and the other for take out. We arrived at 12:30 pm. Went into the to dine in line. Was stopped. A server was taking orders came to us, was told both lines ar for orders. Told her we wanted to eat inside. I am 100% handicap.veteran Wanted to get to handicap parking. Was told have to wait. Waited 10 minutes. Staff would not even try to move vehicles. Finally got to park and walk from the side away from the handicap parking. Went inside. Spoke to manager who appeared to not even care. Suggesting we just open both lanes. Ordered food. 2 Double Trays, burgers were less the size of sussage patty's and not hot, fires no taste. The meal for price was not worth wait. We will not go back being treated like this.

I went to the Cook Out on Northside Drive in Statesboro, GA. The employees were very friendly and attentive. I had recently eaten in a local MacDonald's where there was a lot of shouting back and forth between the employees, and the service wasn't very good either. This Cook Out has never had shouting when I have eaten there. More importantly, the employees always exhibit great customer service. WAY TO GO COOK OUT!!!

My girls, both just 18 yrs old, went to the COOKOUT fast food restaurant on State of Franklin Rd, in Johnson City, tonight at 2:48 am and got themselves and me some food. My girls are regular customers. They eat at cookout more than once a week for years... And have never received such vile treatment!! One of my girls requested a tomatoe without the white hard center on her cheeseburger, you literally just get a middle piece, (what's so hard about that?)... but when the request was made the cashier suddenly went dead silent (after being extremely talkative- just shut off completely after the request) for approximately 2 minutes... she resumed after the brief silence and finished the order. Then my 2nd daughter started ordering her food and when the cashier asked my 2nd daughter about the tomatoe, the cashier sarcastically inquired, "do you want IT REGULAR or one that doesn't have the white center", in a tone that plucked my 1st child's heart out!! As if REGULAR was with the white center-- who has ever wanted that nasty, hard, white center, makes no sense! What happened---> Well, when my girls pulled up to the window- the kitchen staff were making FUN of MY 1st Daughter!! The whole night shift staff!! EVERYBODY!! MY GIRLS HAD TO WAIT ON THEIR FOOD... WHILE ENDURING BEING MOCKED AND RIDICULED AND ENDURED YOUR STAFF MAKING JOKES RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM ( for 5 minutes while having to wait on their food!) ABOUT HOW THEY CUT *** IN THE CENTER OF THE TOMATOE, RATHER THAN FIND A MIDDLE PIECE!! THEY WERE MAKING FEMALE VOICES ( they were teenage males) AND WERE SAYING (mockingly at my daughter) "Why did you cut *** in my tomatoe?" -- supposed to sound LIKE my daughter saying that!! WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE DO YOU HIRE AT COOKOUT?? --obviously it's UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, BULLIES!! I'M SO APPALLED!! My daughter is so hurt and feels so defeated. She said she will NEVER ask for what she WANTS again-- I cannot believe that YOU AS A COMPANY allow YOUR EMPLOYEES to TREAT PEOPLE with this behavior.. Why did the shift manager allow such sick, appalling behavior by the staff towards a customer?? Where is YOUR LEADERSHIP?? Jessica was the cashier's name. Giving me drinks the had drink syrup all over and I asked her to please wipe them off.and she did. We have been going there ever since it was open and good and bad . It is like most of the employees are not happy. ??? At the window. But every time I go by i usually get a double and the burgers are old tasting like they have been sitting to long. And most of the time soggy ff and onion rings. And the window girl and most of your employees dont say hello or anything . Nice on the speaker when ordering but at the window very disappointing. Feels like they dont want you back . Im glade I could give you some input on you store . After this we just feel the owners really dont care what the customer think. Just like other fast food chains. MY PLATES WERE TRASH, BURNT IT EVEN WENT THROUGH MY PLATES. THE LADY IN DRIVE THROUGH WAS SWEET AND KIND BUT MY FOOD WAS TRASH LITERALLY BOTH PLATES AND I LOVE COOKOUT BUT THATS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

I found a large piece of wire in hamburger
On 12/19/22, I bit into a Cookout double cheeseburger and a large piece of curved metal wire came out of the burger and into my mouth. Completely unacceptable and if swallowed could have killed me!
