This company made the worst arrasment ever they belive their presure can meke you pay anything
this company is one kind where make feels to go this place and burn them all of them dont worth a penny you will lose your money and you will be saying by the company you never paid a penny to them when this convergen is scammers and they just joke on the system with papers the gps system can go deep on their location they follow you evrywhere i dont knowhow they get access to private info how how they just jump into those details . this company wan to have ppl paying for bills that are not in the system no more they are garbage and they deserved to be on court system they have good way to avoid court but justice will arrive soon . i read many revies how many ppl are mad to them

Messing up peoples lives
They were paid in full for a Sprint bill.I checked my credit report and it showed that the account was paid in full and that they were no dispute on my account. I was happy , so now I could go and get a job and things taken care of . But as I checked my credit account 2 1/2 weeks later after I came across that it is in dispute, even thou 2 1/2 weeks earlier it didn't show that. I called and they told me I would have to wait 30 days to have it come off of my account. why it was there in this time that I checked my credit was outrages.

I got a letter today letting me know that they will accept $1,500 payment. For what? Who knows. I'm not calling them and not responding to the letter. Let them report me. I'm calling TRW tomorrow. Oh, just so you know supposedly I actually owed $4,500 according to these fools. they're cutting me a deal!!!

T-mobile debt
all the sudden out of the blue i recieve a letter saying i owe t-mobile 1,391.11 i havent had a t-mobile acct since 2006 and i know cellular companies dont let anyone rackup 1,391.11 they always cut off the phone after 3 months and i know my bill was paid in full when i had the phone service cut off and it wasnt 1,3911.11 i havent called them and im not going to its not on my credit report so i know its a scam

Fraudulent transaction
Please save your time and pay the original creditor. Do not pay them. They will lie and say the settlement offer satisfy to debt and then keep you responsible like you agree to a payment amount. This is a fraudulent company. They will not give you a receipt the on the same day and hope you don't catch the wording.

Scam - Report immediately
They keep calling from an Alexandria, VA number claiming to be calling on behalf of Verizon and asking for my social security number. I have never had a Verizon account. Somebody needs to shut these guys down

Settlement Offer from Convergent
Just received a invoice that I owe $1,815. LOL!!! Sprint is the Creditor. Said if I paid in “Full” now, it will be $907. Half price!!! What a deal!!! It would be if I really owe this money. Problem is, I never used a day of Sprint service in my life!! Nice try. Sadly, some people do pay what they don’t owe...

Says I owe $294 to Sprint
They say I owe Sprint $294 so I called them. Told them I NEVER had a Sprint account. They said it may be a fraudulent account and wanted my last 4 SS#. I told them NO and they said they can't confirm if it was me so I said BYE. I am sending them a letter asking them to verify the debt. I will be contacting my Attorney General. Maybe even a lawsuit if they harass me.

Trying to get money for a $0 balance on JC Penney card
Convergent Outsourcing is a SCAM! We received a letter today from them saying we owe money for a JC Penney Credit card account that has a $0 balance and perfect payment history. We paid in full always on this account. I double checked our account going back 2 years and it showed a perfect payment history. Not taking my time to deal with a SCAM like this as it has to be dealt with during working hours which costs me time and money. KKO

Worst service ever
Customer Service was the worst. I spoke with Victoria Garcia who refused to allow me to speak with a Representative. I had to hang up on her and called back and spoke with a nice gentleman name Jason Crespell! I am going to take this further as I was treated like a criminal.

Convergent - collection agency is harrasing people
Just recieved a letter from Convergent Outsourcing, Inc located at Houston, TX 77043 regarding the debt with the compaby I had never had any account with. Convergent does not even my full name right. They say I owe over $2,000 and they are willing to settle at 50%. I have just recieved a credit approval for mortgage, so it is a scam! I think people like me should try to see them in court and get compensation for punitive damages! They also called my cel - I never talked to them as I thought it was a wrong number! Should I report them to DA?
