Great company!!

I was reluctant based on the reviews here but looked at BBB and google reviews. This company has been around for years and the did exactly what they said. They even helped me not get scammed by another company that wanted me to pay with Venmo. The transaction was simple. Just went to their site and entered my zip. I selected the 40 that i wanted and checked out. The had a live chat online and i talked to a live US person before i bought. Great Company. I guess you have to take the reviews on here to be what you would expect. Pissed off customers. i wouldn't expect to see many good reviews any company here.

Eventually my money was returned without an apology. They continue to contact me to sell me a container....this outfit is a mess.

They changed the delivery price by $400 after I'd already paid for it then wouldn't return the money to my account when I said I declined their bait and switch offer., They say it takes a week, but it didn't take a week for them to take it out. I found another container to get, but I have to wait to see if I've been robbed or if they might give me my MONEY BACK. You can't trust these guys.

I bought two containers both “one trip, like new”, 1st container was dented along right side. It WASNT like new. Second container was delivered 7 weeks after I paid for it.

Poor condition of the one trip, like new container. Second container was in excellent shape but wasnt delivered in a timely fashion. It was delivered 7 weeks after my payment in full.

First of two containers paid for (delivered June 16, 2022) LEAKS !!!

I am still out and ContainerOne still refuses to give me back the $2000.00 I am owed for the second container I bought from them. I have bought a container from A-verdi and it is EXCELENT!!

the inside is CLEAN and not broken up but most of all IT DOES NOT LEAK!! So, ContainerOne gave be back some of my money for the second container (the one they never delivered). and I am out thus $2000.00 as a result.LESSON LEARNED! Not to use "ContainerOne" ever again.

LESSON LEARNED! Use A-verdi for the next 5 containers (one of which will replace the LEAKING ContainerOne unit).

Nathan, the ContainerOne sales man says "check is on the way" The refund guy at ContainerOne (Cary) says 5 - 7 business days. Lets see if it comes.

I received my first Container One 20' shipping container on June 16th, 2022. Today (Aug 12, 2022) I notice it is leaking on to the floor. I have had this container less than 2 months. The second container still has not been delivered and is being held hostage for an additional $800 on top of the extra $650 Container One demanded and I paid them for "special delivery charge". So the first container now is a piece of junk and of course they will not make it right.

They refunded some of the money for the 2nd container they never delivered. They kept $2000 of the money and i still have no 2nd container from them.I bought one from A-Verdi.

It is like new.

It was a couple more $$ than ContainerOne charged me but 1000x better. I am...

They LIED TO THE BBB! The ONLY "option" they ever gave me was to pay an additional $800 or my container will never be delivered. That's WIRE FRAUD to lie as a business and give false facts in the course of doing business!

Container One says "We gave you several options to minimize or elimate the extra delivery fee. Unfortunately you were not able to utilize those options." THIS IS A LIE. THEY SAID i MUST PAY $800 EXTRA TO GET THE CONTAINER I ALREADY PAID FOR INCLUDING THE SHIPPING!!

Nightmare dealing with "Container One" . I texted them pictures of the road on my property AND explicitly told them it will be mud after a rain. On Aug 4, 2022 we had an awful rain storm. They showed up next day and could not deliver to the site I set up. Does not return any calls for a week. Now they want an additional $800 to re-deliver the container I already paid for (including the extra $650 the made me pay for the original shipping attempt on Aug 5 ). They say they will give me a refund less "restock fees and administrative fees" A total screwing. I need an additional five more 20' containers if there are any around the Plattsburgh, NY area. Thank you. Container One and all the 5 people I have spoken there do not help. The last "Cary" tells me s that out of the $5300 I paid in good faith for them to deliver, they will only return $3300 of it and I have no container.

The company is a scam. They will bring you a container but it will be absolutly trashed and leak water and they will do absolutely nothing about it. The manager Kerry is mean and very rude. Please do not be a victom like me and do NOT buy from this company. They will sell you a bad product.

No product delivered

in janurary of 2021 ordered and paid for a top of the line container one low here it is almost christmas nd still no container.to make a long story short i told them that i didnt want before march first and they tried to deliver one in late janurary and i wouldnt take it so when march came and went i heard nothing from them so i called and they told me that prices had gone up and they wouldnt get me one unless i paid the difference in price which i never heard of something so bad in my life and im 74.it has gotten to the point that after the first of the year im going to contact the arkansas attorney general and see if they can help.or maybe get ahold of the local tv station and have them look into it..dont buy

Bad Customer Service

Do you believe in KARMA? I was considering using their services and then I discovered that a good friend, of mine, Rosa received HORRIBLE customer service from them. Word of Mouth is SO IMPORTANT! In short, she paid for containers, only to have them delivered DEFECTIVE. In fact, not only where they defective, but they were THREE DAYS LATE. She took pictures of the containers and refused them stating that they were defective and it would not protect the items she is storing. ContainerOne took them back and then refused to give her money back. After great communication on her part, they reluctantly refunded her money, (LESS $1800 for a RESTOCK CHARGE) I am not sure how SHOCKED I was when hearing this news. First, that they charged her a RESTOCKING FEE. or that Two, they are RESTOCKING DEFECTIVE CONTAINERS for some other customers to deal with. Are you kidding me? The valley is a small community and this word of mouth aided me with any future headaches with Container One. Brent

Repeat customer—sad experience

I purchased three shipping containers from Container One between March and August 2020. There was a notable decline in the condition of the containers from one order to the next and when the third arrived it was in condition that was unacceptable. The roof was caved in, holding water, covered in rust and with holes leaking into the unit. The brackets on the doors were all bent so as to be rendered not usable. The seal on the door was torn. The sides had numerous rust patches that, upon inspection, proved to be completely rusted through. It would take weeks of work to bring the container up to the quality of the first container we had purchased from Container One. I contacted the Warranty department via both email and voicemail, providing photos, videos and descriptions of the condition of the box. The warranty claims representative avoided numerous phone calls and would not speak to me. Instead she sent me emails indicating that the condition of the container was normal wear and tear, that it was our fault the holes had opened up under the rust because we performed surface cleaning with a wire wheel instead of a pressure washer (which had never been recommended previously), that the caved-in roof could be pushed back up to stop water from pooling, and the extent of the companys warranty action would be to send a patch that we could apply with duct tape to repair the leaking roof. She did not address the issue of the busted brackets, but she did indicate that Container One would reimburse us for a tube of caulking if we sent a receipt and fixed the broken door seal ourselves. This is not a Better Business. Good business involves communication with customers, listening to them, and responding to requests that advertised warranties be honored.

Terrible customer service

At first your told all this stuff we have a a rating on the bbb .probly bought off for those reviews .tood it goes through a 5 point inspection before you get it .told there is a 5 year warranty on the container .that there is a check sheet you do a walkthrough with the driver to insure your happy .blablabalh .so first the delivery was a little messed up ok I can deal. then it arrives no checklist my husband signed what he thought was the delivery slip. The driver had it on a clipboard with paper on top he just rolled those papers up to the sign line my husband couldn't see what was above the line Well turns out to be the check list that the driver not my husband put checks in the boxes .once I found all this out by calling and emailing about this so-called checklist .no one seemed concerned that the driver fraudulently filled out the paper .we find out the doors don't work takes a hammer to close them some 5 point inspection, so I'm told to take a video and send to claims dept which it did .and I get a response they need a pic with the door closed mmmm what good does that so .they close once we beat the *** out of me .then Jill Olsen from claims emails me again and tells me that since they close .get some grease and put in them or if the latch is bent get something to pull it out .thats what you call a warranty? Save your money but from someone local .this company is a joke .

Purchased container and it leaks

I purchased a container, with the understanding that it would be leak proof. The first rain we had it leaked. I contacted container one and their answer was to send me a patch kit to fix the container. I asked that they replace it and the answer was read the terms and conditions. I asked for someone to be sent out to fix the leaks using the patch, no answer for that. yet. I asked if the container continues to leak after it was put on, Haven't gotten as answer to that as of yet. I am very upset with the company. They could at least send someone to put the patch on.

Do not purchase from container one.

I purchased a WWT container. Lack of communication and professionalism from the company representative and owner was not expected concerning the issues. The container was delivered during inclement weather even though we had arranged to avoid a delivery if the weather was bad. The container was also wet around the door from the rain. The whole process has been horrible. DO NOT fall for the 5% cash discount. They do this to ensure you can't get your charge amount back when they deliver the bad container. This is the third container I have been involved with purchasing. This is the first form Container One and by far the worst condition and experience out of all the container purchases.

I KNEW I SHOULD HAD BOUGHT FROM SOME ONE LOCAL SO I COULD VIEW WHAT I WAS BUYING. SHE INSISTED I WOULD BE HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE AND I BOUGHT IT. CONTAINER HAS *** IN ROOF. THEY MAILED ME A PATCH TO COVER IT.BUY LOCAL IF YOUR LOOKING.

The ad showed a Nice container

I received this container. I thought I was getting something in much better condition but wow was I wrong this one has a crack on the side with a steel had been hit very hard threw some kind of shipping accident also *** in the roof that someone had put tape over and then painted it and the hole in the side also had pain and tape over top of it I was a little frustrated I think I got jipped somewhat you know if it'd be a couple hundred dollars less I proudly said a thing but it was just really really rough condition but the picture they showed when I was looking at the ad was a really nice container it look really nice and I'm like wow this must be how they all look boy was I wrong next time I think I'll go look at it container before I buy it I'll pick the container myself this is frustrating
