Queen size sheets with storage pockets
The sheets I've bought in the past I've always loved .when I received these 2 sets I assumed they'd be the same ,I pulled them out and washed them right away as I always do,expecting BOTH POCKETS ON THE SIDES OF SHEETS WHEN I PUT IT ON BED,NO ONLY ON 1 SIDE !!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED! PAYING WELL OVER 61 $$ FOR EACH SET OF THESE ,I COULD OF WENT TO A DIFFERENT BRAND IN MY OWN TOWN .I EXPECT AN ANSWER BACK FROM YOU PLEASE.THANK YOU.id also like to know when you are going to make them correctly again lol

I purchased 2 mattress pads from HSN within the year. One washed up beautifully & the other fell apart in my washer. I have never had this happen before in all of my years of doing laundry. I am totally out of my pad & money. I would never refer this company to anyone!

Brought concierge collections on hsn. Very happy with the dark blue sheets with four pillow cases but are very short and don’t cover the pillow Photo attached. The taupe sheets keep falling off the bed. Thank you Catherine Marcoux catherinemarcoux@***.com

Worst Sheets I have ever tried
First, they were nice after I washed all sets they had balls everywhere what a mess. Please let me know what to do they are so ugly the more I wash them. Thanks

Puckered seams bathrobe
I ordered a robe- put it awayfor cooler weather! Wore it, washed it! The threads on all the seams shrunk because the were cotton! I wouldn't Empty the garbage wearing it!

Feathers from mattress topper
Purchased mattress topper from HSN. It has been a nightmare. My legs have been scratched and pricked constantly. The feathers are never-ending. I have two blankets and a fitted sheet covering these feathers causing issues with my concierge sheets. I have attempted to contact customer service with no response.

HORRIBLE product
Bought a mattress topper through HSN. On second washing this thing fell apart. HSN doesn't care. Now I'm out $70 and stuffing everywhere in my washer.

I purchased a concierge collection mattress cover from hsn. The feathers are coming out everywhere. I have comforters, sheets and most of your products thru the years .I've always been pleased. I've tried using sheets to cover but no help at all. My legs are scratched up from feathers.

Terrible feather.Mattress topper
Bought the 4 in feather mattress topper and it is horrible. Within months of purchase, feather kept poking out. Feathers practically covered bottom of sheet. Had to use 2 sheets and a comforter to sleep on. Then got very lumpy and difficult to get out of bed. Even flipped the topper over but still the feathers kept coming out . Covered entire queen mattress. What a pain trying to pull them out of the mattress and bedding. Noisy getting in and out of the bed. Wouldn't been so bad if the feathers stayed in. What a disappointment. Bought 2 at HSN. Big mistake. Will never buy any product from this company again. Bought them a year ago and from the reviews you have never bothered to fix t h e problem since.. Why sell such an inferior product? Went and got a foam topper from another company.. Will never recommend your products to anyone.
