Unable to contact
Unable to contact, there is no facility on website to be able to cancel account. Customer service does not exist, I will not be paying anymore bills as I have turned off the modem and no longer using there service. I have move house and need to cancel the account at my old address. I have sent an email but have had no reply.

Taking money unauthorized out of paycheck
That my refund was suppose to take 1 to 3 days ...and I requested refund on the 21st and it is now the 26th and I still don't have my refund and it looks like they put my money back into tra acct and now I just withdrew it again...will I ever get my money I worked for back!

I already surrendered my ID in HR but it's been a week and still no update about my status. I am unable to log in in your website to request a clearance. I already contacted my Team Leader before she told me that the IT department still did not reply.
