A Concentra in SoCal took a hair sample from me and it tested positive for drugs I dont use drugs I dont even know anyone who uses drugs

This company is the worst!!! I had a failed DOT pre-employment test that I know I should have passed and got screwed when it should have been negative. I know because I took my own previous test prior to taking there's because I don't trust them. Furthermore, I heard a lot of bad things about this company. My advice, go somewhere else because that is not their only screw-up. My husband has a lawsuit for a dog bite at his job and Concentra is the place he went to see the doctor for his work injury; Unfortunately, it was hard to find another company to go through in such a short period of time. I figured we should give them the benefit of the doubt. WRONG CHOICE! He should have waited and found some other place more credible because now I have proof showing that they put incorrect dates and other information his medical records. They also put that he was put on light duty when he couldn't work because he was bit on his hand and being a mailman you need to be able to use both hands to deliver the mail. There is no way he was able to work. He was off for three months and that hurt us because he was the only one working at the time. They have so many mistakes on his records that our Attorney is questioning everything. Now we have to call the Department of Labor and have them verify everything. Thanks, Concentra not only did you screw up my pre-employment drug test I should have passed, but you screwed up on my husband's work injury paperwork. FYI: Happened in the Central Valley of California, NOT Carmichael, California

I think Concentra is re using testing equipment. I failed a hair test and dont ever use drugs. Dont go here

Very unwilling to work with them !
I was injured in oct 22 I was in horrific pain. Left shoulder, they sent me right back to work. I started seeing my own doctor now orthopedic doctor. The first thing brain tells me you may want to put a hold on surgery because Sedgwick won't pay for it. BIG RED TRUCK Looser!!! LIKE WHO IM I. OH YA IM PAYING MY BILL NOT YOU DONT CARE TO GO BACK.

I have no choice but to travel almost an hour drive to the nearest concentra for my workers comp injury. The physical therapist I usually see is wonderful but when I see other PT they are horrible. The receptionists are always nice but the doctor I see is hateful and lacks concern and compassion. Ive been so nice and patient and polite but she continues to make wise cracks. I have been in extreme pain for over 7 weeks and have to ride an hour and then sit for over 2 and half hours to see this joke of a doctor. She literally spends 2 minutes max with me. At one point I asked with tears in my eyes for her to help me because its hard to function with pain, the muscle relaxers make me sleep and the naproxen isnt helpingand no lie she laughs and says well I cant help you thats what the physical therapist is for. Looks at me like Im an idiot. Take Tylenol and deal with it. So why does she keep making me come back for follow ups weekly to go through this *** I would assume she just is doing it for the money especially when she doesnt mind complaining to her patients about wanting to go home. Extremely unprofessional. Ive also heard her chatting in the hallways with her coworkers several times about her personal life and complaining about the patients. She has absolutely no sympathy for her patients and isnt trying to help them. Ive ran automotive stores more professional than this.I would never treat my customers or anyone for that manner the way I have been treated.

Long wait times
I had to bring back documents to receive my DOT Physical and waited more than two hours, while waiting at least 10 people who were walk ins were called back and out the door no appointments just in and out while I and others were waiting, and they have the nerve to see people two to 4hours after their arrival check in time!!! SMH!!!

Complain to rectify situation.
Front desk receptionist has attitude problem. I am treated with prejudice; for sitting more than half an hour because I was with my co employees and was even ahead by 30 minutes yet he was served first. I noticed that if it was their race, they were given priority. I was holding my phone calling my manager that I was held up to report for work to pick up my passenger employees at Facebook so I decided to come back on Monday being upset (and my BP is over 140) to get things done. I was intimidated and admonished which I dont deserve.

I received a letter stating that I have to surrender my license due to this ridiculousness. I’m currently appealing this decision.

I took an UA, which I had to wait around 2 hours to take. I arrived there on a schedule with strict adherence. In my experience with UAa the test takes no less than 30 min to a hour at most. Two hours? And I had to use the restroom like crazy! So, I went.. then when they finally called my name to be seen, I did my best to submit enough specimen to be sent off. I was told the temperature wasnt correct! First time this has ever happened! I was already 45 min late picking up my step daughter. She asked me to go again, which I simply couldnt. I said, I have to go get my stepdaughter then Ill be back. She denied me and is trying to ruin my career. This place is the worst clinic you could ever go to. Theres so many other much better treated clinics out there.

I signed in and said hello to Sahdasia who at the time was sitting at the desk. Approximately two hours later, after others that were waiting began to inquire about the waiting time, I also returned to the desk to inquire if there was anything else I needed to do. I was rudely told "Well you was suppose to say something". I reminded the same woman that I said hello to her and reminded her that she responded but never provided further instructions. Then she off-puttingly replied "Okay, well calm down!". Then, after telling her why I was there, she rudely asked "Well, who is paying for it?!" As she only at this time proceed to then ask me to fill out a covid information sheet. I paid for my services then calmly waited an additional hour before actually being seen. Funny enough on my paperwork, it listed 1258pm as my sign in time instead.

Worse place to go to for a physical or drug screen. Very slow very rude *** up on your paper work. Made me miss out on a job opportunity because of their mistake. DO NOT GO HERE . I have never seen a business that makes so many mistakes and not take accountability for the mistakes they have made. Definitely reporting this place to the Better Business Bureau.I Have no idea where their nurses and Doctors come from .Very prone to mistakes and uneducated. If you want to miss out on a job opportunity, you want your paperwork mixed up with someone elses, you like rude people and you like waiting 4 hours to receive service come here this is the place for you.

Worst customer service on the Planet!!
I work in an Medical Review Office, and I have never had sooooo much problems with ANY drug testing collection sites and we do with Concentra. Just saying the name in our industry makes us cringe!! I just spent an HOUR on the phone to get 1 piece of paperwork (that should have been sent to me as part of the federal requirements). I had faxed requests several times, tried to contact the site via phone (which after the prompt to talk to the site, just rang on and on) several times. I finally contacted the company customer service, at which I got accidently hung up on the first time, it went to busy signal the second, and then talked to 5 people in order to get this 1 piece of paperwork that should be part of their process. I was a walk in for a dot examination for a new job. I have been doing dot physicals/drug screens for over 31 years as a trucker and also have our family doctor. I have never failed a test/exam and you can image my surprise when I only received a 90 day qualification based solely on a suggestion that I might fall asleep at the wheel because of my weight. Now I have 0 history of any medical problems, none, and this examiner whom I have never met, does not have my medical charts, does not know anything about me except my name and that I'm fat lumped me into a discriminatory category and preyed on me. The important physical mechanics of what it takes to safety operate an 80,000 vehicle were passed by me, vision,hearing,breathing, have both legs and arms, etc..and I can't get a full qualification because of a possibility of something happening ? Smells like a scam to me.

Mis dionosis of my DOT exam
On 12/13/21, My DOT medical exam was misdiagnosed by your representative for I had eaten several nuts for the past three (3) months, but your representative did not ask me if I had eaten any nuts that had given me high protein in my urine. I asked for a re-evaluation. After seeing my father on Saturday 12/18/21, I had told him of my rejection, and he told me that the cause was due to me eating nuts for the past three months. And on the bathe next day but was denied by the front desk rep for she stated to my that the examiner had finalized my exam and I had to see a doctor. I am homeless and I don't have a doctor.
