was directed via web chat to pay for product via paypal friends & family, payment accepted, next day received email additional charge for shipping, I asked for refund and now am being ignored.

This company is a scam
Someone ordered $243.99 today 4/5/22 And the money was taken off my bank card. Ive never ordered anything from u. The order took place in Brooklyn NY. I live in Edenton North Carolina 27933. They need to refund that money ASAP. Or my lawyer will serve papers to your company.

These people keep calling my phone and leaving messages to call them back at a number they provide because it's very urgent to speak to me about what we have nothing to talk about that is so urgent for them to call like everyday just blowing up my phone with a automatic voice recording it's not even a actual person this company needs to stop calling my phone please.

Very upset
Although I have never had a gas bill while living in NY, this company is on my credit report for failure to pay and is now in collections. It baffles me that you can sign people up without them even knowing. As of right now I am currently disputing this claim on my credit report. As I was reading all the comments regarding this company being a rip off and a scam, it made me want to tell my story as well. Please beware and check your credit report regularly because unfortunately there are a lot of other companies that do the same thing and get away with it.

Commerce Energy - Residential Gas Supply Review
This company is a scam from the word go... They send people door to door to convince people they will save money on their gas bills for their homes but conveniently gloss over the fact that in addition to paying for the service provider to deliver the gas there will be a $30 a month fee from commerce... My bills were over twice the price they were before I signed up and they kept saying that they were going to drop me but until I called and got rather loud and demanding they did nothing... I am still waiting for the promised credit to show up on my bill... This is a horrible company... Do not sign up with them!

Rude Customer Service and Cheaters
Stay away from this company. They do not stand by the prices shown on their website, they will bill you whatever they want to. The Customer Service is horrible, the lady I spoke to couldn't answered my questions. I asked to speak to her supervisor, she stated that she only has two, one was on the phone and the other one was busy, she put me on hold and after a long waiting period she came back and told me that they were unavailable. Then, she says she will have her supervisor to call me back, so far I haven't heard from her supervisor.

Constant door to door sales attempts
I am a busy woman with a lot going on in my home. When someone comes to the door it's always from Commerce Energy and I always give them the same answer. "I'm not interested." Please people take a hint! I don't know what list I'm on but take me off it for Pete's sake! I'M NOT INTERESTED! When I open the door with a screaming baby on my hip while holding back two (try as I might) poorly behaved dogs it's probably not a good time to chat me up about whatever scam you're pulling. The guy who came by today really took the cake though. He came to the door and knocked. I seriously considered not answering but because my son and I were already sitting by the front door and I knew the man could see us I decided to do the right thing and answer the door. Again, with a crying baby and two dogs, I answered the door and listened to his little introduction before saying thank you so much but "I'm not interested." to which this genius of your employment replies, "I understand you're not interested and I understand you don't have time for this, but..." And I was like seriously dude? Seriously??? Do you understand? Because you're still on my porch talking, and my baby really wants some lunch. So, because I'm nice I let him go through his little speech again before repeating the same statement as before, "I'm not interested." except I must have been speaking at some level of decibels undetectable to the human ears because he again told me that he understood I was not interested and that I did not have time for this but again he continued to try to sell me their product. He asked if I was familiar with the company who had been trying to save people money on energy bills blah blah whatever and I said "yeah" I mean obviously there was one right at my door. And then he said "I'm not with them." Bold faced lie. He's wearing your *** logo all over himself! Not only have we definitely heard from Energy Commerce before but I'm nearly positive we've had this exact sales person before! I had to start closing the door while saying the same words over and over again. "I'm not interested. I'm not interested. I'm not interested." Finally he said "Okay ma'am have a nice day." and the clouds opened up and the Hallelujah chorus rained down from the heavens! Seriously your sales people should know that once I say I'm not interested I mean it! And I might be sounding like a crazy feminist (I'm not, trust me, I'm a stay at home mom for crying out loud) but my husband never has to say it more than once. This has happened to me many times. The talking down to me because I'm a woman, the blatant refusal to listen to what I am clearly saying, the obvious disrespecting of my time and current situation. Commerce Energy will NEVER get our business strictly because of this salesman. I found this beyond disrespectful and you couldn't pay me to do business with them now.
