Nothing wrong,,,I was confused about deposit. Policy has been explained.

Nothing wrong place was amazing and well kept...staff was knowledgeable and courteous welcoming and nice. I expected to get my deposit back upon checking out,,,and it has been explained to me that it is normal business policy and procedure to receive deposit in 7 to 14 days.

Reservations were cancelled

When arriving into the comfort inn at sea tac Seattle, we were inform that they were contacted by hotels.com that there may be a concern regarding our credit card. However when contacting hotels.com they confirmed that the had no issues and they did not contact the hotel. There were 3 blue jays ball games and 2 Taylor Swift concert this weekend. We were screwed by this hotel. They wanted to rebook these rooms at a much higher rate. Dealing with the head office they are informing me that the manager can do what ever they want and that it was just too bad for us. Still dealing with head office but I have a feeling that its just about money and customers be damned. I will never stay at any of their hotels if this is how they treat customers.

Reservations for wrong days had to leave on a one day stay and paid for 2 day

My name wasn't in the computer as a reservation and I tried to speak with the manager he or was busy or unavailable i cleared the room putting thing in the car then I went back saying I will wait until the manager gets unbusy then all of a sudden the manager had left for today and I had to leave the hotel I couldn't sit there

Refund

I was charged $100 for any room damage. This was supposed to be refunded but 2 weeks later no refund

Thrown out with no reason

Tim, the manager is extremely racist. He discriminated my husband and I. The only reason why I was able to stay there as many times as I did is because I booked through a third-party. He literally threw me off this morning. He has the girls do the talking that work there and they are afraid to say anything because they dont want to lose their job, but theyve seen how he has treated certain people And Im not allowed to rent there. The only thing Ive ever done was I told them that people were being rowdy after hours the room was full of cigarette smoke, and there was people running up and down the halls. He wasnt even there when I made the complaint, it wasnt even a complaint I was letting them know what was going on in their hotel, and this is how he treats people ignorant hes racist hes rude hes a manager baldheaded white guy Tim

Case 1144****

Would not honor reservations or return monies accepted for services- rude-disrespectful staff- when speaking to manager was told by manager it sounded like a me problem and for me to take my phone and get out of her hotel- I told her its not her hotel and I had paid for the right to be there .she then called the police on me- I took my 6 year old son nx door to Holiday Inn - three days later the comfort suites dept still will not respond to my requests or acknowledge the experienced nightmare or assist with getting me refunded for the monies they accepted but refused to provide services for .

Poor service deception regarding the pool

I texted to have early check-in because I was having a five and a half hour drive there and my husband is being a truck driver was meeting there from out of state I was coming from Wisconsin to Illinois and I called to make sure that everything was okay for him to check in early and I told the desk clerk at 7:00 a.m. and my husband would be there at 11:00 and I told her I could not wait to get in the pool I told her I would be there around 3:00 when I checked in at 2:45 I told her yet again I cannot wait to get in the pool I had such a long drive and I worked all night and I just couldn't wait to get in the pool I go upstairs get undressed go down to go go get into the pool and I'll be damned at the doors aren't locked in a big sign saying pool not in service on the website it says the pool would be closed at 7th and 8th of June I checked into that hotel on the 19th and 20th that desk clerk could have told me I would have I would have canceled my reservation a week in advance if I would have known that pool was going to be closed

Got charged an extra $250 more than what the room was worth for one night because they said we smoked

Non refund of Credit charges

Made reservations though booking.com early in the day of reservation. Poor phone service in traveling area and did not receive text or phone calls. Arrived at Comfort Inn and was ask if I had received text. I answered no and was told that this hotel was not pet friendly. Front desk person recommended two other hotels in Page. I reserved a hotel room at one of those hotels and stayed the night. Comfort Inn in Page, AZ charged my credit card for a no show at their hotel. I did show up and left after being told they were not a pet friendly hotel. Comfort Inn is refusing to refund my money.

Cancellation

Arrived at hotel and was disappointed from the moment entering the main entrance. Pool hadnt been cleaned in who knows when. Everything about the hotel gave the impression of a sleezy establishment. Mostly it was filthy everywhere. No refund policy, not even one with penalties for cancellation. Not representative of the picture on line.

Roaches in the room

Checked in, went up to room and started unpacking. Wife had opened drawer to put away stuff and saw 2 roaches inside which she killed. She wanted to make coffee for herself but couldn't get the machine to work. She called the front desk and a gentleman came up to see about it, solved the problem for her then she mentioned the roaches she killed to him. He apologized and asked if she wanted to change rooms, she said no that we had most of our stuff unpacked.But would let them know if she saw anymore. Well it wasn't 20 minutes after the gentleman left she opened the desk drawer and saw a bunch of small reaches inside all around the head boards of the 2 bed room we had, she could smell roach frces and looked further and bigger roaches with eggs hanging from thier butts all around the tv outlet behind the drawer she outlet out.. roaches begin to run out and come out after smelling the find we had brought in, that was it, I put on my shoes, went down stairs to front desk to tell them about what had happened. I wanted and paid for a room with twin beds but all he had was a room with a king. I went ahead an excepted that because it was too late to go to another hotel with it being the holiday weekend. We paid the gentleman 214.oo & some change. The 100.oo they held for incidentals , and said it would return to our account after we had checked out. But neither time afterwards did they come see about us or even call.. the breakfast was horrible, egg whites only, no toaster to toast bread, and limp greasy half cooked bacon. Totally unacceptable. We have never had management staff not care about their guest.

Dirty hotel. Horrible customer service. Was literally called a liar by an employee. Will not refund my stay because the employee didn’t check me out properly and will not acknowledge fire alarm @ 10pm

Do not stay here! Absolutely horrible and disgusting. We arrived Friday evening 5/19 and checked in. Elevator rattled all the way up to the 6th floor. I walk into the room and there was a horrible stench of acetone or paint? Very chemical like. There were holes in the walls, stains on the floor & a weird all over stain on the balcony window. I requested another room and everything was decent enough for the night. We left for a funeral at 8am 5/20. When we came back around 10pm. We walk in and are told the elevator is broken and that we will have to walk up to the 6th floor. If that wasn't annoying enough, when we finally got to the top floor, there was a fire alarm going off. We tried to call down to the front desk for 10 minutes to see if it would be shut off (because we didn't want to walk back down 6 flights and back up). The phone went right to a busy tone every time before we finally gave up. We decided to just gather our things and check out. We had to spend $200 to get a last minute hotel and because it's Saturday at 10pm, most things are booked up, so we had to drive 30 minutes just to get a decently priced hotel. In addition, there is a $100 security deposit. Why? The hotel is already in horrible shape, if someone were to smoke in a room or leave holes or stains it's not like the hotel would fix them. They'd just put new patrons in the same damaged room and collect their money. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Just spend the extra money to stay somewhere else. To top it off, the hotel did not properly check me out Saturday night. The young man at the front desk said he checked me out and to call hotels.com to contact comfort in to be refunded. Because the young man did not actually check me out when I returned the key and checked out Saturday, the comfort inn At largo, MD is refusing to refund the second night of the stay (which was not completed due to their own negligence). Also, when trying to call to get my refund, whoever was working 5/24 flat out called me a liar and said I l In addition there is a $100 security deposit. Why? Want a refun or a compliment try stay

Well, the night of my stay, my son took Vic and I had to rush him to the emergency hospital. I call to have the reservations cancel or reschedule. but my request was refused refund or reschedule. I wasn't able to get neither one.

Could not get refund or transfer

I am 80 years old and recently lost my wife. I am trying to get back to KC from Nashville area. I also am scheduled for cadirac surgery With my limitrd eye sight I booked July 3rd rather than June3rd. Tried to reschedule but the manager in Mt. Vernon will not bulge.I have been charged for that mistake. I have since reserved June 3rd wit cabellation coverage. You are my last hope for refund of $90. Jack Woolf 816-200-****

Charged for no show

I booked my hotel stay at booking.com I called comfort inn in Joplin mo to verify my reservation as I had a sick child. The male employee told me I didnt have to worry, there was no reservation. I even gave my reservation number and last name multiple times. 2 days later I am charged for no show. I called booking.com, they emailed Richard the GM. Richard and I have been back and forth trying to get my money back. Booking.com says the consumer has to refund and they would even wave their fees to the hotel. Well here we are almost 1 month later and no sign of my money back. Exhausting to say the least. Do better comfort inn

Problem

No one ever contacted me nor said anything at checkout the room has me afraid to stay at any hotel ever
