To find out why my card is being restricted

I don't use tddidn't get to speak to anyone to help me resolve my issues. So j am unable to determine if the customer service was good or not.and my issue was not resolved.

Direct express will not active my card

Stolen money

Why are you stealing my money?

I got ripped off by the last company to run a card scam for California's child support system so I did not want another card. This was forced on me and now Comerica is just going to keep my $200 from June. I live on the lowest amount of Social Security because I am disabled. The expected child support payments are deducted from my Social Security amount. This means I only had $832 to live on in June. I was told to wait for the card and then I could get my money. I waited, over a month, and it never arrived. I went through all the hoops to finally be able to call Way2Go's customer service, only to be told to call Child Support again. I tried to outline what I had been through with Child Support these last few months, few decades... and that they had told me to call Way2Go, but he was unwilling to listen and blew me off and left me with another dead end. Jonathan kept explaining the same words over and over again about their supposed policy. He treated me like a child. So superior... This was after over an hour of hold music torture. I'm seeking action against them over this alone. I have contacted my congresswoman and will follow up with other State officials. I don't know if I'll ever get my $200.

My direct express isn't working online

My card only works in a store. It wont let me use it to make purchases online Ive tried to call direct express and they cant help. If now tried Comerica bank and keep getting sent back to direct express. They have no right to stop my transactions online. That is my money not theirs.

I think direct express has people who work there are stealing and lying about all the money they have stolen from my cards for two years and I had to get up at 2:30 am and go take my disability card

Deposit from the ir and I got more than I new about the agent said I got one for 1,200and two more for 600.00 . Can you please check and see if direct express sent them back to Comerica bank and let me know. The agent put a tracer out for the one for the one for 1,400 . Thats not going to help because its not a check So I hope Comerica bank has my money or finds out the guys and girl at Boost mobile i know she helping them and she kept changing my password and I would change it and then she would go right back and change it so she could get my money and they were charging and using my name etc at e bay and Amozon a lot was in California and I cant go to California Im on a oxygen machine and that shows that they didnt investigate how could I keep going to California. I called boost mobile and asked for the manager so I could get him to go back and look at the cameras and I asked the guy who lied and said he was the manager and he had my 1,400 and now its gone

Find 2021Direct Express deposits

Social Security Administration sent double payments two different times in 2021. These payments were sent to Direct Express / Comerica Bank. And they were never returned by Comerica Bank to the Social Security Administration. I have sofar been unable to speak with anyone at Direct Express or Comerica Bank and resolve this matter. When I called Direct Express to get my money on my card it didn't go to the direct express it went to a Verizon and I don't understand that it wouldn't give me my money that was a problem until I made payment on my phone can you explain what what happened

Way2go card fraud

My way 2 go card was stilen from me. The card is thru michigan. The only number i can find for way2go does not let me dospute charges. I just reported the card stolen but learned i have had hundreds taken out of the account since dec 5 last night. I need a itemized bill so i can file a police report and want this put on the record that i am disputing charges fraudulently made. I cannot get an agent on the way2go phone line any way i try. I want this on the record that i reported this in 24 hours

HORRIBLE CUTOMER SERVICE

I opened an account in mid 2021. The luny then 'manager' opened wrong accounts, checks took 2 months to receive, what was to be savings was checking; i withdrew my money to move to another bank and the one teller could not finish the work as he spent 14 minutes with me and then had to go to break; the rude teller next to him did not count out my money as she ran the cash thru the machine; I asked her to show customer service. The asst manager claimed they are happy with the way they run the office. It is one issue of error after another with them. I will be fully out of this nightmare in March after a few accounts run their process to switch. I was put on hold for 9 minutes while trying to make a verbal compliant. I will call back and have it recorded. They are HORRIBE.B
